Oxycise! "has changed my life" 

"Like many of you, I've struggled with my weight since I can remember. I've tried shakes, fad diets, starvation, vomiting, weight loss clinics, exercise programs, low fat, high carb, high protein, and many diet pills including prescription appetite suppressants only to either lose then gain back or gain more out of frustration. I've always been obsessed about my weight and constantly on the lookout for some new miracle for weight loss. I have virtually NO WILL POWER and absolutely NO PATIENCE. I want results yesterday or I'll quit.

"After giving birth to my son, I couldn't bear to look at myself in the mirror. At 5'2" I weighed a whopping 226 lbs. - the most I have ever weighed in my life! I knew that something had to be done. There was no way I was going to be a plus size for the rest of my life. My mother loaned me her Oxycise! tapes (they were still unopened in the box), and I began a program that has virtually changed my life. Keep in mind that I detest exercise - but I have done O! at least once a day and sometimes twice a day at least 5 days a week. I created my own weight loss chart on my computer complete with my goal weight and inch loss. I have been measuring every 2 weeks and have had amazing results! I have lost 33lbs. and 11 inches in one month! I didn't realize what 11 inches lost looked like until I looked at pictures of myself taken a month ago. What a difference! I have more energy despite the sleep deprivation that comes with a newborn. I have more flexibility, and I can tell that my muscles are more toned even under all that fat. I still have 50lbs. to lose before I reach my pre-pregnancy weight, and I want to lose an additional 20. Whatever you do, don't give up! Have you read all of those success stories? I have - that's what keeps me motivated. Hundreds of people have lost inches and pounds with O!  How many other programs have you tried that have that many successful customers? Besides, who can't spare 15 minutes a day? You'll be 15 minutes closer to being able to fit into those size sixes!"

"Just measured two days ago and couldn't believe it. I thought that I had measured incorrectly until I got my pictures back from the developers. There was a picture of me taken from the side holding my little boy and I was HUGE! My stomach, buns, and thighs are considerably smaller now. I had no idea how big a difference 11 inches can make...All I had to go by was the measuring tape until I saw that picture. Even my husband noticed the difference! I want to thank you for your breathing techniques - it makes all the difference in the world. Those people who aren't seeing results are just not breathing correctly. Once you get the breathing right the inches just come right off!"

"Good Morning everyone...I am so excited to tell you all, I just tried on my size 12 pants and I could actually get them up over my hips and zipped!!!***!!!***!!! I tried them on a month ago and I could not get them up over the large gluteus maximus...Today it was a pull, but then went and lo and behold, I actually surprised myself by getting to zip them! How about that? I started on June 23rd in a 16 pants. I can still wear those, but they are getting loose! Hallelujah!

8 Reasons for Doing Oxycise! 

"I have been doing Oxycise! for about a month and have seen major changes in me:

Oxycise! is Part of Her Fitness Routine

"This past May I started an intensive exercise program with kickboxing/weights/yoga (60min) and alternating with aerobics/yoga(45-60 min) alternate days. From May until now I have only missed eight days. During that time I tightened up and felt more conditioned and limber, but no changes in inches lost. Then six weeks ago I started Oxycise! I love this program and combined it with my other routine because I like the routine that I got in to. I Oxycise! at least once a day and on many days do Levels I and II and also in my car when I am driving. What a surprise when I measured this morning. I still weigh 145, but am so much tighter and toned and my face is firmer.  I lost 1/2" from my back (as measured under my bust); 1/2" from my waist; 1/2" from below my navel; 1/2" from my hips; and 1/2" from my thighs. I am absolutely amazed at these results. I find the breathing easy and enjoyable and am energized by this. Thank Jill for this wonderful program."

"My body keeps on looking better"

"I have lost in pounds close to 20#, from 153# to 135# and in dress sizes from size 10 to 8 or 6, depending on the model. I have done O! since mid March this year, about 5 days a week and my body keeps on looking better each month. I can confidently say that I have reached my goal weight, although it is more on the scale than I anticipated but who cares ..I measure myself and go after that.  Surely I will look different in another 6 months - it is work in progress always, but as I said I am super pleased with the way I look right now. I am 30 years old and 5' 6" tall. By the way, I try to eat only when I am hungry and turn to other sources for comfort than food and I think that has made a huge difference as well. Still Can't Believe it! 

