*************** Welcome to the OxyChat! Newsletter, a weekly publication to help you in your quest for the body you want and deserve! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Imagine the body you'd like to have... *************************** Well, instead of paying for your new body with money, would you be willing to pay with time -- say a "price" of 30 minutes per day? Or how about even half that time? Here's the deal...If you are willing to spend 15 minutes of your time doing Oxycise! every day, you really can have a new body! The catch is that it may take a few months, or 6 months, or a year....or possibly even longer. Would the "cost" still be worth it? Would you still pay 15 minutes a day, for several months, or even a year or more, in exchange for a whole future of better health? And would you be willing to keep making "payments" -- in the form of regular Oxycise! workouts -- in order to keep your new body in "top form" for the rest of your life? I think most of us would agree that the joy of having a healthy, fit, well-shaped body would be well worth almost any effort! You really CAN have the "new body" you want, if you want to "pay the price". If you are willing to work toward that goal and invest some time every day, you will begin to see and feel positive changes. Your body will begin to undergo a gradual transformation. And you will come to know a new sense of joy and freedom. Your new body is waiting! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ************************* April 24, 2002 "In Sept, 2001, I had to have a

Oxycise! makes a difference. I have set a goal "You can't tell me this Oxycise! doesn't
work. I am living proof!" Sincerely, UPDATE from Trish -- May 29, 2002: At 145 now and only 10 more lbs to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! * Individual results will vary. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ******************************* A: Always "listen" to your body. Don't
overdo anything to the point of causing injury. The most important part of
Oxycise! is the breathing -- moving lots of air in and out of your body. Make
that your top priority. DO try to flex and stretch and make your muscles work,
but know your limits and don't push yourself too far or too fast. Some people
automatically do things in a very physical way, and use lots of effort. Others
may not be putting enough effort into the breathing or the workouts. Try to make
an honest evaluation of your own effort. Are you working too hard, or not hard
enough? If your heart rate is within your target range, or training zone, you
are probably Q: How do I figure my "training zone" heart rate? A: Start out with the "magic number" of 220. Then subtract your age. If your age is 40, the result will be 180. This is considered to approximate your "maximum safe heart rate". Then multiply that number (Your maximum safe heart rate, or MHR) by 50% (.50) to calculate the low end of your training zone (90 beats per minute in this case) Multiply your MHR by 85% (.85) to determine the high end of your range (153 beats per minute in this case). The American College of Sports Medicine recommends that beginners work at the low end of their range; Only competitive athletes should work as high as 85 percent.
