Finally Able to Exercise

I've just started using my tapes and so far I love them! I was thrown from a horse six years ago and broke my pelvis and haven't been able to exercise since as my hip bones grind together. Happier and Healthier!

"I have been Oxycising since October. I am 42 years old. There are wonderful benefits to this program -- far more then can be posted and every one seems to have different ones. A few are: I have ton's of energy, better stamina, I sleep so much better, better regularity, NO more dark rings under my eyes, better concentration, I am stronger and my muscle tone is far more firm and defined (I do lift light weights ) -- it wasn't until I Oxycised that I noticed the definition that you get! I have Fibromyalgia and I was in a car accident that changed a lot of my life. I had pain...my moods were HIGH and LOW!, I felt very depressed and I was on a lot of medicine... I think that Oxycise is a great way to get the oxygen to the brain and other body parts and that can help you to focus and give you the energy that you need to be able to deal with everyday crises & problems that arise! I have to say that I am a lot happier and healthy today. Even my husband says that he has the old me back again... I am NO longer on medications anymore and I handle life with more vibrance and enthusiasm. When people meet me ..after hearing what I have gone through they say that you would never know to see me by my attitude and my posture! Husband Convinced After Seeing Wife's Success 

Barbara wrote in the OxyChat Message Room on our website:

"I have to tell you - after watching me Oxycise! for a year, my husband finally joined in. He has been doing it with me regularly for a total of about 8 weeks. He has lost 10 pounds (at least - I haven't asked him recently) and looks much slimmer. He now reminds me that it's time to do Oxycise!"

In another post she adds:

"My husband watched me do O! (and lose 15 pounds in the process) for a year. He didn't discourage me, just said that if it worked for me it was great. The implication was it wouldn't work for him. Furthermore, he knew he was already a 'deep breather' so what could Jill Johnson teach him that he didn't already know. Well, he finally overcame the psychological hurdle and decided to join me. Now we Oxycise! together about 5 nights a week...he has lost at least 10 pounds in about 2 months. He probably has another 40 to go but already he looks much trimmer and - yes - happier. He is not yet at the point of going to this message board but I expect that will happen one day. In the meantime, I can only say - start now. The sooner you start the sooner you will be on your way to regaining that trim figure that is the real you!"

Feeling better, more energy

"I had some exciting news this last week. I posted earlier in this thread about having Hashimoto's disease. I have been quite discouraged because I haven't seen much in the way of results. I am 45 yrs. old and 5' 8". I was weighing 160 lbs and climbing until I got on thyroid meds. Since then I have stayed about the same as far as weight. I began 'breathing' on May 1st, 7 weeks ago. I have had many discouraging days because I could see no results. But finally this last week my pants seemed just a little looser. I usually only weigh on Saturday, but come Friday morning I couldn't resist. So, I weighed and was 2 lbs lighter and had lost 1 3/4". That may not sound like much, but it was a lot for me!!!! I also had my doctor appointment on Friday and when I weighed on his scale I was 4 lbs. less than I had been on my last visit 2 months ago. My cholesterol was down and my blood pressure was great! It has to be due to the Oxycise! because I haven't changed my diet at all.

"I try to do O! twice a day, but don't always make it. However, I breathe whenever I can - especially whenever I drive anywhere, even if it's just for 5 minutes. I believe O! works and if those of us with health problems just keep persevering we'll get to our goal. If nothing else, I certainly feel better and more energetic from breathing."

"My motivation to try something different was that my 40th birthday was looming on the horizon. I started Oxycise! about one month before I turned 40. I have seen some inch loss--approximately 4 inches, but the way it makes me feel is the real motivation. I feel much healthier and don't have to stretch my back out in the shower every morning any more.

"I still want to see more inch loss and have just ordered Level 2 and the hips/thigh routine. My husband tells me he can see that I'm firming up and I have noticed my clothing fitting better. I figure O!ing is a good way to combat an aging/slowing metabolism too!"

