Most of us who have weight problems know "all the right answers" to questions about diet and exercise. We could probably even write a book on How to Lose Weight! We know what we want to change and we know what we need to do to make it happen. And deep down, we really want to make the changes. But we just can't seem to get off the ground! And even though we have discovered the Oxycise! program and believe it's THE answer we have been looking for -- when it comes to DOING what we know and believe, well, that's another story!

That's when an OxyPal can make all the difference. Someone to give you a little nudge, push, shove, or maybe even a well-placed "kick in the behind" when you need it! An OxyPal can help you achieve your weight loss or fitness goals by encouraging you and asking about your progress. Just knowing that your OxyPal is going to be "checking up on you" may be just what you need to get you moving and keep you moving.

I have just entered into a mutual agreement with an OxyPal in Canada who will be checking up on me ... and I will do the same for her! We have challenged each other to do at least one Oxycise! workout every day in August (with Sundays off for rest and "good behavior!") and we are going to make sure we do it or else! Right, Crystal? *B* Take Things EASY With Our "Easy Does It" Workouts!

As advertised in PARADE Magazine, our newest video workouts are perfect for those who are recuperating from illness, injury or surgery. They're also great for seniors, new Oxycise! customers -- and everyone else!

In the "Easy Does It" Level One introduction Jill gives a thorough step-by-step explanation of the Oxycise! Basic Breath. So "Easy Does It" Level One is great for those who are brand new to Oxycise! -- No other videos, books, or experience required!

All three workouts move at a little slower pace than our regular workouts. And they have built-in "intermissions" so you can stop the workout and continue later. There are also no floor positions, so this may be an advantage to those who have injuries, or who simply prefer not to get down on the floor.

If you've never done Oxycise! before, be sure to start with Level One, to take advantage of Jill's great instructions on doing the Oxycise! breathing. And even if you've been doing Oxycise! for a while, but aren't quite sure you're breathing correctly, Jill's step-by-step teaching will insure that you are breathing with power.

"I will have been on Oxycise! 4 months on June 7th. Two days ago, I just happened to really look at my face in the mirror. I could see a straight face. I couldn't believe my eyes. For years and years, I have had a crooked face and a crooked smile, therefore I rarely let people take my photo. Doc (husband) did some cranial work on me, which helped but not entirely.
