"Dear Jill - I have been Oxycising for over a month now, and I love it. (I bet you never get tired of hearing that!) I am losing inches regularly, and the pounds are beginning to fall away as well. Able to Oxycise! in spite of painful back injury Kathy Tester told us that she somehow injured her back taking down ornaments the day after Christmas. She said the pain was so bad "it grabbed me and pulled me to my knees." "I could hardly get up and down for three weeks," she added. Her physician told her she had probably pulled a muscle and suggested that she take pain killers and muscle relaxants, but Kathy preferred not to take the medication. She was also reluctant to try Oxycise!, fearing it would make her pain worse. "I kept putting off starting my Oxycise! Wrong thing to do," she said. When she finally decided to do an Oxycise! workout she was amazed to find that she was able to do it without hurting her back. Kathy added that she especially liked the "Sit and Stretch" position in Level 1: "It was that one exercise at the wall, where you squat and stretch your fingers up the wall. It sounds crazy, but it works!!!!!! I'm a nurse and I can't believe it. I love the Oxycise! tapes. I'm going to order the Upper Body for my birthday (to me from me) in two weeks. Thanks again. Consistent effort pays off! "I bought my tapes a year ago. I half-heartedly did them, but was inconsistent. I'd tried and failed at so many diets/exercise programs I just couldn't motivate myself to even begin. Just before the end of the year, I experienced a breakthrough in my thinking. I realized I no longer had any EMOTIONAL need to continue being heavy. I also realized I knew a LOT about diet and exercise and what I should do - I just wasn't doing it because I had not been ready emotionally to be physically fit. "Based on all of the books I'd read and things I'd tried, I knew for a fact that Oxycise! would be part of my new life. I measured before I started and only did Oxycise! 8 or 9 times before I measured again (two weeks) - and I lost 12.5 inches! I didn't lose weight -- just inches. You know, I don't care if I weigh 300 pounds if I'm a size 10! Needless to say, this was incredibly exciting. I was surprised at how quickly my abdominal muscles responded. I have even begun doing a few other things to get fit because I just feel so much better. "...My teenage daughters couldn't believe I lost 12.5 inches in two weeks and now they want me to get them involved...they aren't overweight, but anyone could benefit from the extra energy you get from doing O! "Well, I'm babbling, but I'm excited. And this is only 15 minutes...I wonder what would happen if I did it twice! I do have to wear a swimsuit in 24 days!!! And even if I'm not slender, I know I look better already - and with my emotional need to stay overpadded being released, I'm also not so fixated on how fat I look...I'm way more interested in how each day I'm getting better and better and fitter and trimmer! "I find Oxycise! to be better than anything else I have ever tried." "I am writing to tell you to be sure to try Oxycise! It does work! I've had the Level One tape for longer than I want to admit, and when I first tried it I didn't know how to breathe right (with gusto!) and didn't have much success, although I did it for several weeks... "I started doing 'O!' again in September, and then lost my job and got depressed and quit. (Not much of an excuse.) I started up again as of January 1 with a determination to be successful. I am 60 years old, and also have to take thyroid medication. During this month I have lost several pounds and inches, and my clothes fit much better. I have more energy, too. Looking Great at 55 -- "because of Oxycise!" "I have done Oxycise! for two years and love it -- and will not stop. I live far away from our family and boy did I get compliments from our family like, 'what happened to you?,' 'You have changed your entire body structure,' ' What do you do to keep the wrinkles away?' And 'How do you keep your skin so clear?' Wow did that feel great, 'cause I really worked hard to achieve that look. "I am 55 and have a daughter and son in college and want to stay spry for the adult part of their lives...Their graduation from college, marriage, grandchildren.. all the good stuff. making plans to have a more fun type of life (both our children are in college).
