"Seeing is Believing"

"I have exercised and dieted all my life, and have always considered myself quite fit. However, as I approached my 50's I noticed changes in my shape. I have purchased all kinds of exercise equipment, and usually end up disappointed. These contraptions also take up space.

"When I saw your advertisement in the papers I was skeptical, but being ever hopeful I decided to buy the Introductory Package. The first thing I noticed was that my abdominal muscles became firmer and had more definition. I was amazed since I have been dancing and doing Pilates for 1 hour a day, 3 to 4 times a week. Next I started getting comments from co-workers that I looked like I had lost weight. My scale did not indicate a change, but it made me feel more encouraged. I have been doing the 15 minute program along with my weekly exercises for about a month now. I finally had the courage to get on the scale again. I have lost 4 pounds!

"The other upside to your program was that I was able to continue to exercise while traveling on vacation. We ran the CD in my husband's computer and I did my routine to your counts. "I wrote a few weeks ago about restarting the program after a lapse of over a year, but was shy about responding to your inquiry about printing my letter. It's been over a month now, and the over 50 flab, bag and sag is going away....I'm back into my size 8, and by summer will be wearing a bikini in the backyard again. I saw the Oxycise! tapes and book at a garage sale last weekend, and told the (overweight and out-of-shape) woman having the sale that she was crazy to sell it. I asked her if she had ever used the plan, and she admitted that she had 'tried' it for a few days. I told her that it takes more than a few days, and that it is the only thing that has consistently worked for me. I was dressed in shorts and a tank top, and she looked me over and said, ' I changed my mind about selling it. I'm going to give it another try.' You go for it girl...... If I can do it after major lung surgery, anybody serious about getting healthy can find a way to modify the plan and make it work.

Oxycise! Report Card

"My Special Ed class has done Oxycise! almost daily after lunch since October. I think we are on page 46 in the Success Stories. [Editor's note: see next-to-last testimonial on Success Stories, page 46]  Anyway, at the end of this school year, we took our final measurements (We also weigh and measure weekly), and I lost 20.25", one girl lost 17.50" and the other girl lost 15". I also do a set of Oxycise! at home almost every night. I believe consistency is the key and I rarely miss a day doing it. Thanks for this amazing program!!"

"This is my second go-round with Oxycise! I started a couple of years ago just to humor a friend who was RAVING about the results. I saw remarkable results in just 1 month. I cannot tell you why I quit. It was a gradual slide back into poor eating habits and no Oxycise! After reading Dr.Phil's book on weight loss I decided to "get real" and turned to Oxycise! again, as well as learning to eat healthy. I planned to Oxycise! 5-7 days a week, but I feel so good every morning that I don't want to start ANY day without it now. I eliminated white sugars and flours and only count fibers to be sure I am getting enough fresh fruits and vegetables. I now PREFER these snacks and additions to my meals. I also only eat until satisfied and not again until I am hungry. The body has a genius way of letting us know when to refuel. The results? After 1 month, an 11 pound weight loss and 1 clothes size. I only weigh every 2 weeks. I was surprised that the loss was not more significant the last time, but realized that muscle does weigh more than fat. I am more impressed with the 'sculpting' of my body through Oxycise! When I fit into my favorite jeans, a size smaller, I went out and bought another pair a size smaller yet because I will be there next month with Oxycise! Another benefit that I have not heard anyone else state is the improved bladder control. I am 51 next month and the mother of 6. I had been contemplating surgery for stress incontinence but every day my control improves with Oxycise! At the end of this journey I will send pictures! Thank you Jill!"

Michelle's Oxycise! Progress

June 1
"Hi. I have been doing Oxycise! for 10 days, I love it. I have so much energy. My muscles, usually tight and sore are so much looser. I have a back injury from a car accident and sometimes it makes my legs hurt, but this week the pain is so much better and I can even run down the stairs now ( I have not done that in a while). My ability to deal with stress is much improved and instead of dragging myself out of bed in the mornings I wake up limber and energized and ready to start the day. It used to take me about an hour before I felt awake enough to do anything (shower included). I have also seen a change in my waist line and thighs and hips, also some in my face! I am so excited. I am a size 28/30, and would desperately like to go to at least a 12, I know it will take time but I believe I have found the solution. I also swim 3 to 4 days a week and have started Oxycise! breathing while I swim."


