*A* Changing Habits

No one wants to change habits. Changing habits is
hard.
More than likely you have made a lot of effort at
some time in your life to change your
habits in order to lose weight. You did everything your were
"supposed" to do, but you
didn't achieve permanent success. No wonder you don't want to change your
current
habits. It has never produced positive results in the past.
Your experience with changing habits is about to
change. I'm not going to try and pretend
that Oxycise! won't take any effort or habit changes. Changing direction always
takes effort.
But you're in luck! Your changes will be so well rewarded that you will hardly
notice the
effort.
Remember that it is gravity pull that keeps our
