Total Losses for Two
Weeks: 6 lbs., 20.75 inches!!
"Dear Jill,
I want to thank you so much for bringing Oxycise! to the public. I have
been overweight for quite a few years and I have tried almost anything
and everything: pills, shakes, patches, high protein, low-fat, no-fat,
you name it, I tried it. I can't even imagine how much money I have
spent on these programs that simply don't work. The only thing I ever
found to be successful was step aerobics, but it really hurt my knees,
not to mention that it took quite awhile to see any results.
"I just completed my first week of Oxycise! and I can't even put

A New Attitude!

I began the LEVEL II workout and find it so graceful and enjoyable. I

"I saw a friend that I haven't seen in months. She stared at me
with her mouth open and said, "How much weight did you lose, 30, 40
pounds?"
"Now, I've only been doing this for three weeks (sometimes twice a
day) and I've yet to step on a scale (still too scared!), but what a
great feeling to have someone else notice. Talk about encouragement!

Energized With Oxycise!
"I've been using Oxycise! every night for a week now (I also do a
few of the positions during the day in my office when I get tired or my
back starts to ache from typing). . . I have noticed in this past week
that I feel great (people keep asking me why I'm in such a good mood all
this week too). I am able to get up without a problem in the morning
when my alarm goes off at 5:30 instead of dragging my butt out of bed
after hitting the snooze 5 times. I also noticed last weekend that I
didn't need to take a nap at 11:30 a.m. after being up for 2 hours!! On
Sunday after I did Oxycise! at around 4:00 p.m. I went for a 30 minute
walk on our bike trail at about 7:00. I had a little trouble going to
sleep that night because I was so energized!"

Before: "It sounded too simple, too easy to be true."
After: "It's only been a couple of weeks and I couldn't be
happier."
"I wasn't extremely overweight, just ten pounds according to my
doctor. You'd think that ten would be easy to lose, but it wasn't.
Something 'happened' after the age of thirty (could it have been my
eating habits, age, hormones, lack of exercise? Perhaps all of the
above.) At any rate, I wanted to lose twenty, not the ten that would
have put me at the top of the height/weight table in my doctor's office.
"Since I wasn't extremely overweight, he didn't want to prescribe
any medication for fear of the side effects. However, I wasn't going to
be deterred! Whatever it took, I was going to lose those excess pounds.
So, I went to a weight loss clinic. I was given a brief physical exam,
my weight and measurements were taken and I was given medication. Sure,
they gave advice on eating right and exercising, but I was doing all
those things for months and nothing had happened. I was desperate for
some results. And the diet pills did work, slowly but surely. I lost ten
pounds and stopped taking them. The weight came right back, much quicker
than it had left. I realized that unless I wanted to take pills for the
rest of my life I was going to have to try something else. And who knew
what side effects I would have from taking the medication for years at a
time?
"I heard about those 'weight loss' body wraps. You know the
ones...they claim that you'll lose at least six inches in your first
visit or your money back. I made the appointment and, yes, I did 'lose'
ten inches. Sounds like a lot, doesn't it? It's not when you're measured
from head to foot. They measured me in so many places (including my jaw
and ankles - the only bony places on my body!) I could hardly believe
it. They measured my thigh in three places and, of course, they marked
each 1/8 inch loss as a success. There wasn't one lasting benefit from
the wrap. I lost no weight and the inch loss appeared to be from being
bound so tightly for an hour! I could hardly breathe, let alone move
around like they wanted me to!
"Then, as a massage therapist in a natural healing salon, some of
my clients started asking me about natural weight loss methods. I gave
them the same line everyone hears about eating right and walking, but I
knew I was giving them the same line that I'd been trying to swallow for
so long. If walking were such great exercise for weight loss, there
wouldn't be any overweight letter carriers in the U.S. Postal Service -
but there are many, of course.
"So, I decided to do a little more research since I wasn't going to
recommend my clients take weight loss pills for life. I got on the
Internet and found a fitness bulletin board. I kept reading about
something called Oxycise! and how it worked for others. I decided to
visit the website. It sounded too simple, too easy to be true. I decided
that since I wanted to lose fat and I couldn't recommend anything I
couldn't personally endorse to my clients, I ordered the product. Still
skeptical, of course.
"When it arrived in the mail, I didn't open it for a couple of
days. Then one night I was going to get on the treadmill for yet another
one hour walk and I just couldn't bring myself to do it. I thought about
the Oxycise! promise that I'd see results in really a matter of days and
I put the tape in the VCR.
"It wasn't like anything I'd ever seen before. I watched both tapes
through, then decided to try it for myself. Then I did the workout tape.
I was still skeptical. I did it the next night. I still didn't believe
it would work. Then, on the third day I measured my waist. It was 1/2
smaller than it was on the first day. That's when I started to believe
it *might* work.
"I haven't lost the twenty pounds I wanted my doctor to help me
lose, but the number on the scale has lost it's significance to me. I am
losing weight, of course, but I'm losing inches and feeling great! I'm
not sweaty or exhausted afterward and I can even sneak in a few
positions between appointments. I don't have to work out for hours each
week or go nowhere on my treadmill! It's amazing!
"I'm totally convinced that if people would just invest a few more
dollars, even if it means selling the rest of their exercise equipment
in a garage sale to get the few dollars it takes to get the Oxycise!
system, and dedicate just a few minutes each day to their health, they
would be able to change their lives forever.
"It's only been a couple of weeks and I couldn't be happier. I tell
my clients about Oxycise! and have even gone so far as to demonstrate
the basic breath and a few positions for them. After I tell them about
my continuing success, they want to try it, too. However, very few of
them have Internet access. Jill, you've got to get on the air and tell
everyone how great Oxycise! is and how to order it. I know they'll love
it as much as I do.
"You and I know there's no better way to invest fifteen minutes a
day and it's something that you can follow along with in the book, so
after they get the basic breath down, they don't even have to watch the
video tape - they can do the whole routine in less than the time it
takes them to watch
one half-hour sitcom.