June 6
"Hi Julie,
No problem sharing. I have been emailing all my friends and family to check out Oxycise! In the first week I lost a grand total (and I checked it 2x) from 7 measured places 12.25 inches, I was in shock! I was hoping for maybe 4 inches total. I have found that if I do Oxycise! before bed I sleep so much better and wake up so energized I can literally bounce out of bed, not something I have ever done! My husband likes that I have the spark, or pep back in my personality. I have also noticed that my face is much thinner! Yeah! I Have prayed for something like this for so long."

"...I am so amazed this week I lost another 8.5 inches that is 20.75 inches in 2 weeks, my face looks so much thinner and I feel and look so much younger! ( I am only 28 but now I look like I did when I was 22)."

July 1
"Hello, My one month results are astounding. I measured from 7 places and lost 26 inches that is an average of 3.7 inches from each spot. I am simply amazed! I did realize last night after reading the newsletter, that I was not breathing correctly, I kept my abs tight the whole time, I guess I thought I could work them harder and get better results, well, let's see how I do when I do it right."

July 05
"...I measured again this week. I measure every Friday. I lost another 6.25 inches! They are coming off so easy. By just breathing right I lost 3.25 more inches than the week before. God has been so good to lead me to Oxycise! and to bless my results. My husband who is 6'4" and barely 200 with a 32 inch waist has started to do the Oxycise! breathing while he is driving (he works in the oil field and drives a lot.) and it is helping him to stay awake, when he has put in a long day and still has to drive back into town. My adorable 5 yr old does the whole 15 min now and when she is done she comes down and says, " I did my Oxycise and boy, do I feel GREAT!" Oxycise! has been so amazing for me and my family. I got my mom to start it as well, she bought the book and I loaned her my intro video so she could see how it works, and if she hasn't bought a video by Christmas then I will get one for her. My sister even wants to do it with my mom."

"Hello,
I took advantage of the buy-one, get-one-free offer a while back and bought my mother EDI ["Easy Does It"] Level 1 and "Buns and Thighs 2" for me. She was doing the Weight Watchers diet and walking her treadmill for 45 minutes every day at the time. She said she needed something else in her routine so I suggested Oxycise! Since we live 2600 miles away from each other, I couldn't lend mine to her, so I took a chance that she would enjoy EDI. Well, she really enjoyed it and said she was going to have to have another tape so she wouldn't get bored doing the same one everyday. Boy, was that a hint? Well, Mother's Day was a few weeks away so I ordered EDI L2 and L3. I sent her L2 and kept L3 for her birthday in June. She fell in love with that too. I talked to her last night and she sounded great. Usually when we talk she sounds like she's out of breath. Well, not anymore. She said other people have noticed the improvement too. She has asthma, so when she dances or walks her treadmill she has had to use the inhaler, but when she Oxycises, she doesn't have to use it. Obviously Oxycise! has improved her breathing capabilities. She even has her tap dance teacher interested in Oxycise! now. She told me there was a down side. She said she had gained three pounds. I told her she was probably gaining muscle. I asked how her clothes fit and she said fine. I told her to take her measurements and keep a close eye on those and not to worry about the scales at this point. She said that I could be right because when she bought a bra the other day she had gone down a whole size. By the way, that didn't bother her! Well, there you have it, Julie...another happy customer."

"I started gaining weight as I got older and with the arrival of my second child (adopted). Pretty soon I had gained 15 lbs. I had never dieted before, so I tried lots of programs. I failed at every single one of them. I got exercise tapes: Leslie Sansone, Buns and Thighs of Steel, and even The Firm. The problem was it didn't hold my interest and pretty soon they were put away somewhere. I was looking on the Internet for exercise programs when I came across Oxycise! I was skeptical, but I got the tapes and measured -- YIKES !!! I started seeing inch loss right away and then weight loss too. I lost my original measurement sheet but I know my inch loss has been significant. I have lost 3 inches in my waist and hips and 2 in the chest and thigh. I have also lost 7 lbs and it stays off. I look at my scale in disbelief. The other day I ran into a couple of people I hadn't seen in awhile and they said I looked good and asked if I had lost weight. YES!! Thank you, Jill, for coming up with a program that I have no trouble sticking with because I have seen results."

