"This program is a life saver!" "Hi! I'd just like to say
a huge THANK YOU to Jill Johnson for the Oxycise! program. I started the
program a week ago; I received it for my birthday, as I wanted to give
myself the gift of good health and energy. Well, in a week's time, I
have lost 1.25" from my chest measurement, 1.5" on my waist,
1" on my hips, and 2" on each thigh. A total of almost 8
inches in a week!!! I have tried aerobics, weight training, diets, you
name it in the past, with not near this much success in a month or more,

Professional Opera Singer Gives Oxycise! Rave Review: "I first saw the
infomercial about the Oxycise! program about one month ago. I must admit
that I was very wary of the program, since I have spent decades of my
life trying every exercise program and diet on the market. But this
program caught my attention oddly enough, not because of the weight loss
benefits, but because of the claim of helping to increase lung capacity.
You see, I am a professional opera singer and voice teacher and have
been looking for a program to help increase my lung capacity and stamina
while singing. I was very impressed with the fact that you use deep diaphragmatic
breathing in this program and so I ordered it. I received
the program in the mail less than a week later and began to
Oxycise! that evening. Today I've completed my first week Oxycising, and
the program has far exceeded my expectations! It has not only helped to
increase my lung capacity (I noticed a change within 3 days), but I've
also lost 11 pounds and a total of 9 1/4 inches. I'm busy now telling

"If you FEEL that much better after doing something, it is worthwhile." "I've only had the tapes for a little under four weeks now...my face looks like it did when I graduated high school twenty-some years ago (to the dismay of the cheerleader I ran into the other day :0). My muscles don't cramp like they used to, and when they do, I find that the basic breath makes the cramp go away immediately. My arthritis doesn't bother me much, even with the spring weather. I don't "purr" when I take a deep breath, anymore. AND, I feel different. I don't mean "alive" and "Energetic," although I do feel that, too--I mean when I poke around on my body, it feels different. Even my stubborn hips and lower abdominal (I hestitate to say) muscles. I feel harder, firmer. I am assuming this is muscle. (Would someone PLEASE confirm this for me?) Like you, I haven't made many changes in my diet--meaning some days I eat right and some days I lose my head completely. So who knows? If I had watched what I ate during the past three weeks (darn those chicken livers, anyway) maybe I WOULD have lost 15 inches instead of 7 or 8? I made the choice. But when I ordered the tapes, I promised myself I would do them faithfully for 2 months and then evaluate the results or lack thereof. And you know what? I've already made my decision. Former Fitness Instructor Mother and Gymnast Daughter Both Benefit from Oxycise! "I'm a former fitness instructor (12 years) who quit 2 years ago and gained 12-15 pounds of fat. I have to say I'm in better shape now than I was when I was teaching 9 classes a week. Incredible!! I've never been a dieter or exercise type person - but after 3 kids and in my late 30's, I found myself at 150 pounds and feeling uncomfortable. At first, I did O! 1-2 times a day, 7 days a week. I also started eating more fruits and vegetables and drinking lots of water (and no more Coke!). From June 1 - October 1, I lost 30 pounds, going from a very tight size 12, to a very comfortable size 6 (even bought one pair of khakis - size 4!) I have maintained this weight since, doing O! about 4-5 days a week. I still really look forward to doing the workout - it has become a part of my life. Aside from the weight and inch loss, I now no longer suffer from lower back pain in the mornings - which I thought was due to my mattress - but I guess it wasn't. "All my life I have struggled with weight" May I kiss your feet Jill? All
my life I have struggled with weight, at times apparently being
successful. Apparently but not really. I abused my body terribly with
starvation, pills, excessive exercise, etc. I hated my body so much that
at 27 years of age, I weighed 88 pounds. I had heart palpitations and
developed great difficulty in digesting what food I did eat. One friend
told me she didn't want to be with me anymore because she was afraid I
would die in her presence. I was shocked and embarrassed that I was so
obviously sick over my lack of control. From there, my weight went up,
up, up. Now 48, I have tried Weight Watchers, the Firm workouts, Weigh
Down (my failure there caused me to doubt my faith!), and Dr. Atkins Low
Carb diet. I was barely fitting into a size 12 (at 5' 3") and
beginning to buy loose dresses. After just two weeks of Oxycise, I have
gone down to a comfortable size 10. Today I ordered your Level 2 video.

67 Years Young "I'd be glad to share my
story.. I am 67. I really wanted to do Oxycise! to strengthen my back,
since I have a disk problem. I have suffered with this for years.
"Oxycise is the best thing that has happened to me." "Oxycise! is the best thing that has happened to me. It will be with me for life. I ordered Level One tape from QVC last July and then the book from Jill. It is the easiest, most natural way to lose and maintain weight I have known. Believe me, I have struggled with yo-yo dieting most of my adult life. "I am a 62-year-old woman who retired in January of this year. Since I am a morning person, the first thing I do upon arrival and making my bed is to go through the "O" program. Then I walk approximately two miles five to six days a week. The results have been great. I have lost 30 pounds and 11 inches in my waist. I have gone from size 16-18 pants to a size 10. The good thing about "O" is that I have been able to maintain my weight for more than six months and feel better than ever. My friends have noticed that there is something different about my face. I have shared "O" with several people and they have been "turned on" and ordered the tapes also. To me, the secret is to do "O" immediately upon getting up in the morning. "I am 31 years old and
have spent half my life trying to achieve and maintain weight loss. The
problem was that nothing was "do-able" long term. Anyone can
go on a fad diet, but you can't stay on one for the rest of your life.
And joining the gym turned out to be a joke for me. I spent more money
than time in all five I joined; I just couldn't stick with it. When I
looked in the mirror 30 days before my last birthday, I said to myself,
"One last time I'll try. If I'm successfull, great! If I'm not,
I'll resign to be overweight for the rest of my life."
"...you just have to DO it." Hi! I started out at 160 pounds, size 16 jeans. When I began doing O!, I did it once a day, daily. I do not diet and the only change I made to the way that I eat, was to DRINK WATER. I now weigh 138 pounds and I fit into a tight 10. I still have a way to go before I am satisfied, but until I get over my lack of motivation, I won't get there. *That's another topic* ANYHOW!
