"Not only have I lost inches, but my face is clearing up as well."

"I am a single mother of 2 boys with very little time on my hands, so the 15 minutes really appealed to me. Although I have to admit that I was a 'Doubting Thomas' when I first came across the Oxycise! website. After 6 months of reading every success story and seeing the before and after pictures, I decided to give it a try. I began just one week ago on June 8 and when I measured myself today, June 16, I'd dropped Bust 1"; Upper Abs 1-1/2"; Waist 1"; Lower Abs 1-1/2" and Hips 1/2". So in just one week I have dropped a total of 5-1/2 Inches. I am totally amazed at how quick this works. I love it!! Not only have I lost inches, but my face is clearing up as well. I have 50 lbs that I need to lose but I know with the Oxycise! program that will not be a problem. I started taking kick-boxing classes in January and I have lost, but not nearly as fast and as easy as with the Oxycise! program. Thanks, Jill for helping me find my long lost figure that disappeared 8 years ago. God Bless you!!"

Taking Oxycise! on Vacation

"Hi! I have known about Oxycise! for about 2 years and have done it off and on (okay mostly off). I have posted on this board before, but mostly lurked, but right now I am so excited I had to share! We just went on a 2 week, 6000 mile trip and when we travel (more than a half hour) I can't usually stay awake and I miss all the beautiful scenery, so I decided to put O! to the test!!! I did 2 Basic Breaths every half hour. It did amazing things. (1) It kept me awake; (2) It controlled my snacking; (3) I had taken a pair of shorts along that I could not fasten and after 6 days I could and did wear them (it did help that no one knew me, LOL); (4) I had so much energy my family couldn't keep up; (5) I have lost 3 pounds since we left; (6) I didn't snore in the hotel rooms!! (7) My legs didn't ache from being cramped in the car for 8 hours a day!! All in all it was truly amazing!!!"

10 lbs and 13 inches in just 2 weeks!

"I'd like to report my two week stats as I am very pleased with the results. After two weeks of O!  I have lost 10 lbs and a total of 13 and a half inches! That includes 2" from my waist and 2-1/2"  from my hips! I have been a tight to loose size 24 since at least my junior year of high school and yesterday I bought two pairs of shorts that were a very comfortable size 20. I'm 6' tall and have a large frame so I only want to go down to a size 14 or so. I'll be sure to let you know when I get there!"

"Can't Believe It" 

"I'm pretty sure I'm seeing and feeling results from Oxycise! I feel a whole lot better (must be from the endorphins), feeling more energized, sleeping like a baby, no more bad dreams, my arms are getting toned (dumb-bells weren't doing it), my legs are looking shapelier and feeling a lot harder and stronger, my chest and shoulders are shaping up and my butt is getting hard as a rock. I've had back pain for the past 6-8 months and now it's totally gone away. I think my nails are growing too. My stomach/waist still needs a lot of work though but I'm really contracting my abs good during the workout so something positive must be going on underneath all the fat. I still need to work on my eating habits. This is all from just a week and a half of Oxycising. If I see even better results in another week than I've already had, I'm definitely throwing out all of my old aerobic tapes. Thank you so much Jill!!!!"

"I couldn't believe what an effect it had on my muscles."

"Hi Everyone, I have been doing Oxycise every day now for two weeks and didn't have a change in measurements yet; but, I went to work today and saw someone whom I haven't seen for two weeks and she wanted to know what I have been doing--that I looked slimmer in my face and tighter somehow. What a great surprise. I love the way O! makes me feel and sometimes fit it in twice a day. I couldn't believe what an effect it had on my muscles. I had been doing kick-boxing every other day and aerobics and yoga on the alternate days everyday (but 8) since the beginning of May. So when I starting Oxycising, I was shocked that my muscles felt a bit sore the next day. I would have guessed that it would have taken more than 15 min of breathing to get such results."

Oxycise! With a Friend! 

I bought "O!" about a year ago. Didn't use it--couldn't 'find the time'. Gave it to my sister. Brought it again this past spring. Didn't use it--couldn't "find the time", however, this time I didn't give it away. About a month ago I had an enlightened moment and decided to bring it to work. I found a gal in my office who was willing to give it a try (each of us needs to lose 100 lbs). Well, we do "O!" during our lunch break! We work the swing shift so there are vacant conference rooms. We plug the tape in and have at it. Our days off differ so we Oxycise! four nights a week. We didn't measure and we haven't changed our eating habits (giving it a true test) but we are drinking more water. The results so far are amazing. I can comfortably fit into several outfits that I absolutely could not wear before Oxycising. My friend Barbara's clothes are starting to hang on her and both of our husbands have commented that our rear ends are looking smaller and feeling firmer...Our husbands did not know we were doing "O!" so their observations were honest! I think we're on the right track...What a great program!!! Thank you so much!!!"

Winning the Battle Little by Little

I just wanted to drop you a note to say Thank You for sharing Oxycise! My sister got me interested in it. And I have been doing it now for 9 weeks. I have obtained my first goal of 7.5 lbs lost. I didn't want to make it too difficult, because I have not been able to budge those lbs. I can't believe how wonderful
you feel when you are finished the workout. And I go for a bike ride and do some deep breathing while riding. When I get back I feel wonderful, not like I use to (just about dead after 9 or 10 km.). I have lost quit a few inches also. I am starting to get compliments. I have set my next goal for another 5 lbs. Probably would like to lose 10 more in total...

Nice Changes!

"Even though I am NOT one of those folks who has lost pounds and inches in the two months I've been doing Oxycise, I continue to stick with it because there has definitely been an obvious change in my body. My body is overall firmer and less flabby - I have a 9 month old daughter and was ready to lose the baby weight and belly - this has definitely helped! Plus - my arms are super-toned! They look better now than they ever have in my life!"

New Surprises! 

"I have to admit to being kind of skeptical that this would work for me. I did Oxycise! for a week (Mon-Fri) every day. I didn't really notice any changes, but I was committed to a week at least. So, was I ever surprised when I picked out a dress to go to work in on Monday that it fit me differently.  This dress used to be really tight around my arms. Now, it is loose and hangs like it's supposed to (the left arm more than the right one). WOW was I ever surprised. I'm going to keep doing Oxycise! everyday and see what new surprises show up! Thanks Jill!"

From Size 16 to Size 10 

"I ordered Oxycise!, I believe, in Oct. 99 and did not start using it until around Feb. 2000. I practiced the breathing part for awhile off and on, just to get it right. I actually practiced some in the hot tub because it was easier to learn the diaphragmatic breathing! (Hey...whatever works!)

"At Christmas I was a size 16 and around 150. Now I am a size 10 and vary between 125-130. I still would like to lose a few more pounds and you are always going to have those days when you just eat what you want! Exceptions are OK. It's so important to find the lifestyle that will work for you and will  be something that you incorporate into your daily routine. You need to eat healthy and you need to exercise. It's something everyone knows. What they may not know is that you can do the exercise in just 15 minutes a day and it does so many good things for you.

"I have gradually worked up to Oxycising on my lunch break at work every day and try to get one in on the weekend also. I love to tell everybody this is the best thing you could do for yourself in just 15 minutes a day. It does take work, but I truly enjoy it and am constantly amazed when I go shopping and get size 10. I also got a size 'Small' shirt the other day. I used to get XL!

45 Pounds, 15 inches

"I have been O!ing off and on since last Dec., but have been faithful since June. So far I have lost 15 inches in the three places that I measure and 45 lbs...This is the first program that I have tried that really works for me and has helped my lower back pain and painful knees.

Cathie says that her progress has been "slow and steady" since June and writes,
