I have been on the program for almost six months along with my husband.  We are seeing great results.  We are both in our 60's and it takes a bit longer to shape up but this program really works!!

People really do notice and comment on how we both look. So glad we came across this program.  I got the book from the local library... let it sit on the table for a couple of weeks. I thought that something this simple couldn't work. Read it for the last week before taking it back and had the program ordered within a couple of days. The plus is that my energy level is up. Also we both are getting back into clothes we haven't worn for a while.

My husband and I find that we really feel better when we do the Oxycise! regularly.

Couldn't believe my 85 year old mother ordered Level 1 instead of "Easy Does It."  I really shouldn't be surprised. She is very active. She walks, drives a car, takes care of a three bedroom home, gardens and does volunteer work She has recovered from a mild stroke and car accident.  She was riding in the back seat when someone ran a light and hit the car she was riding in. So as you see she does keep very active. The Oxycise! program should help her to keep going. She has genetics in her favor for a long life. Last July when visiting her in Minnesota, she was impressed with how my husband and I looked and felt after doing the Oxycise! for several months and decided she wanted to be on the program too.

I am so glad I found the Oxycise! book in the library last winter and got on the program. I like to alternate Level 1, Level 2 and Abs and Upper Body videos for variety. That keeps doing Oxycise! more interesting for my husband and myself.

Hi,
This is an update. I am still very delighted with the Oxycise! program. I was sidetracked with a health problem for a while but am back to doing my O's. I have lost 35 pounds. I am now totally in my normal weight range. My doctor was delighted with that since he had asked me if I wanted 3 or 6 months to get the weight off. Six months worked. My cholesterol went down 65 points just by losing weight and doing Oxycise!  Jill's book "Fuel for Success" is a wonderful help. I just received my order of Oxycise! Level 3 and Level 4. I am looking forward to doing those too after watching the instructions on them. It will be great to alternate these videos with Level 1 and Level 2 for the exercises.

I still haven't taken any pictures of "after". Big change since the "before" pictures though. Will have to get going on that for you.

My husband is also on the program. I know he will enjoy the new levels too.

After having my two reports printed in your newsletter I am finally sending in my before and after pictures.

My weight loss was accomplished without dieting.  I just ate in a healthy way and used a lot of Jill's suggestions in her book "Fuel for Success!"  I have Oxycise! Levels 1 through 4, plus Abs and Upper Body workouts.  Those are invaluable...

I have a very important reason for keeping my weight off and keeping fit.  There have been people who have had strokes on both sides of my family including my mother and father.  Being at high risk, I feel that keeping those risk factors down may keep me in good health.  My blood pressure is normal, cholesterol is going down nicely and my bone density is high.  To keep it that way is a very good reason to continue with Oxycise!

My weight is 123 lbs. on the picture taken last week.  The before picture shows me when my weight bounced around from 155 to 160 lbs.
