Sweet Dreams - Sleep Better Than Ever Before

I've already pointed out that oxygen gives you more energy. I've really put this one to the test, not purosely, but I did.

I hate to admit it,
but I had not been doing my Oxycise! regularly as I should have.
Well, last week I decided I was going to buckle down
I did Oxycise everyday at 4:15 PM
for 15 minutes.

Do you know what increasing my oxygen intake
for only 15 minutes/day
did for me?

No more...
I don't ask my husband to bring me water
I don't ask my husband to pick things up
I don't ask my husband to do the dishes
while I'm sitting on the couch

I do it all myself
