"Hello all, I'm Barbara's husband. [See
Barbara Schultz, Smiles of Success] Yes, I watched Barbara do Oxycise! for a
year with considerable skepticism. I had seen her lose weight, but from my
perspective 15 pounds was hardly losing weight. But she did keep it up and
seemed to be fitter and that's what turned me around. Both Barbara and I have
been taking Tae Kwondo for about three years and are now almost red belts (two
levels below black belt). Tae Kwondo had helped me get in better shape e.g.,
flexibility. I also bicycle to work in the summer and generally drop five pounds
every year, but then Christmas comes, and I'm sure you know the rest. So I
started Oxycise! to get fitter with not much expectation of losing weight. Well,
as Barbara has mentioned, I've lost almost 30 pounds (I seem to be at a plateau,
but I am not in a hurry).
"I have to say it is great to be a thinner
person. I have had to put seven new holes in my belt; I [went from] something
like a comfortable fit at size 40 to a slightly snug size 34. My flexibility has
improved greatly. At Tae Kwondo Class the acclaimed consensus is that I am the
most improved adult in terms of flexibility. During our stretch warm-up I am
able to stretch my side kick above my head. I have also beaten my record in
bicycling home and am feeling fitter than I've felt for years.
"I was skeptical of some aspects of the
breathing at first. Being a natural deep breather, I wasn't sure I wanted to try
to 'sniff' in three times while I was tightening my abdomen. I think
it took me some time to actually tone my abs enough that I could start doing it
properly. I twigged on tucking the pelvis in, and lifting the abs. For the first
two months all I could do was generally tighten my abs and hold my breath. Now
however, I can feel the isotonic tension as I tighten and breathe....After about
four months, I now feel that I have the breathing down pretty well, and am able
to focus on making the positions more and more challenging.
"My experience of losing weight involved a
focus on eating sensibly. I can't say I dieted, but I have been purposefully
eating less. However, I have not denied myself in any extreme way. Oxycise seems
to make reducing my eating and eating more sensibly relatively easy.
"In all, Oxycise! is great. It's only 20
minutes start to finish, no special equipment, I can do it every day (or almost
5/6 out of 7) comfortably, regardless of the weather. Best of all, I am fitter
and more flexible....at 49 (and happy too) I think this is a very serious plus
for a sense of overall well-being."

"Well, where to start? Around my 34th
birthday my kidney decided to quit. After six years of suffering, I received a
kidney from my sister, Florence, and started my road to recovery. My weight went
down as the years passed, but I could never get my energy back or the fat off my

I'm totally blown away. It's been just under 2 weeks that I've been doing the

whole goal was to fit comfortably in my jeans, and already there is such a difference! 3

"Hello,
I have been doing the Oxycise Level 1 for nearly two years now. I recently
ordered the Level 2 and mentioned my success with the Oxycise! program to the
kind woman at your Colorado office. I'm afraid I didn't catch her name. But she
encouraged me to contact you and share my story.
"I am a 49 year old male with Systemic Lupus. It struck me when I turned
40. I'll spare you the long story, but it changed my life drastically. In fact,
it nearly killed me before the doctors were able to come up with a diagnosis and
thus treat the disease. For years I languished under heavy medication,
particularly steroids. If you know about steroids you probably know that they
have a bloating effect and increase the appetite. And the symptoms of lupus
include arthritis so any kind of exercise was pretty much out of the question.
Needless to say, I got huge. My bone density decreased. I was terribly fatigued.
Cholesterol and blood pressure increased to the point where I had to take extra
meds to keep them in check. I was a slave to dozens of pills a day.
"I had done some breathwork in the past and was a believer in Yoga. But
not an avid practitioner. When I saw an ad for Oxycise!, I thought it made sense
and I'd give it a try. After a week or two I noticed a slight drop in weight.
After a month, I knew I was on to something. I kept up with it daily and it
became such a joy to watch the pounds drop. It was only about 3lbs. a month, but
I knew that a slow loss could mean a slow regain if I for some reason would
stop. I lost 35 lbs. last year. I look like a different person. My blood
pressure plummeted which I consider a direct result of Oxycise! I'm no longer on
BP meds. My cholesterol also dropped significantly, whether it had to do with
Oxycise! I'm not sure, but the loss of weight probably helped. That plus a
newfound conscientiousness about overall health, such as eating better. My
energy level has increased. Just doing the Oxycise! is uplifting. I still have
lupus and its symptoms, am still on several drugs - there's no cure for that I'm
afraid. But what Oxycise! has done for me could help other lupus patients.

