"Bad News: In order for me to lose weight I have to increase my exercise level to a pretty high intensity and cut back (but not eliminate) carbs. Oxycise! alone is not a weight loss mechanism for me.

"Good news: Oxycise has enabled me to engage in intense exercise after years of trying.  Even better news: Oxycise! is the single most important health thing I do for my mental and physical health because it allows me to do so many other good things that I could not previously do due to asthma and joint problems.

"In my early 50's I really started to feel the mental effects of aging. At 54, I started Oxycise! I am now 57. After I started Oxycise! "I ordered Oxycise! before I went into the hospital for a hysterectomy. I had been walking 3 miles a day and lifting 10 to 15 pound weights every other day for 10 years. I weighed 14 pounds more than I do now and felt anxious all the time. When I started Oxycise! I thought, 'It is too easy-it will never work.' But I couldn't continue my old regime due to knee problems and the surgery, so I thought I would try. That was almost 2 years ago. I feel so much better today. "In September, I had to have a hysterectomy. I was so weak for about a month before the operation, and had some complications afterward that did not allow me to exercise for 2 months after the operation. I had gained 20 lbs. just by not Oxycising! My eating habits did not change. The only thing that had changed was that I was not doing Oxycise!

"Just about 1 month ago, I started my daily routine of 6:00 am 5 days a week and I can tell you I have lost 4 inches and 8 lbs. Again, the only thing I changed was doing the Oxycise! 15 minutes a day with power!

"Dear Jill,
I want to thank you for developing Oxycise! It is fabulous and has changed my life! I purchased the videotapes last May from QVC and have been faithfully doing it every other day. I have fibromyalgia and a 15-inch steel rod in my back (I had a spinal fusion for scoliosis when I was a teenager) and have not been able to exercise for years. I have tried swimming, walking, and many various videotapes all to no avail. My pain level would always get worse and I'd be set back for weeks. I had seen you on QVC a number of times and decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did. My physical therapist, who I see once a month, cannot get over the progress I have made and because of that I have made more progress with her than we ever expected! It has really strengthened my abdominal muscles as well as my lower back. I have been able to start walking and my pain level has dropped considerably. Because of the breathing component it has even helped my seasonal asthma! The one week I did miss a few days I really felt a difference in my back pain, so I haven't missed a session since. I have recommended it to a number of my friends and family. The added benefit of weight loss and loss in inches is just an added plus for me--it has helped improve my posture as well. "I have been on the program for almost six months along with my husband...we are seeing great results... this program really works!!

"People really do notice and comment on how we both look. So glad we came across this program..I got the book from the local library..let it sit on the table for a couple of weeks. I thought that something this simple couldn't work. Read it for the last week before taking it back and had the program ordered within a couple of days. The plus is that my energy level is up. Also we both are getting back into clothes we haven't worn for awhile.

I have Level 1 and Level 2 and alternate that with the Abs and Upper body video which I think is awesome ...love doing that one. I put a little smiley face sticker up on the calendar each day I do the Oxycise... my husband also does all three videos. I find we only miss two or three days in a month. We are going on vacation and so glad we have the audio cassette to use in the car..don't want to stop the program for vacation.

"I grew up very athletic and healthy, I never got sick in my life until I turned 30, a year ago. Due to my stressful lifestyle, I developed chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. My symptoms first started out with panic attacks and was treated for it with Zoloft. I was on Zoloft for panic attacks and had horrible side effects including weight-gain of 15 pounds. I decided to quit the medication. Zoloft was helping me with the panic attacks but was giving me other problems.