"Like a Dream Come True"

"I just had my first baby in December and had lost all but about 10 pounds of the pregnancy weight. The problem was that since I had gotten married 3 years ago, I have gained about 15 pounds of marriage weight. Since December, I have tried several methods and unfortunately spent money that we did not have available to spend on these methods. One day I saw the infomercial for Oxycise! and decided to give it one last try. I ordered the package and am glad I did. I have been doing Oxycise! for one week and have lost about 6 1/2 inches. I couldn't believe my eyes when I was taking my measurements. It was like a dream come true that in just 15 minutes a day, I could lose that many inches. It really has boosted my self esteem and I am anxious to share this program with everyone I know. My mother has arthritis and I know that this is one workout that she can do with a few modifications. She is the first on my list to contact and get going on O! Thanks Jill!!!"

One Month Results

"After just one Month of doing Oxycise I have lost 7 pounds and 10-3/4 inches!!!! I am so excited!!! When Oxycise! arrived in the mail I was excited but sort of afraid to give up my other exercise, but I did because I had to know the real truth.....Did Oxycise! work???? Well it does work and I am living proof!! I gave up the treadmill and two other exercise types I was doing and only did Oxycise!! I am so happy to have really found something that does what it says, even though it sounded to good to be true!! Now I only have to spend 15 minutes a day working out, at least 6 days a week!! Thank you sooooooo much Jill for Oxycise!! What a great difference this will make in my life!! I still have at least 30 pounds to lose, (maybe 40??) and I know for sure Oxycise! will help me to reach my goal!!"

Just wanted to let you know my Oxy-results at this point. I've been doing Oxycise! for about three months now and I've gone from a Size 16 jeans back into all those Size 12's I saved. My 10's are still waiting, but hopefully not for too long. I've been combining Oxycise! with the 'Fit for Life' way of eating (which is pretty close to Jill's 'Fuel for Success'), and not only am losing weight (20 pounds), and inches, I have much more energy and feel much better. Also am not getting sick NEARLY as much. I really am enjoying Oxycise!...thanks so much for sharing it with us all!

Change of Face!

I've been doing Oxycise! for about two weeks. Indeed there is a change in my body which inspires me to continue. Amazing One Month Results:
17 Pounds, Size 10 to Size 5

"After I had my son and had lost all of the 50 lbs that I had gained during my pregnancy, I decided to stop nursing him and ended up gaining back 20 lbs in two months. Nothing that I tried to lose the weight worked and needless to say I was very unhappy. At 5' 2" and 138 I could squeeze myself into a size 10. Well my family decided to take a vacation to Hawaii, that meant that I would have to be seen in a bathing suit! Not a chance!!! While watching TV one day I saw an ad for Oxycise! and thought that there was no way that this could work. I mean after all, I'd been going to the gym for months and had actually gained weight and body fat!!! But I ordered it anyway. It couldn't hurt, right?! Halfway to my goal!

"Hi everyone, I just have to tell someone, so here goes. Since I started really working out with O! at the end of August, I have lost 30 pounds and I am not sure how many inches. I have been able to go from a tight size 18 to a loose size 16 and soon to a size 14. My goal is only 30 more pounds away. I know I can reach it if I stay consistent with O! and trying to make better, healthier food choices. This summer I plan on adding other types of exercise with O! just like I did last week. My husband and I went out in our touring kayaks (not to be confused with the whitewater kayaks, lol, not quite that adventurous) and had to paddle against a small current in a river and I found that if I did the basic breath I was able to paddle harder and keep up or pass my husband who was just paddling normally. He was out of breath when we reached the takeout point and I was not! Hurray for Oxycise!"

Getting a Better Workout With Oxycise!

"...Eighteen years ago I decided to make exercise a life-long commitment. In order for me to do that, I had to see it as an investment in my physical and psychological health. Sometimes I feel very motivated to exercise, but not usually. I just do it. I'll tell you this: I feel wonderful afterwards. Knowing that I'll feel great afterwards sometimes gives me inspiration, but not always. I do it because I made a commitment to myself. In February of this year I discovered Oxycise! and was pleasantly surprised (more like dumbfounded) to find that I get a better return on investment with Oxycising! than I do working for 30-40 minutes on my NordicTrack Ellipse! Oxycising is a highly effective program. Don't wait to 'get motivated' to start. Just start. You won't be sorry."
