Skeptical about Oxycise?
"It's understandable to be skeptical about a program that is not like conventional programs out there. That's wise. There are many programs that sound too good to be true--and many of them are not what the claim to be. Oxycise! however is everything it claims to be and then some! I too had tried many things before and wondered how "breathing" could help me shed unwanted pounds and inches. "If I may, I'd like to tell you a bit about myself. I am one of the people in the 'Smiles of Success' (Susan Robertson, page 2) and also under 'Success Stories' on page 17 (the last testimonial on that page). I have had the pleasure of meeting Jill Johnson twice, having had the privilege of appearing with Jill Johnson on The Shopping Channel in Toronto in January last year as well as participating in the filming of the recent infomercial. Also I have met many of the people who appear on the 'Smiles of Success' pages who, like me, participated in the newest Oxycise! infomercial. All of the people I have met through Oxycise! have exciting stories to tell, some much more exciting than mine will ever be, about how Oxycise! has changed their lives forever--given them self-confidence, more self-esteem, more energy, more stamina, weight loss, inch loss, and a general better sense of self. Some say that Oxycise! literally saved their lives! "I sent my testimonial to Oxycise! because I was so excited about what the program has done (and continues to do) for me! I know it seems hard to believe that a deep breathing program could deliver any results, let alone the results you've read about on this website, but I assure you they are real. Many people I have spoken to personally have shared the same skepticism when they have asked me, 'What are you doing? You've lost weight.' When I tell them about Oxycise! their next question is usually, 'Are you dieting?' and when I tell them, 'No, I have not dieted AT ALL with Oxycise!' their faces tell me that they can't believe it! "I've never been an obese person, but I started this program because I wanted to lose about 20 pounds. I am still working towards my goal today and I know that I will get there with persistence and consistency. (It's kind of like getting a raise at work--the more you get the more you spend! With Oxycise!, the more inches I lost, the more I took advantage of extra calories or cutting back on my workouts. Strange, huh?) I have fallen off the Oxycise! wagon but always get back on when I realize how awful I feel NOT doing Oxycise! I always feel at my VERY BEST when I am Oxycising! and it shows! People notice when I'm Oxycising! and I notice too! "For those of you who doubt it works, all I can say is that as sure as I'm sitting here it has been the best thing I've ever come across and that Oxycise! will ALWAYS be a part of my life. It's understandable to be that way about something that is so far from conventional. But it really does work. Oxycise! From Her Recovery Bed "I have good news to report. After losing 20 lbs in 3 months, I fell and broke my hip. I felt my weight loss program was over. I e-mailed Dr. Larriann Gillespie, author of ' The Goddess Diet' and ' The Menopause Diet', for help. She suggested Oxycise! I ordered the Level 1 tapes and started doing Oxycise! every day from my bed and W/C. There were many positions I could not do, so I did more of those that I could do. "Hi, "I had purchased exercise equipment to use at home, but since we have averaged being home a week per month in Japan during the past couple of years, it has been useless. I purchased small things like exercise stretch bands and such to carry in our suitcases, but nothing ever seemed to work out. "I decided to write down the information from the TV and then called later on. I decided to order it and talk to my husband later about it. At first he wasn't sure about it, but then decided to give it a try. I thought that you'd be glad to know that he does it on the International flights. He does it in the airports. He does it in the hotels. He does it just about anywhere. It is something that can be done anywhere, of course adjusting the movements to the location of where you are. On the plane, he uses the positions like on the cassette for the car. "He and I both have told many people about it and have gotten several started on it. Last year I did it for a few weeks and was amazed at the condition of my whole body. I traveled to Tokyo and went up and down the steps in the train stations with no thought of being out of breath. In fact, I realized that I left my friends behind, because I was walking up the steps so quickly. They were really out of breath. "For whatever reason, I didn't continue to follow through and slumped off. Recently, I have made up my mind to follow through with 'O' and already I have lost an inch off my waist in just a few days. "I put the video onto a 60 min. cassette tape plus the car driving positions to carry with him into the various countries, and he has faithfully used it regularly in the hotel rooms. Robin "I am so happy I tried the Oxycise! program. Frankly, I was pretty discouraged. When I was 40, I had some physical problems caused by stress that resulted in major surgery. To make matters worse, my work days were so long, I had no time to exercise. "Two years later, I had gained a semblance of control over my weight, but my diet was so restricted, I didn't enjoy life. I love to cook, and the only way for me to keep my weight under control and control my hypoglycemia was to sharply curb my carbohydrates. Even whole weight pasta or bread caused me to gain weight.
