"I have to admit that I was very skeptical about Oxycise! and thought ' What is Oxycise! going to do for me that 9 months at the gym haven't done?' I really thought it would be a 'non-workout' and likely would do nothing for me, but decided out of curiosity more than anything to give it a try... After all, I had nothing to lose but 20lbs I've been struggling with for the last four years (LOL!) I did the Level 1 tape Monday and yesterday...today I am sore all over! Of course it is too early to see any results, but I can definitely feel it is doing something! "I've been incorporating my regular exercise routine with Oxycise!, and it's working great for me. I'm a runner, and I've found that by doing 15 minutes of breathing before I run, my lung capacity is greatly enhanced. I've been able to cut time off my 10K best, so that's great! Also, I've noticed more upper body definition which runners always have trouble achieving. "I can't believe how different I feel."

"Although I did lose some inches on Bodyflex, the scale refused to budge. Even with drinking tons of water and cutting down on red meat. With Oxycise! I am finding it easier on my body. I have high intraocular pressure at the present and had to quit Bodyflex due to some of the positions. I have done Oxycise! for one week and I can't believe how different I feel. I actually feel like I did something aerobic instead of wheezing. My heart rate never got above 90 with Body Flex but with Oxycise! it gets up to the 100's and I actually sweat a little if I do it right. The Bodyflex is a good program but this is much better at educating you about the system and it is SAFER! I have a hard time losing weight to begin with but I'm not losing hope yet. I have a hypothyroid condition and pounds DO NOT MELT OFF ME. But the toning that I have witnessed is phenomenal with OXYCISE! I also work night shift as an RN and it is so great to go into the break room and do the basic breath for about 15 minutes, then I eat my lunch. I LOVE IT. As RN's we educate our patients about deep breathing for stress management and for asthma but HALLELUJAH! Finally a program that I can design for ME! I have passed the OXYCISE! WEBSITE out to family and friends and told them that Jill's program is a MUST! I didn't feel this way after doing Body Flex although I was getting in more oxygen . . ."

She "Could Have Danced All Night"!

"Dear Jill,
I just had to let you know that I finally got on a scale. (Not my own, I used a store one. I threw mine out in disgust a long time ago!). Anyway I am down 14 pounds! I know I have a long way to go yet, but I can't tell you how long I have hovered around that 204 - 200 spot. I just couldn't break through the 200. And after that I just got so depressed that I stopped weighing myself.

"Anyway, I tried three different scales in the store (The clerks must have thought I was nuts!) but every scale said 190! I know that I have another 50 or so to go before I'm really comfortable, but I can't tell you what a barrier I broke through!

"This past week I took another inch off under my breast and another one off of the hips! My pants are hanging!

"I fit into a party dress which I wore Saturday night and danced myself silly! Everyone asked my husband if I was drunk because I never stopped dancing all night! I don't drink! I was just so energetic and ready to celebrate! The dress, which my Mom bought me, was a real feminine kind of dress. I never wear dresses like that, always opting for the suit, conservative look. I have never been real comfortable wearing one of those flowery, twirly kinds of dresses. Well, I wore one Saturday night and had a blast.
