But I have learned through careful self-observation, that I have to do Oxycise! "first thing" in the morning -- or else I will weasel out of it somehow! I've even noticed that the minute I tell myself, "Time for Oxycise!" that I will then suddenly come up with a whole bunch of other things that I "have to do first" ... "Oh, I'd better unload the dishwasher first"... "My houseplants look really dry, I'd better give them some water" ... "I need to dust the VCR right now" (etc.) I've come to recognize these sudden impulses as subconscious attempts from my own "weak side" to get me out of doing a workout! Pretty pathetic, huh? Shame on me... I do know better!
