"Dear Jill,
I was so excited to receive my Oxycise! program yesterday in the mail. I
must say that I have spent way too much money over the years on machines
and programs that have helped only short term in my weight problem. I
read an article about you in a woman's magazine a month or so ago and
was really impressed with your weight loss and intrigued by the idea of
increasing your oxygen as being a means for losing weight and gaining
overall health. It made such complete sense, but being a writer I needed
some written proof and spent several weeks researching oxygen.
"All the research I came up with verified your claims and I
thought, hmmm maybe a yoga class would be the answer because yoga
concentrates on breathing and stretching. However, I took a couple of
beginner classes and decided that it was not for me, because I injured
my back about 10 years ago and lost a lot of my flexibility and stamina
because the injury pretty much incapacitated me at the time and sent me
spiraling down the road to obesity. That's why I'm so excited about this
system.
"I read through the books and ran through the tapes a couple of
times. It looks like something I can do without worrying 'Am I flexible
enough for this, or will this hurt me?', which is wonderful. I'm
starting the Oxycleanse* in the morning and am looking forward to more
energy and better health.
"I also wanted to add that I was so surprised and completely
impressed that you sent me a $7.00 check for overpaying. I guess I
didn't realize that there was a special going on. Anyway, it just shows
what integrity you have as a company leader to refund that money. A lot
of other companies would have just shrugged their shoulders and
deposited my check. That simple action tells me a lot about you and your
company and you should be proud that you uphold a certain standard of
fairness and honesty.

I get up in the morning, whip out that tape measure, and lo and behold!
there's gone another quarter inch! I'm a bum; I end up lots of times
getting around to it at bedtime. But I still end up sleeping pretty
well. Must be I'm having sweet dreams of another quarter inch!"

"Hi! Well I had been on
body flex for 4 weeks (doing it twice a day for about three weeks) and I
saw no results, only one inch in my thighs. I was upset. I found this
website and thought' "OK, I'll give this a try"
". . . I got it last Friday and studied the program on Saturday and
started doing Oxycise! on Sunday. Today is Wednesday and I had to
measure just to see if it was working . . .well, here are the results: 4
inches off my chest, 1" off my waist, 4" off my hips and
2" on each thigh!!!! That's a total of 11 inches in 4 days. I'm on
a low carb diet [prescribed by my doctor]. But I was on the same [diet]
with body flex and did not see the results. I will never stop [Oxycise!].

it!! Now I need the commuter tape and level 2. I hope those of you not
seeing results will give it a little longer. I'm very over- weight, so

I am also one who has ridden the weight loss roller coaster all my life,
most recently with the phen-fen diet. Like most, I lost weight on this
drug. Also like most, I gained it all back and then some. I decided that
I had had enough with the fad diets so I started looking for something
that didn't require me to put a foreign substance into my body.
"My most successful weight loss experience came when I started
walking regularly, so that is exactly what I did. My husband used to
work out with weights a lot also, actually something we enjoyed doing
together, so we both decided to sign up with a personal trainer. I was
working out in some fashion at least seven days a week!! Somehow,
though, the weight wasn't coming off. It seemed as if I was building
muscle through the weight training, but it was beneath all the fat. I
figured that I had seriously messed with my metabolism with all the fad

personal favorite), and the lying position with knee press have worked

done. As crude as this may sound, they simply do not "jiggle"
like they did in the old days. I NEVER thought I'd find exercises that
worked this area as well as Oxycise! I'm glad I didn't waste $99 on a

I see I'm down six pounds, and I've lost an inch from the chest, waist,

"Hi! I have been Oxycising for about 2
weeks now. I have lost around 3" so far, but no pounds. But, I know
why--I have found muscles! I was sitting at my keyboard wearing a
sleeveless shirt--looked down and saw a bicep without flexing! Now,
where did I get that? Over the weekend I was flinging bags of mulch into
our van with no real effort at all--this is unheard of for me! I am
trotting up the stairs at work with little or no exertion, and my quads
are really hard when I flex them. I have energy to spare, and I feel so
healthy. This is simply incredible--I still want to lose almost 75
pounds (I had lost around 75 when I began Oxycise!), so I am no ideal
specimen, but I am probably in my best shape in over 15 years! I never
thought I would be able to see such rapid and fantastic results from
exercise. Jill, I know your wonderful program will help me be in better
shape now, at 41, than I have ever been in my life! I have already

I am a size 4 (5"6", 105"), so I'm pretty thin. I've been
using Oxycise! for 4 weeks and have tried Body Flex before too. I like
them both, but Oxycise! is definitely my favorite. I just bought new
jeans yesterday, and they're a size 2, so even if you don't have weight
to lose (and I know that I don't!) then you'll still see a tightening
and defining of muscles which will make you appear smaller although you
might not lose weight. My size 4's are really baggy on my now. Keep
breathing, and you'll get there!"

I know you get hundreds of letters, but I just had to write you. I
started doing Oxycise! only 2 days ago. Not only do I feel great and
have a healthy 'glow', but I got on the scale this morning (just for
kicks) and I lost one pound!!!! Now one pound may not sound like much,
but to me, it's a breakthrough. Ever since I had my baby a year ago, my
weight has remained at exactly the same point...never going up, never
going down. Since I was breastfeeding, it was hard to find a diet that
was safe. I was hoping I'd be the kind of woman that weight falls off of
when breastfeeding, but unfortunately for me, I'm the kind that clings
to fat like it's going out of style. I tried an exercise program and
weight watchers with no success. I was starting to think my scale was
stuck.
"I'm also very surprised that I lost a pound because Oxycise! is so
easy to do! I was a Bodyflexer, and I always felt like I had been put
through the mill afterward. But when I did Oxycise!, I had to watch the
instructional tape a couple of times to make sure I was doing it right
because I wasn't feeling any pain! I guess I was another believer in the
'no pain, no gain' theory.

"It was such a treat to have your
package waiting for me when I returned from North Carolina. At the time
I had been doing Body Flex for two weeks, and now have done two weeks of
Oxycise!
"I didn't take my body measurements when I first began either
program. Basically I don't have a lot of inches or weight to lose; I
just wanted to tone up and feel better and maybe get rid of some
cellulite if that's possible. (Also, I'm going to my 30-year high school
reunion in July and it would be nice to be looking good if you know what
I mean!)
"Both programs offer the flexibility to do them when you are
traveling and can be done in any room so they are convenient. You don't
get all sweaty and exhausted from doing either routine. I actually look
forward to doing the Oxycise! workout and so I don't postpone it or
dread it. Always I feel energized after doing the exercises...it's not a
depleting type of workout...it sort of 'restores' you physically and
emotionally.
