Greater Sense of Well-Being
"I just started this week and I am amazed with the greater sense of well-being I have already. Visible Improvements "I received the Oxycise! program in the mail several days ago. After only four days of doing the Level I workout, there are already visible improvements in my appearance! My neck looks longer and leaner and my cheekbones are becoming more defined. I have been repeating the workout 2-3 times a day-- and I'm a person who has always detested 'workout' programs! This program is quick, simple, enjoyable and effective and I love the challenge of making the most of every muscle contraction in each position. I can feel my flexibility improving, and am amazed to find my muscles feeling like I've spent all day at the gym--with no sweat, strain or inconvenience. Try Oxycise! "I hope you make the decision to try Oxycise! - and really give it the effort it deserves! I tried it after putting years in at a gym and was surprised and thrilled with my results! ...when you really do it as Jill teaches it you become better at it every day - you never outgrow it - as your strength, etc grows, you then press harder, breathe more effectively, tone your muscles even more, etc. One benefit no one talks about much - because in overall health it's not important - but your skin becomes firm and beautiful - people cannot believe your age- have you other girls noticed this also? Health begins with the courage to take that first step and then the commitment to stick with it and really do it. You will not believe how good you feel physically and mentally if you do - plus the firming, inches lost, etc! ...it all starts with one step at a time! (As you can tell - I love Oxycise!)" "I really think you'll like Oxycise - and I do find 'O!' is a good cardio workout as well as defining your muscles...I was doing cardio for 45 to 60 min. - 5 days a week - weights for 45 - 60 min. three times per wk. - plus a stretching program. My husband was getting a little weary of me being at the gym so much and I wanted to be home more to be with my family, but I was afraid to quit! One night when I couldn't sleep I saw the 'O!' infomercial and decided to order it when Jill said, 'You can live your life!' That really hit home with me! I'm finding my body really responds to Oxycise! - I like to do 2 tapes and the commuter tape - or 3 tapes! And if I'm wanting to just plain workout - you can do it longer! 40 More Pounds! "You may not remember me, but I am on the Oxycise! website ' Smiles of Success.' I have gone on to lose 40 more pounds since I submitted those, by following Jill's 'Fuel For Success' eating plan mostly, and Oxycising when possible but not daily. I cannot say enough about eating more veggies and fruits and avoiding meat, dairy, sugar, etc. When I was just Oxycising alone I kept weight off, but not losing either, while eating all those unhealthy things (as Jill predicts in her book). As I did both, and even just following the eating lifestyle, I have dropped the weight. "I wish I had heard of Oxycise! a long time ago." "Hi! My name is Julie and I am from Wisconsin. I pinched a nerve in my right shoulder in August. I had a lot of pain in my upper right back and shoulder and the pain shot through all the way down into my right elbow. The pain was awful. I could hardly stand to drive and had an awful time doing simple things such as laundry and vacuuming was the worst. I ended up going to a chiropractor from Aug. thru Dec. The pain never totally went away and I went 3 to 4 times a week. I was told that pain in the elbow was the hardest to get rid of. My shoulder and elbow pain got worse in and I went to a different chiropractor for 2 more months. The pain got better but again it never totally left. Then I read an article about Oxycise! and ordered the tape and book. I have faithfully been doing Oxycise! every day since last Oct. and can't believe how good my arm and shoulder feel. Since then I have ordered 4 more tapes and 1 more book. I do 2 or 3 workouts a day and I have never felt better! My body fat went from 26 to 18 and I'm still working at getting off 10 pounds. "I think better and I look better." "I had adopted Oxycise! as my regular
fitness routine a year ago, and even though I experienced great results doing
Oxycise! 5 to 7 days a week, I eventually just tapered off my program. I kept
saying I needed to get back on my program, but out of laziness I just kept
putting it off. Well, over the last 4 months, I have been under an incredible
amount of stress both at home and on my job. I have been amazed at what a toll
this stress has been taking on my health. I just turned 49 in February and I'm
finding that the older I get the less able I am to handle this kind of stress.
This week - Monday morning - I woke up about 4:30 a.m., which is not unusual for
me to be awake most of the night with all kinds of worrisome thoughts running
through my head. But this Monday morning when I woke up, I thought, I really
NEED to Oxycise! So, I got up, went downstairs, put in my video and had the most
wonderful Oxycise! workout. I slept so much better that night. I have been up
every morning this week and have done my Oxycise! and it is incredible how much
better I feel. I even feel as though some of my problems are not as bad as I
thought they were before Monday. I find
that I am actually craving the Oxycise! workout. I immediately feel better

"So simple and so wonderful." "My story is not the grand success that I see others having because my battle with weight was actually over 13 years ago when I finally somehow stopped the cycle of compulsive eating. I have always exercised--walking, swimming, yoga, biking (a lot --never owned a car until age 30) so there's no big drama here. The real reason I ordered the tapes was because my former roommate was very overweight, arthritic and has a myriad of health problems. "Unfortunately, she is also tragically unmotivated.