receive my level two video. I got an e-mail that it is on its way. Also, thank

Michael Washington ordered an Oxycise! book
and video set recently and immediately got started. He writes:
"I read the entire book in one day. And
then I started the tape program. Previously I had found a program that was
helping me lose weight. But I wasn't losing many inches. And I was intrigued
by the fact that your program doesn't make you sweat, and it doesn't require
a lot of time. I was very skeptical. Even though I could tell the increase
in the amount of air I could take in, I wasn't losing any weight. I decided
not to do any other exercises so I could see how your plan worked. Because I
felt if this worked I could do this anywhere any time. SURPRISINGLY after
just one week I lost 1 inch off my chest, 2 inches off my waist 1 inch off
my hips, and 2 inches off my thighs. And I lost 2 lbs. That's 6 inches in
one week. I was blown away. How could something so easy work like this. I am
a 6ft 1" 279 lb male. My goal is to make it to 180 lbs, 10 lbs lighter
than my high school weight. That's 99 lbs. My max weight was 321 lbs.
"I am married to a lovely woman who
likes me the way I am. But this is not me. So wives, encourage your husband

"After doing "O" consistently
for over a month now, I can say without reservation - IT DOES WORK! ... I am
down about 13 lbs and she [my wife] is down about 8 lbs, but the really
impressive part is how we look and feel. She has probably shown even more
progress than I have. Cellulite is literally gone, saddle bags are
dwindling, tummy is flattening. I'm excited for her! Me, well, I have
changed two holes in my belt, but the greater change has been in my blood
pressure. I went to the doctor last week and she was amazed. She decreased
my medication by half for one month and said if it continues the same way, I
can discontinue after another month or so. Before I started my medication,
my pressure was about 165/95. Not extremely high, but last night it was
112/64 and it has been as low as 98/60.In addition my heart rate has dropped
from an average of 90/100 down to a resting rate of about 64!"

"Julie, I am very excited about the Oxycise! program. I have always
fought a weight problem and have taken blood pressure medicine for years. But,
when my doctor told me during my last physical that my blood sugar test was l65
(80 to l30 is normal), I knew I had to do something about it. He challenged me
to lose l0 pounds. I began to Oxycise! every day and 90 days later had lost the
l0 pounds. My blood sugar reading dropped to l26. I am on my second l0 pounds
now and will stay with it until I am at my goal weight. The alternative would be
diabetes and the problems that go with that. I can only encourage
other husbands to try Oxycise! It is very easy and only takes about fifteen to
twenty minutes each day. Mary and I often do our Oxycise! routine together. She
looks great and that further encourages me. I want to be with her for many more
years to come, so I plan on Oxycising from now on."

and I had 50 pounds I wanted to rid myself of. I started the Oxycise!
and low-carb diet at the same time and I have lost over 50 and am

"I started the Oxycise! program I think about last January 2004. I really
didn't think it would work, I thought I was too old. Age was my problem. I
was tired and run down and felt just plain lousy. I was about 50 pounds
overweight and was wearing a tight 44 pants. ...I saw an add for the
Oxycise! program and decided it was time to stop and try and do something. I
thought I was too old to do the weight thing.
"Much to my surprise I started and I felt a lot better after the first week.
My breathing was good and my energy level was on the rise. In fact I fired
