minutes in AM to music and 10-15 while walking my dogs (we walk about 35
m.p. wk) I still do Body Flex 'cause I really enjoy it and it provided
me w/lovely results. The combination gives me variety and focus. No gym,

"P.S. It's just amazing to me why all my friends sweat and strain
and still complain about their weight. They spin, lift and though jeans
are tighter and scale is higher - I tell them and they just make fun -
wish they would just try Oxycise! - I eat lots of lovely, whole food and
they count every calorie and grain. Oh and that's another Oxycise! plus
. . . you can do it after you eat. It DOESN'T have to be done on an
empty stomach (and mine rarely is!)"

"I still can't believe it..."

started doing Oxycise! on Sunday. So far, I have lost 1-1/2" from
my waist and 1-1/2" from my hips. That's after doing it only 4
times. To say you could've knocked me over with a feather while I was

"Hi,
I would have never guessed I'd be adding in my 2 cents, but here it is
after week 3. Lost 3 lbs the first week and none since, but to my
measuring wonder today, here are the results for me. I've lost 1"
on bust, 2" on waist, 1" on hips (and my upper hip problem
area, 1/4") just a change there is wonderful!!- I knew my jeans
were looser!!! I'm down 1% BF, My BMI has gone from 25.3 to 24.9, my
waist to hip ratio from .77 to .73.

"My abs are flat for the first time in a long while."
"Hi --
Things are going well. I haven't lost many inches, but things are pretty
firm now. My abs are flat for the first time in a long while.
"You must understand, I used to be severely underweight (90 lbs)
for several years. Then when I got my new life and my spirit back, my
weight naturally went up. I had an appetite for the first time in years.
My body needed the weight and didn't want to give it up. It still
doesn't, but I'm learning to accept that at 29 years old, my body isn't
meant to look like it did when I was 16.
"I have a bit of a line down my abs now!! Can you believe it?? I
had no idea that just breathing would produce any kind of definition.
"I still can't do all of the positions just yet. It starts to mess
up with my breathing, and I think the breathing is the most important
thing.
"I just got my fiancee to try it. He couldn't believe that he
actually built up a sweat just standing and breathing for 20 minutes.

exercise machine that I said I couldn't get on for more than a minute?
Well....I can do 15 minutes every day on that too!! So I do that...then
I cool down....then I do the breathing a little later. The breathing

6 Pounds and 5˝ Inches Gone in 4
Weeks
"In addition to all the
benefits commonly mentioned (I've been reading silently for days) I'm
thrilled with the amount of time I don't spend searching for something
that looks decent fitnesswise. Probably save the time spent Oxycising
everyday. As for $, not having to buy summer clothes a size or two
larger, I've probably recouped my investment several times over. I did
purchase a great pair of sandals to wear with 'old' clothes and can't
wait to go shopping for smaller sizes in the future. The day after my
deluxe set, Level II and commuter tape arrived, I spotted Jill's
article at the grocery checkout (lots of fruit and veggies in my cart).
I promptly devoured the article and turned to the horoscope (not a big
fan) which read something like 'would come across something that seemed
to good to be true that would work out for me.'
4 weeks results:
-6 lbs
-2" of waist
-2" of hips
-1.5" of thigh

"I have been doing the
commuter tape in my car now for three weeks (twice a day five days a
week). Some people sing in their cars; I breathe. I also do it at
my desk during the day. I have my email prompt me every 2 hours to
do at least 5 reps. In my chair. I am happy to report that I have lost a
total of 8 inches.
"The best part is that I don't have to pull my shirt out of that
roll on my back anymore. My waist may not actually be any smaller, but
that roll is gone, and that's a start. My husband has noticed a
difference. We both swim, and I have noticed that he belly
breathes while he treads water. I find that I like doing the
exercises in the water. It's fun to feel the water on your skin,
and know that through breathing, you're helping your body be the
best it can be.

"Hi Y'all,
It's been four weeks for me and my progress is like a turtle. I am
working out every day and getting better at it! I lost 1 1/4" this
week and 1 pound. That brings my total up to 6 1/2" and 3 pounds. I
feel great and have lots of energy. My chiropractor says my lower back
is getting stronger and better! I feel much less pain in that area. I'm
developing muscle tone and can even sit up from a prone position with
little effort! I'm very pleased with my results. I just keep reminding
myself that 'slow and steady wins the race!' "
