"I started the Oxycise! program the end of September. I have enjoyed an unexpected benefit from the Oxycise! program--A complete relief from chronic allergies! My entire family has allergies and all my family members except myself are currently taking weekly or daily allergy shots year-round.

“I have always thought of myself as being physically fit; In fact my family and friends have always considered me to be an exercise fanatic. Health and fitness have always been a top priority for me. My father is a doctor. I studied nursing and received an LPN certificate and my husband is an RN.  For the past twenty-some years, exercise has been an important part of my life. At least 3 times each week I completed an hour-long session. My most recent exercise routine consisted of the following: 15 minutes of ballet stretching and warm-up exercises, followed by 30 minutes of aerobics, and ending with another 15 minutes of cool-down stretching. By the time I set aside part of my day for exercise, then spent the hour on my routine, followed by a shower and changing clothes, it took about 2 hours from start to finish.
