Do you know what happens every time you breathe?

When you inhale, the air enters in through your nose or mouth and continues down through your windpipe (trachea) into your lungs. The trachea branches into two bronchi, which then rapidly divide into a branching mass of smaller air tubes called bronchioles, and then into the small clusters of alveoli (air sacs). This is where gas exchange takes place.

they would cover a tennis court.

The microscopically thin wall of the alveolus and the blood vessel are fused together to form the respiratory membrane. Oxygen from the alveolus passes into the blood, flows from the lungs, through the left side of your heart, to the body tissues. The blood delivers oxygen to every cell and picks up carbon dioxide. It then returns through the right side of your heart to the lungs, and the carbon dioxide from the blood passes into the alveolus by diffusion. This gas exchange process occurs rapidly and continuously.

"I ordered the program several months ago. I read Jill's book and looked at the instructional video once. Of course I tried the breathing and then I tried the exercise video once, but I couldn't really keep up. I gave up pretty quick. I should probably tell you that I get discouraged pretty quickly when it comes to exercise programs. Then I didn't do it again for a long time. I was working a lot of overtime at work. I felt very tired all the time! I always felt I couldn't sleep enough to feel rested. I didn't feel like I was even being a good mother to my 2 wonderful kids (4 and 1-year-old) because I was always irritated.

"Oh! All this time I've been receiving your newsletter every Tuesday. I was always looking forward to reading the 'success' stories - even though sometimes it was hard for me to believe that only 15 minutes of breathing exercises can make people feel so good. I always thought to myself, "Today is the day I am going to start." Well after about maybe 4 or 5 months of saying the same thing, that day has finally arrived.

Question: Why don't I lose the weight and inches as quickly as some of the other people using the Oxycise! program?