"I have kept my weight off.  I feel that Oxycise! is still the best program for weight loss and health available. It took me a year to really get my eating habits under control.  Cutting out the red meat and once or twice a week having chicken or turkey and using soy products has been a big help along with cutting out the white stuff: white sugar, white flour products and dairy has helped me feel much better.  I do have a treat once in awhile but that is not done often. The payoff is great in how you feel when eating this way."

"My favorites are Levels Three and Four. My husband and I have been to that area in Colorado and love the scenery in the background for the exercises.  Those exercises are really effective too.  I am so glad I have several of the videos for variety.  That keeps the program interesting."

I started the Oxycise! some time ago, well about the first of the year, and I had 50 pounds I wanted to rid myself of.   I started the Oxycise! and low-carb diet at the same time and I have lost over 50 and am maintaining this quite well.  It took me 6 months to do this and I am so proud to have the program to use.  I tried it with just the low-carb and it was slow and as soon as I added the Oxycise! I not only started to lose, I felt a lot better.

"I have more energy and can do a lot more things than before.  I watch the video and do the exercises with Jill and I feel she is part of my family now.  I am  76  years old/young and feel better than I have in the past 10 years.  I am ready to move up to the Level 2  workout and wanted to say how much I love the program.  May God Bless."

Thanks for doing the exercises every day with me. I do them on the video with you and it has turned out to be the best thing I have done for myself.

"I started the Oxycise! program I think about last January. I really didn't think it would work, I thought I was too old. Age was my problem. I was tired and run down and felt just plain lousy. I was about 50 pounds overweight and was wearing a tight 44 pants. ...I saw an add for the Oxycise! program and decided it was time to stop and try and do something. I thought I was too old to do the weight thing.

"Much to my surprise I started and I felt a lot better after the first week. My breathing was good and my energy level was on the rise. In fact I fired the lawn man and am now doing all of the yard and singing again in Church, and the breath is good. I have so many rewards for doing your program I can't believe them all. I am contemplating going for the next level as I feel so good on this one and am able to do them at the right speeds with you on the video. Well I have lost 50+ pounds and have lost 6 sizes and have the energy of being about 20 years younger. Thanks again for the program and believe me, if I feel this good at 75 then anyone can do it and succeed. May God bless you and yours and may America join in to fitness."

"I am not new to Oxycise!, but I did not stick with it.  I have a problem with consistency.  However I know all of the information I read is logical and I started Oxycising again  when I saw an article in the 'Parade' magazine.  I said to myself, 'I need to give this another try.' 

"... I truly feel invigorated after I do my level 1 tape in the morning, I need to lose 50 pounds to be in my proper weight class.  I have been Oxycising for 2 days and my abdomen feels tighter.  I delivered both of my children C-section birth and that stomach hang was not a pretty sight to see.  I can already see a difference, it is beginning to lift.  I really want to improve my shape, body tone, and lose those 50 pounds, with Oxycise! I can began to see the light at the end of the tunnel."

"Hi Julie and Jill,
I have been suffering with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for over 20 years.  About 4 years ago I went through some very big emotional changes in my life.  My daughter (also my baby) got married and moved 800 miles away.  My father died and my mother moved in with us.  And I was going through terrible perimenopause.  My daughter-in-law introduced me to the Oxycise! program.  Within the first 6 weeks I lost the bloat in my stomach that comes with perimenopause and an overall total of 7 inches, not to mention 10 pounds. I started having more energy and feeling better about myself and my stress level went down.  I have never gotten overweight to the point of being unhealthy so it wasn't all about the weight loss, but it was about my self-esteem and feeling better!  Since then I have kept Oxycising a part of my routine workouts.  As many Fibromyalgia sufferers do, I also suffer with T.M.J. (from clenching my teeth at night) so I have to adjust my breathing accordingly.  If my jaws feel too tight to smile while breathing in, then I just don't, or I try to breathe mostly through my teeth.  And since San Diego has been very dry this year, deep breathing seems to hurt my sinuses so many times I leave on a cool mist humidifier while I'm Oxycising.  I have also found that some of the exercises tend to tighten my muscles up too much so I normally do a 10-15 minute aerobic workout before Oxycising, or I incorporate a brisk walk into my workout to warm up those tight muscles before Oxycising.  I realize that most of you CFS sufferers are doing good just to get out of bed some days but if you can just start your breathing while you are laying there, the rest should eventually come more easily!
