"I didn't recognize you" 

"A few weeks ago I saw a former supervisor of a previous job. She was a few feet from me, looking right at me, waiting for an elevator. I called to her, 'Hello Marilyn.' She didn't respond right away so I thought she had not heard me. Then I said, 'Marilyn.' She then came to and said, 'Brenda, is that you? I didn't recognize you. You look a lot younger.

"Then a week ago I was in the upholstery fabric store in our town and saw a lady sitting in a chair. I thought I recognized her but wasn't sure. I looked around the store a little bit and went back to where she was and looked again. I finally asked her if she was who I thought. She was. She had been a teacher at the elementary school my children attended and had taught three of them. She told me that she thought she recognized ME but wasn't sure because I look so much younger than years ago! I then explained to her and the owner of the store about Oxycise! and gave the program all of the credit. This teacher is nearly 80 and I don't know if she would be interested but the owner of the store certainly was and planned to look it up on the Internet.

"I am really thankful to Oxycise! for the natural face lift I have received. My face and neck do look so much younger and Oxycise! makes me feel so good. Benefiting from Oxygen

"Dear Jill:
Just a brief note to thank you for Oxycise! and weekly words of encouragement. I have been doing O! since January and love how it wakes me up in the morning. Last winter I went to the doctor for hip pain and found that I have sciatica. I have arthritis in my back and a degenerative disc which keep my sciatic nerve inflamed.

"I am not walking as much as I did, but am not giving up on Oxycise! or Tai Chi. I still do both daily. I thought by not walking I would gain back the weight I have lost in the past two years. Not a chance! Thank you.

"My doctor gave me a sheet of back exercises to do to help with the pain and build ab muscles, etc. I took one look at the sheet and when I realized that these were poses that were to be held for a count of six, I knew I would be able to do them using the Oxycise! breath for that count. I have lengthened the exercises to 15 reps and now do them daily for maintenance. I have kept the weight off and still feel great thanks to O! and Tai Chi (also an oxygen based exercise).

"I just picked up the August issue of ALIVE magazine (Canadian Journal of Health and Nutrition) at the Health food store. There is an interesting article by Brad King, MS, MFS called 'Build Muscle, Not Fat.' And I quote: (pages 32 and 33) 'Oxygenation: You're not in fat-burning mode if you can't carry on a conversation while exercising without gasping for your next breath. Gasping is an indication that there's insufficient oxygen being supplied to the tissues. Your body will switch gears and start burning glucose as its main fuel instead of fat. It takes an enormous amount of oxygen to burn dense fat molecules.' End quote. That's what O! does and does well."

Here's how one customer uses Oxycise! in her busy life:

"I have recently been doing the commuter routine on my way to work in the morning. This is a great way to get really good at the Basic Breath and really work your abs. I also find that a few basic breaths at about 3:00 in the afternoon when I get sleepy also picks me up. I can do this discreetly by not smiling too big when inhaling - so I don't disturb other workers in the office.

"I try to walk in the park on the weekend when the weather is good. I usually throw in a few Basic Breaths when I start walking but today I just started doing the commuter routine while I walked. My hands often swell when I walk and I thought a good Pec Press would help. It was so easy to walk and do the routine! I used the Pec Press, then I locked my fingers in front of me and pulled out as a substitute for the steering wheel pull-out. The bun squeeze was easy (although you walk a little funny) and the Back Scratch fit right in! This felt so good I started doing all the arm workouts I could remember from Level 1 and also the Abs and Upper Body Workout. I have never walked so straight or held my shoulders up and back so well as I did during that walk. The Basic Breath also reminded me to hold my abs in while I walk. I felt so great and was so excited when I finished my walk that I came straight to my computer to tell you about it!"

"Oxycising just once a day, and even occasionally missing a day, I lost 20 pounds without changing my diet at all. Just be consistent about fitting it in once a day and you will feel better while slowly losing weight.

Amazed

"I've always thought of myself as 'big boned' and assumed that even if I lost weight, I'd never be a truly skinny person. I have never been what anyone would call thin, but the past couple of years I've been on the distinctly overweight side. I tried Oxycise! out of politeness to my mother, because she'd purchased it for me...and am amazed by the results! I noticed right away that my clothing felt different, but assumed that something funny had happened to it in the wash. When I next stepped on the scale, I was amazed to notice that I'd lost ten pounds! Husband's Sleeping Better

"I ordered the Oxycise! tapes for health improvement and weight loss. There is another benefit for which I am very grateful.

"My husband had developed severe sleep apnea and was (reluctantly) prepared to attend a sleep clinic and obtain the breathing device most often used to alleviate this stressful & dangerous condition.

"We believed just weight loss would help his problem, and it probably would. He hasn't lost much weight, but his sleep apnea is GREATLY IMPROVED! I would like to share this information with all who have even mild sleep/breathing problems. These problems creep up on us gradually. "I am on my way"

"My family says that I am a walking, talking infomercial for Oxycise! I guess they are right. I purchased the level 1 video two months ago, and I've made a commitment to do the routine once a day for a year and chart my progress. After only two months, I have lost 7 inches in my bust, 5 inches in my waist and 4.5 inches in my hips. I have more energy than I have had in ten years! I've convinced two of my friends to order tapes themselves. It's just amazing.

"I've started drinking water, but I haven't cut anything else out of my diet. The amazing thing is that I'm not as hungry and I have more energy; it also seems that the types of food I get hungry for have changed.

"I have a highly stressful job, and prior to starting the Oxycise! program I had headaches all the time.
