"The beginning of the Mar. 19 newsletter could well have been written by me! Boy, I seem to find any excuse not to do this 15min. workout! I have instructed myself to turn over a new leaf as of Mar.25 and JUST DO IT! It really is ridiculous not to spend 15 min. on my own health.

There are several different ways to get started on the road to permanent weight control and better health with Oxycise!

* If you are just beginning to do Oxycise!, It's essential to have at least ONE of the following:

Level 1 video set
"Oxycise!" (the book)
"Easy Does It" Level 1 video set (moves at a slower pace, and has no floor positions)
