"I've been meaning to e-mail you, but I wanted to be sure of what I was seeing before I did! Believe it or not, I'm losing a pound a day, and I promise you, I AM NOT STARVING MYSELF!

"I'd be lying if I told you that the first day was a piece of cake, but in addition to my regular Oxycise!, I added 20 minutes of aerobic dancing...that worked great in the blood sugar control department. "I still think it's too good to be true, but the proof is in the pudding. My question is for you, how is this possible that I've gone down from a size 16 to a size 12, and I'm losing inches, yet the scale has only come down 6 pounds?
