I took a small vacation yesterday and spent the day hiking with my family in the Sierra Nevada mountains. We had to walk several miles up and down a winding trail to reach our intended destination. Occasionally we passed through cool, dark forests of tall pines and aspens. At other times the trail was dusty and hot--and steep! It took hours and many, many steps, but we finally arrived at our destination -- a beautiful river that had carved it's way down the mountain-side. Raging waterfalls spilled into deep pools and icy water cascaded over the huge granite boulders. Lush green ferns hid in shady places along the banks. The setting was so beautiful it was worth every step it took to get there.

Once you decide that you really want to pursue the goal of weight loss and better health, then go for it. You CAN get there! The Oxycise! program is your pathway to success! "Hi Julie,
I had stopped Oxy! for awhile since I was busy walking for the Baltimore/Washington Breast Cancer 60 mile walk!!! (Even tho I didn't do Oxy! exercises, I still practiced breathing -- and it helped alot!!) However, during the time off, I gained back some unwanted inches on my waist and hips.

"I find that the best and ONLY time that works for me, is right away after I jump out of bed and brush my teeth. I won't even allow myself to have a cup of coffee or tea, but I do drink a glass of water before and after Oxy! Water is very important.

"The other thing that I believe is very important, is to record measurements and follow weekly to see the changes. That's what I find exciting - watching those measurements go down!!
