"I wanted something I could do in the comfort of my home without having to join a gym...I have found it!" "Since starting Oxycise! I have lost 10 pounds and 11 inches...Plus, I have had a ton of other benefits. My skin is brighter, my eyes are brighter, I have a lot more energy, and I feel so much thinner! I actually see muscles for the first time since high school. (I was on the swim team in high school and swam or worked with weights every day.) It's hard to believe that I have only lost 10 pounds...it feels like so much more! :-) My clothes are actually loose! I have gone from a size 14 to a size 12 in jeans and pants (I am 5'11"). For the first time that I can remember, I actually bought a medium shirt instead of a large! The dresses in my closet that were tight are now loose. I will be visiting my mom soon, and I am taking some of my clothes so she can tailor them for me...they are just too loose!" :-) "My ultimate goal is to get into a comfortable size 10. However, I am not in any hurry. I know that slow weight loss is the best weight loss because your body adjusts as you get there. Plus, it is much easier to maintain if you lose slowly. I am 28 and my husband and I plan to start a family in the next year or so. I plan to continue O! throughout every pregnancy and throughout life. While my friends are out walking in the heat of summer, I will be O!ing in the comfort of my AC. And yes, I have told them about Oxycise!, but they haven't really caught on yet. "I have got my grandmother, who doesn't have much mobility right now, hooked on Oxycise! When she first awakes in the morning, she does several repetitions in bed. She does this both with her legs stretched out in front of her and with her knees bent. She finds that this also helps her to have enough energy to get out of bed. Then, later on in the day, she Oxycises once again while sitting in her chair, with different arm positions, or sometimes just breathing and sitting in an upright position. After one month, she has lost ten pounds (she is about 80 pounds overweight) and is feeling much more energy. Nice fringe benefit -- lower blood pressure I have some news to share. My blood pressure has come down. My regular BP is normally 140/80.(On occasions, the 80 has been 100!) It is now 110/80. It has measured that the last two times taken. It has been taken in the afternoon too! I am on no form of medication for it either. Unexpected Benefits! "I wasn't overweight before I started Oxycising. Still, gravity does take its toll! Even with my years of exercising, I've noticed diminishing muscle tone. I'm so pleased with the results I get from Oxycising! I do it every day." "I'm 46 and have been doing a daily aerobics routine for the past 18 years--running, walking, step-aerobics, NordicTrack, Health Rider, aerobic dance, whatever. (My basement is an exercise machine cemetery!) In February of this year I read about Oxycise! in Woman's World" and decided to give it a try. My energy level was so low; I thought Oxycise! might give me a little more pep. I really didn't expect to lose much in the way of inches. I started feeling more energetic almost immediately. I continued with level one for a couple of weeks, and then decided to buy tapes 2 and 3. After doing tape 2 for a week or two, I noticed a definite change in the way my body looked and felt. Dramatic? Maybe not, but I'm very pleased with the results. I've been using tape 3 for the past few weeks, and have noticed that my body is becoming even more toned. Now I have all of the tapes plus the commuter tape, which I started using yesterday. It's a great energizer. I haven't used my latest exercise machine since February, although I've been careful to dust it once a week. "Another added benefit: I'm sleeping better! Something clicked a few weeks ago, and I started actually doing Oxycise! regularly. Suddenly, I got the hang of the breathing (especially 'the lift') and didn't consider the positions too challenging. I thank God for this miracle! Five Week Results: 11 Pounds and Over 13 Inches "I started with the following: chest 36 inches "At the five week mark I measured in at: chest 34 inches (2 inches lost) "The most amazing thing is that I seemed to jump an entire clothing size overnight. I had gone from an extremely tight 9/10 at the beginning to a snug 7/8 at the four week mark. In one week (the fifth) my 7/8 fit with ease and shorts that I thought I would have to wait weeks to fit into now look good (shirt tucked in or out). I am crediting the new Level III and the Buns and Thighs tape with my newest found success. It seems to have given me the latest encouragement that I really needed. I was becoming frustrated with the slow weight loss but it must have been the muscle/fat exchange that everyone speaks of. Oxycise! Gets Mary Off a Plateau "I had been stuck, stuck, stuck on weight and inches lost... and I was working out... riding my bicycle 1 to 2 hours a day, 5 days a week and doing bow-flex as well.
