Most people who do the Oxycise! program consistently for a period of time become convinced that it works because of the benefits they see and feel. Individuals have reported that their muscles are stronger and more defined. Many others have seen lost weight and inches and can tell that their bodies are more flexible and shapely, or that their clothes are fitting differently. Some people become aware of positive changes in blood pressure, cholesterol, or body fat percentage. Others start to hear compliments from friends whom they haven't seen for a while. Many people say they are more calm and able to cope with daily stresses. Others report feeling more energetic and alive.

And some people have become even more convinced of the benefits of Oxycise! by NOT doing it. Sound crazy? I'll explain. Even when a good thing like Oxycise! comes along, it's easy to get a little lazy and neglect a workout here and there. Pretty soon the bad habit of NOT doing workouts can take over... That's when many people start to notice that something is missing. They don't have the energy they used to have. They don't feel quite as good. They're not accomplishing as much. They may lose muscle tone and gain back excess fat. They become less flexible. And some people don't even realize, until they quit doing Oxycise! that it was the reason WHY they were feeling so good before. How does that old song go.... "Don't it always seem to go, that you don't know what you've got 'til it's gone?" *

An Oxycise! customer in Toronto, Canada, wrote saying that she and her husband had both lost weight doing Oxycise! But as time passed they began to neglect their workouts. "I just started using Oxycise! I admit that I have only used it off & on for about a month. I do the Commuter exercises mostly and I don't do them every day. I have only done the Level 1 exercises a few times. However, I have gone down two pant sizes and one shirt size. I have a lot of weight (in excess of 100 pounds) to lose, but I think I have found the key."

"I just started back to work after maternity leave and I'm still 20 pounds over my ideal weight. With working and having two kids now, and my husband working and going to school, it is extremely hard to find time to go to the gym. My first week back to work, I woke up 15 minutes early and did Oxycise! every morning, right after I made my bed, in my pajamas! I felt great and not tired at all. (I owe some credit to my sweet baby who already sleeps through the night.) The second week, my kids both got a cold and gave it to me and I was worried about deep breathing and if it would get any infection deeper into my lungs. I hit the snooze instead of getting up and I was tired all week (of course, I was sick, too.) It's my third week back to work and I am committed to the program. I KNOW that 15 minutes of O! does more for me than 15 minutes of snooze and it's the only time I have for myself all day. I hope to write back in a few weeks with a success story!"

In response to a number of questions from readers, here are some additional comments from Cornelia (see last week's newsletter at http://www.oxyciseplus.com/Newsletters/02_10b.htm  )

"I would be happy to answer any and all questions!

"As to the diet, I changed it but not drastically - I still eat all the things I've always loved (like Taco Bell) but I try to eat in moderation. Although, its worth pointing out that, for the first month or so I did Oxycise! I made no changes whatsoever. Strange as this may sound, I actually kind of lost interest in eating so many sugary things, after I'd made the Oxycise! part of my regular lifestyle.

"I tried to do Oxycise! at least once a day, 5 times a week - although, on maybe 3 days of those, I did a second routine.

"Here's a wedding update - I bought my dress on August 15, and when I went back two weeks later to have a fitting (they wanted to check the length, with my shoes) it turned out - much to everyone's shock - that I'd dropped an entire size! At this point, I was still doing Oxycise! exclusively - so I owe it all to your wonderful program. I'm looking forward to next May, and confident that I can lose the 10 or so pounds I have left before I reach my goal.