"I have heard of your program but was skeptical and did not order it until months later. I started Oxycise! for the sake of losing weight but what took place was a miracle!! Of course I was not one of the fast group to lose the weight, I belonged to the slow group. I noticed other wonderful and amazing results with Oxycise! "Holy miracles, Batman! A little over a year ago, a person working in my office told me about Oxycise! I am a total skeptic and leery about spending more money for a scheme that says 'quick fix' all over it and fails to deliver. So, it was with mixed doubt, hope, and desperation that I ordered Oxycise! a year ago Spring and started on my birthday in April. At first, I did it sporadically, trying to figure out if it would work. Then, I dove in and did it regularly and watched the inches disappearing. On April 15, I had 59" hips, a 43" waist, a 48" bust. As of this month, I have 50" hips, a 37" waist, and a 42" bust! That's a total of 21 inches! I combined Oxycise! with an increase of water and started Weight Watchers this past January. I weighed 281 when I started this odyssey and now, I am at 221. I was a tight size 26/28 and now I'm in size 18! And it just gets BETTER! Now I WANT to move more. "An Oxyciser for nearly four years, this is the one exercise I keep coming back to. I have in the past swam, jogged, jump-roped and danced my way to fitness, and currently enjoy the peaceful breathing movements of yoga and tai chi, but Oxycise! is the one exercise I consistently practice. Oxycise! gives me the tone, face shaping, mood-building, confidence and stamina I need, and working out with Jill is like having my own personal trainer. And I know I'm making a difference in my health on a cellular level.

"I like to play around with Oxycise so during my Level 1 & Level 2 workouts I've added ankle weights during one workout/tape and then switch them to my wrist during the other tape. This has been fun and I feel like I'm getting even more weight training with them.

"One bonus; I've decided to add meditation to my health program to help me focus because during Oxycise! my creativity streams forth continuously, and I constantly pause the tapes to write something down (goodbye writer's block.) Good thing the workout can be done piecemeal instead of in a steady 15-minute burst!

"I admit that I have not been very consistent with my Oxycise! routines but the small interludes that I have with my breathing have shown to be quite successful nonetheless. When I went to my doctor and he did blood pressure and heart rate he was very impressed. For someone who does not do running or much more than some walking once in a while, my resting heart rate was about 68 and blood pressure was perfect. I am 52 and about 20 lbs overweight but he did say, "Whatever you are doing, keep it up." I have to totally attribute this to Oxycise! because I don't really do anything else. I get in around 20 or so breaths per day. It amazed me that a small amount of effort could make such a big difference. So for those of you who feel you only have 10 minutes to spare, or even 5.........go for it.

Nadeoui shares how she used Oxycise! during her vacation:

(1) I exercised with a combination of the tapes...my daughter-in-law has all your tapes and her children do them as their summer physical fitness exercises in Arlington, Texas.

(2) Did exercises that I memorized from Jill's book while at other family member's homes in other parts of Texas and Arizona.

(3) Did O! breathing while taking walks before the heat of the day set in...those places get hot! It went well.

"I will have been on Oxycise! 4 months on June 7th. Two days ago, I just happened to really look at my face in the mirror. I could see a straight face. I couldn't believe my eyes. For years and years, I have had a crooked face and a crooked smile, therefore I rarely let people take my photo. Doc (husband) did some cranial work on me, which helped but not entirely. Now after doing Oxycise! every day, it has changed the shape of my face. I truly am in awe. I have always been sooo self conscious of my mis-shapen face, now, I look normal and I feel wonderful!!!!

"I started doing Oxycise! again about 6 weeks after the birth of my second child (was too tired those first weeks). I have just completed 8 weeks of strength training and O! I have lost a total of 8 inches! I have been feeling discouraged because the scale has not shown any change. I guess I was losing fat and gaining muscle so my weight didn't changed, but the fat is melting away! Here is a break down of the inches lost:

Arms -1/4 inch each
Waist -1 1/2 inches
Pooch (that area below the belly button) -3 inches,
Hips -1 inch,
Thighs -1 inch off each!!!!!!!!!

"That's 8 inches total!!!!!!!!! YIPPEEEEEEEE! It's sometimes hard for me to stay motivated to do my O! everyday, but with results like this how can I not stay motivated. Oxycise! ROCKS!!!!!!!!! Thank-you Jill! Gotta go do my O! now."

"I have some exciting news to report!! I got on the scale this morning and I am down to 133!! 2 more pounds lost!! I had been at 135 for at least a month!! Anyway, just 8 more pounds to go 'til my goal. Let me tell you, when I get there I'm buying a HOT new outfit in a size 6 and I informed my hubby this morning that he will be taking me to a nice dinner to celebrate. My weight loss total now is at 17 pounds!! YIPPEE! When I reach my goal of 125 pounds, I'm also going to send before and after pics to Oxycise!
