"Miracle"
"We live on a mountain
top on 20 acres in Montana. I was loading the motor home for a trip the
first week of July and carrying a dog food bowl with a water bowl
balanced on top. I was not looking where I was stepping and slipped off
the stepping stone at the front of the motor home. I sprawled into the
dirt and slid. I hit so hard I almost lost my breath. My face was in the
dirt and my glasses had the lenses so deeply scratched that I could
barely see through the left one. The frames were also bent. I had dirt
all over my face and in my mouth. This is to give an idea of how
devastating the fall was. We were leaving to spend a week with friends
in Idaho and I was determined not to let anything spoil the holiday. I
called to my husband who was in the house and he came out to help me get
up as I had no strength in my leg muscles from the shock of the fall.
The first miracle is that no bones were broken.
"I cleaned the dirt off me and decided that the worst of the
experience would be the next day when all my muscles would ache. The
next morning I awakened early in my bed in the motor home and I could
tell I didn't want to move very much. I had received the Oxycise! videos
and the 15 minute audio tape earlier in June but had not used them. I
know that sore muscles are an indication of an accumulation of lactic
acid that slowly is removed -- usually it takes days. I realized that
the Oxycise! technique should correct that situation. I lay in bed and
did the Oxycise! exercises I had learned from the audio tape. I was
going to do them for 15 minutes but extended them to 45 minutes (while
my husband slept). I also did extra ones on my legs and arms where the
most muscle pain was. When I got out of bed -- there was NO muscle
soreness left. I continued to us Oxycise! every morning and enjoyed a
pain-free week. This week I am finally seeing some bruising that is
turning yellow-green but had not been apparent before. I think the
Oxycise! also mitigated the surface bruising.
"I want to point out that this was the first time I had used the
Oxycise! technique and so had no "build-up" that might have
made it work better -- and even then it performed a miracle. I also want
to say that I am almost 69 years old. I have had friends put in the
hospital with falls no worse than mine. Certainly the average person my
age would spend a week lying around in bed recovering from the pains.
This should be mentioned to your clients as another use of the
technique. People get sore muscles from all kinds of week-end exercise.
This would be a miracle for them. However, you can't put a time limit on
the breathing as you have to do it until you get rid of the lactic acid
in the muscles. That would be an individual thing.

Thank you so much for sharing your story, and your research with all of
us who are in the same boat you were. I am 24, 5'8", and started
out at my heaviest weight ever when your videos arrived - 213 lbs. That
was a month ago, and am utterly thrilled! I have lost over 20 inches and
9 pounds, and I feel incredible! I am now 204 lbs! I am medium build and
muscular, so my goal is around 150 - 160 lbs. I almost don't care what
the scale says anymore - I look and feel so much better... as long as
I'm lean and strong I don't care if the scale says 180 and I'm a size 12
forever (I used to aim for 130, and a size 8, yo-yo dieting since I can
remember... very similar to your story, so it was easy to relate). I
love your program so much that I can't live a day without it anymore. I
work late hours and didn't get the chance to do my Oxycise! before work
the other day, but I couldn't go to bed without doing it, so I did - at
2 am! I slept better and woke up refreshed, so now I do it twice a day.
"I have also added my own positions for stretching and light weight
training, as well as my favorite yoga positions to mix it up a bit, a
little different each day, but I always do the ones on your intermediate
workout. I am more flexible and can see amazing results as far as all
over toning goes - 5 inches off my waist alone!

aches at work from sitting and having to stretch and reach for things
constantly (I just slipped a disc this past November, and never thought

I Was Skeptical
"Just a note of thanks to Jill. I was skeptical; you
know 'if it sounds too good, etc..' Well I've been doing the Level
I for a little more than a week and am very pleased. I have had
three lower disc surgeries and the last in '88 left me with a left leg
limp and right leg pain, not to mention the back.
"I can already feel the results. They are great. I am going to
adapt some of the Level II exercises to some of the back exercises I
have used over the years. One that I have added to Level I is the
'Cat back Stretch' which is done on all fours. I tense all the muscles
and do the Basic Breath while doing the pelvic tilt for two reps and two
reps with the back arched. Seems to work. I have moved my belt two
notches in since last Monday."

print!) Have been Oxycizing since April 15 when my tapes arrived and I
still love it! I combine it with a body flex workout, one in the AM and
one in the PM.

"I can honestly say my body is better than it has ever

I think the most exciting thing is that I feel like I'm 16. I would not
have ever believed that I could breath and stretch and totally change
the shape of my body. My skin seems tighter all over and my complexion
is rosy. The breathing and the exercises are so powerful it hard to
explain to people. Even my husband can't believe the change. He has had
friends ask him if I had been lipoed. I take that as a great compliment.
It's always nice to know it's not your imagination.
"The best thing happened over the weekend. I went to my favorite
dress store and when I was trying on clothes the woman who usually helps
me said "it's like dressing a totally different body". I'm not
quite sure she believes I'm only breathing and stretching.

"I love it! I even had to buy new jeans."
"I love it! I do the
exercises first thing in the morning before I go to work. It helps to
wake me up and energize me for the day. I notice a definite difference
when, for some reason, I don't get to do them in the morning. I even do
them on weekends simply because it makes me feel good.
I had lost about 12 pounds before I ever started Oxycise!, but then I
seemed to plateau. I couldn't seem to lose those last 3-4 pounds that I
wanted to. Since using Oxycise! consistently for the two and a half
weeks, I've lost a couple of pounds. I think if I would take my
measurements, that is where I would notice a big difference. My clothes
are loose on me. I like loose, but a lot of things are now baggy!
