I purchased small things like exercise stretch bands and such to carry in our suitcases, but nothing ever seemed to work out. "I decided to write down the information from the TV and then called later on. I decided to order it and talk to my husband later about it. At first he wasn't sure about it, but then decided to give it a try. I thought that you'd be glad to know that he does it on the Int'l flights. He does it in the airports. He does it in the hotels. He does it just about anywhere. It is something that can be done anywhere, of course adjusting the movements to the location of where you are. On the plane, he uses the positions like on the cassette for the car. "He and I both have told many people about it and have gotten several started on it. Last year I did it for a few weeks and was amazed at the condition of my whole body. I traveled to Tokyo and went up and down the steps in the train stations with no thought of being out of breath.