He was feeling a little depressed (56th birthday). I mentioned how he is still

so great,' and believe me, he is not the type to compliment; It is not his
nature. I was floored and I tell you it is because of Oxycise! as it makes a
woman glow, I am sure, and gives her an abundance of confidence. I really think

"Nothing has brought me the sheer exhilaration I feel after doing Oxycise!" "Dear Jill - "As a regular part of being a cancer survivor, I had a CT scan last week - all continues to go great! In fact, I don't have to go back for five months! After going to the doctor on a weekly (at least) basis for so long, that's like being fired as a patient - hooray! My blood work is better than it's ever been, and as he did last time, my oncologist busily wrote down everything I told him about my O! exercise program. My strength and flexibility continue to increase - this is truly an awesome program you've created. I also lost another 3 pounds without doing anything different. "I've exercised all my life - whether it was ballet, gymnastics, running, cycling, the treadmill, etc. and have always enjoyed it immensely. But to tell you the truth, nothing has brought me the sheer exhilaration I feel after doing Oxycise! I truly look forward to doing Oxycise! several times every day and feel incredible afterwards. You have changed my life - not only strength and flexibility-wise, but my skin has never been softer. Having watched lots of cancer patients now over the years, it's pretty clear that some never get it back together; others (like Lance Armstrong who was diagnosed at the same cancer center where I was treated here in Austin) seem to take the "extra innings" and run with them. The one common thread that I've seen with the second type of survivor is physical activity - whatever it may be. Only 15 minutes a day! OxyChat Message Room "After you get done reading all the 'Smiles of Success', remember there are just dozens and dozens of other true success stories under the heading of 'Success Stories' on the Oxycise! Home Page. I printed them all out (it's a lot of pages!) and I read them when I get a chance, and they always motivate me. All these people can't be wrong, and I know for myself that I lost over 7 inches from my thighs, calves, waist and hips alone during the first 2 weeks. I slacked off a little and naturally the results have slowed down, but that just goes to prove that we have to be dedicated and do this at least 5-6 times per week whenever possible. That may sound like a lot, but it is only 15 minutes per day. I'd rather do that than 1-2 hours at the gym, or 45 minutes-1 hour on the treadmill, or the hours it would take to jog a few miles or the 45 minutes-1 hour it would take to do a body-jolting gasping-for-air aerobics routine or the hellish Stairmaster. This is the only thing I've stuck with, and you can too!" Lisa Saska
"OxyRooster," William OxyChat Message Room "Don't mean to intrude on you 'chicks' (no disrespect intended), but thought I'd add my two cents. My wife and I received the intro tape from a friend in late November and like many, left it to collect dust. About mid January, we started using it 7 days a week and began eating a lot of Subway sandwiches. We have both gained about 50 lbs. since we were married 20+ years ago and I have been taking blood pressure medication for about the last year. After doing 'O' consistently for over a month now, I can say without reservation - IT DOES WORK! I'll grant you we haven't seen huge changes, but the changes that we have made show, and that's impressive. Like many people our age, (I'm 51, my wife's 44) losing weight comes slower and exercise becomes more difficult. " 'O' has been something we have been able to stick with. I am down about 13 lbs and she is down about 8 lbs, but the really impressive part is how we look and feel. She has probably shown even more progress than I have. Cellulite is literally gone, saddle bags are dwindling, tummy is flattening. I'm excited for her! Me, well, I have changed two holes in my belt, but the greater change has been in my blood pressure. I went to the doctor last week and she was amazed. She decreased my medication by half for one month and said if it continues the same way, I can discontinue after another month or so. Before I started my medication, my pressure was about 165/95. Not extremely high, but last night it was 112/64 and it has been as low as 98/60. In addition, my heart rate has dropped from an average of 90/100 down to a resting rate of about 64! That's impressive! More energy, better tolerance for stress "I began Oxycise! with only 10 very stubborn pounds to lose. That was almost 18 months ago. I did Oxycise! for a full year, but only lost about 5 pounds. After the first two weeks I realized I didn't care if I lost any weight, I'd be doing Oxycise! for the rest of my life. My energy level doubled (I have four kids). My tolerance for stress quadrupled (I have one husband). My muscle tone improved (I'd been doing free weights for 45 minutes a day, 5 days a week). My whole outlook on life was so much better. My family has a much happier mom and wife. I accidentally let Oxycise! slip for 6 months during a very difficult time and just started back again two weeks ago. "...by far the easiest thing I have ever put myself through." "It has been 19 days since I started Oxycise! I have lost 6 pounds and 23 inches. I lost 5 inches in my bust, 4 in my abdomen, 4 in my waist, and 5 in my hips...All in just 19 days. I am so happy. I have tried every single diet available and everything has been a major struggle...except Oxycise! What a thrill to be losing weight without major effort. I have been on Weight Watchers since September and lost 30 pounds from September to Christmas. Then at Christmas I just quit losing. I spent the whole month of January and most of February going up two pounds and down two pounds. Then on February 9th I started Oxycise! 11-1/2 inches Gone! "I've battled my weight since I was in jr. high, and I'm sure I'm like many others who've tried it all. Many times I've lost the weight--the equal number of times, I've gained it--plus more--back. When I finally threw up my hands about 10 years ago and said I'd had enough of yo-yo dieting, I hit a plateau, and while I was still a big girl, at least I hit a first time in my life when I could wear the same clothes from season to season. "Then a year ago, I had breast surgery. It turned out well, but one of the medications to battle its re-occurrence is an estrogen-blocker. I immediately hit menopause, and the weight started back up.
