Customer Loses 30 Pounds in 10 Weeks ( in Spite of MS!)

I wanted to take just a minute to tell you how happy I have been with Oxycise! After the births of my two children, I had retained a lot more weight than I wanted or was healthy.

"About a year after my second son was born, I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. I gained an additional 15 pounds due to depression and inactivity. And while the MS is relapsing/remitting, I cannot do "traditional" exercises as I get very ill when my core body temperature rises. I thought there was no hope.

"Then, in June I found your website. I read the messages in OxyChat for about a week, emailed your staff with some questions, and then ordered. I was amazed! Not only was I capable of doing the program, it was working!

"In the first 2 1/2 months, I lost just over 30 pounds! I have 15 more to lose. Unfortunately, I have had a MS relapse and have been unable to Oxycise! for about 8 weeks. HI! I have been doing Oxycise! for 2 weeks with amazing results... I have lost 2 pounds and a total of 7 inches, which to me is a miracle.. I decided to do no other exercises for a month except for Oxycise! just to see if what everyone has been saying is true... Well, it is! For the past 4 months, I had been going to a Gym (concentrating on cardio) to get rid of the fat with no substantial results. Also, I had been doing workouts at home (Total Gym, Walker)... In two weeks I have gotten more results with Oxycise! than I have for all my time and effort with traditional exercise. I would probably see better results if I could curb my appetite! ..."

Cindy Loses 7 Pounds in Two Weeks -- Even With a Broken Foot!

"I bought [another program's] tapes over a year ago and thought that the breathing was potentially dangerous, especially for someone with any undiagnosed heart problems. I was almost going to give it another try when I saw the Oxycise! infomercial. I FINALLY got my tapes and am absolutely thrilled! I am temporarily disabled with a shattered right heel and have been sitting around feeling like a lump for almost a month. Today, I did the tape all the way through for the first time (got my kit 2 days ago), and modified the positions that I can't do right now (anything standing). I feel wonderful! I love the breathing technique, although I mastered it so quickly that I'm concerned I'm not doing it right! (grin) I strongly recommend this for anyone with any kind of disability as I think it is so easy to modify for one's needs! I'll be posting progress as I go!"

Update:

"...I can't remember all the exact numbers, but I started about 2 weeks ago, I think. Anyway, starting weight was around 185. Today, I was 175.5. I'm down 2.5 inches on my hips, 1.5 inches off my abs, 2 inches from my waist and 1/2 inch from my thigh (I'm only measuring the left one because the right one is atrophied a little, so it doesn't count). Now, I should also say that my appetite has been in the hopper since the accident, BUT I credit Oxycise! with a LOT of it! Now, also, re: the pounds down, take into consideration that I had a 3 lb cast on my leg which is no longer there. But still, almost 7 lbs is pretty darn good! I have the moves memorized and just use the card and do the exercises while I'm watching TV. As to how I do this with a shattered heel, I modify. For example, I don't do "rip the floor". I do another arm exercise instead. Instead of doing the "bar" exercises (standing behind the chair), I do those on my bed on my hands and knees and just extend the appropriate leg back or to the side, depending on the exercise. I do all the pec presses sitting and the other wall exercises on my left foot. I'm getting really good at balancing! So, that's how I do it..."

4 Pounds and 12 Inches Gone in Just Two Weeks

"I was so Psyched up to start Oxycising that I didn't wait for the New Year. I began on December 28th and as of January 11th ( the 2 week mark ) I was totally amazed and astounded with the following results:

"I've Lost 7.4 pounds but more importantly is the amount of inches I've dissolved with Free Oxygen:

Chest-- Minus 1.5 inches,
"Wasteland"-- Minus 4, yes 4 inches,
Lower Abdomen-- Minus 2 inches,
Hips-- Minus 2 inches,
Thighs-- Minus 1 inch

"Now that's JUST the major areas I've measured. All together in 2 weeks time I've dissolved 12 inches of fat just by increasing my oxygen intake with the 15 minute workout once a day. "Hello,
My story may be a little different then the others I've recently read. I am a nurse and I work in homecare delivery. Which means I do A LOT of driving....and that means a lot of sitting in the car...and eating on the run. I have to confess it is mostly fast food. I have taken the information provided and modified it to fit my needs. I do my breathing right in the car...while driving to or from work....or various locations to deliver medical equipment.

"Believe me, it has made a big difference! I pretty much eat Burger King every day....the big combo meals with large Fries dipped in honey mustard sauce....and I haven't gained one single pound. My intention wasn't to lose weight....just keep from gaining and it really works. Basically I just do the deep breathing and contract different muscle groups. I do my arms (pressing against the steering wheel) My buns (just tightening and releasing) my inner thighs (pressing my knees together) and that's it. I do about 50 breaths per day and I don't have to carve time out my schedule to do it.....and the very best part is I can finally eat!!!! Not that I'm saying my diet is healthy...I know it isn't.....but at least I'm not gaining a bunch of weight.

Last few Pounds and Inches Gone in Three Weeks

"I started Oxy on Thursday. Within 4 days I had lost 1/2 inch in my waist and 2 pounds. At the end of the week, I had also lost 1/2 inch in my hips. Being from the I WANT IT NOW! group, I was disappointed that I had not lost any more from my waist and had gained the 2 pounds back. Keep in mind that I have only been doing the commuter tape on the way to work and had not changed my eating habits at all. I kind of lost interest and did not Oxycise! at all during the second weekend. This morning I weighed, I have lost 6 pounds in 12 days, now I'm excited about Oxycise! again, but disappointed in my lack of faith in Oxycise! and myself - I didn't gain this weight in a week or a month, it won't come off in a week or a month either. "I'm one of your 'successes' and spoke to you on the Shopping Channel (Toronto) in September to tell you how much difference your program has made to my life. I've not only lost 14 lbs (August 15th to November 12th) and am down to my goal already but I 'got my life back'. "Lynn: For me, the proof is pretty simple. A year ago I had 4 months to 'get in shape' before a great trip to Florida. I didn't use any specific diet, but tried to 'eat smart' without depriving myself. In addition, I got up an hour earlier to do a combination of NordicTrak, aerobics & weight lifting. In those 4 months of SERIOUS dedication & work, I lost a grand total of 7 pounds. (And it's not that I don't have much to lose --my ideal weight is in the 135-lb. range, & I weighed in at 163). I hated every minute of the exercising, and felt like such a failure when I didn't lose more weight. Needless to say, I quit the exercise program after the trip & gained all the weight back.

"This spring, in April, I came across the article in FIRST magazine about Oxycise! Again promising myself NOT to diet, just 'eat smart,' I ordered the tapes. Since April 26, just 3 months ago, I've lost 17 pounds & have gone down a clothing size. I'll admit, the more I lose, the 'smarter' I want to eat, but I definitely have my 'Big Mac & fries' days, too.

"I KNOW, Lynn, it's not just my diet. I know, also, that I can stick with this program--I enjoy it & feel great doing it. I do not do any other exercises.