"Dear Jill,
I can't thank you enough for making the feeling of 'welcome' come through in your book, on the website and in every way possible. Instead of a 'program', it makes it feel more like a family, a united effort, and the backup is so strengthening. I really didn't go into Oxycise! to lose weight. I am very overweight, am 64 lacking one month, have severe arthritis in the hips ....but, like everyone else, been there and done that. I'm a real diet expert! So I knew Oxycise! couldn't do what nothing else has, and they all say they are the ultimate way, etc. but I knew I needed to learn to deep breathe. We used to walk regularly and that helped, but since I've not been able to do that much of it, I just can't stand it. So even against my husband's wishes (something I never do, we're always united in such things) I sent for Oxycise!

"I was so excited...and couldn't believe how hard it was to just get in the habit of breathing! It took me about a week to even be able to do it. And then of course, I really couldn't do very many reps when I did learn, but after going to the website and I do appreciate those who have shown pictures and told their story because it helped me. Especially the lady, I forget the name, that only did it sitting in a recliner. So with embarrassment, I did take my measurements, but I simply did not believe it, since I couldn't do the exercises or even that much breathing! When the scales showed a 3 lb. loss, I simply did not believe that either, although I knew there certainly had been no dieting done this past week! They say seeing is believing, but I simply still don't believe it. I lost 6 inches!! And I only do 15 reps a day...

18 inches and 6 lbs

On September 18, Kim reported in the Message Room:

"Monday is measuring day for me and I thought I would share that in two months I've lost a total of 18-1/4 inches and maybe 6 pounds (don't know how accurate the scale is)."

In a later message to us she wrote: "I have a long way to go, but I've never had such great results so quickly and one of the greatest benefits I've experienced is the increase in energy, with three children. I know have the energy to keep up with them and I'm actually finding myself wanting to go out and play catch, jump on the trampoline and just play."

Relief from Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue 

"I suffered badly with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. Which means that to take a few steps I would be pooped, run short of breath, and energy. I suffered with that for over 7 years ... After doing Oxycise! for just one year (now it is two) I was able to not only climb one mountain last summer in Quebec but TWO!!!! AND the most wonderful part was that I could do it and not become short of breath! "At the beginning of the summer I remember jumping on the scale and crying when I read what it said.  It is definitely the most I have ever weighed. I won't tell you now what it said, when I reach my goal I will tell you. A few months passed me by and much to my surprise I jumped on the scale again. I was curious. I knew my clothes were fitting differently. I had to jump on and off the scale a few times just to be sure I was reading it right, cause I had lost a whopping 20 Lbs. Woohooo! I was so excited. And in the last few weeks people have been coming up to me to ask me what I have been doing to lose weight. One of my clients tells me every week they notice a difference. I am so AMAZED. I love this. The only thing I have changed since the first time jumping on the scale is my Oxycise! ( I was not faithful at it either). I haven't changed my eating much.( I am working on that too.) I haven't added any new workout plan, it still does not exist. I do have a long ways to go. My goal is to lose about 130 lbs. I am slowly getting there through Oxycise! One thing I would like to add to this is, everyone has to get out of their comfort zone. I know I don't like to get out of mine, which is why I talk myself out of doing my Oxycise! everyday. I know it works. 
I have been on everything, spent thousands and thousands of dollars on the latest pill, shake, diet center, you name it I tried it. Oxycise! makes sense.. and oxygen is FREE!!! Almost gave up hope... 

"Hi Jill,
My name is Malissa and I want to tell you that I was pretty skeptical when my husband brought home the newspaper with info on your program. I have tried so many diets and exercise programs without much success that I couldn't believe anything so easy could possibly work for me. I ordered Oxycise! from the marketing service and eagerly awaited the tapes. To my great surprise I have lost 3 pounds and 8 inches in only one week of Oxycising! It's unbelievable!
