| "Oxycise energizes me much more than all
those "aerobic" classes did and it has also controlled my rheumatoid
arthritis. I have not had a bad flare up since I have been Oxycising."
Sue Madal

"I've been doing Oxycise! for a year now.
The results I have received are:
1. Much more strength, especially in my arms.
2. Much more flexibility, especially in my hip
joints, which had begun to bother me. And in my shoulders. At first I didn't
want to do your exercises for shoulder strength, but I made myself do them as
best as I could. I still don't have as much flexibility as I would like, i.e.,
when I was younger, but the improvement has been remarkable.
"Also, when I am waiting for my tapes to
rewind, I do the neck flexibility exercises which a chiropractor gave me, which
has helped tremendously with arthritis pains that had begun in my neck, and also
in my right shoulder."

"Just a brief note to thank you for Oxycise!
and weekly words of encouragement. I have been doing O! since January and
love how it wakes me up in the morning. Last winter I went to the doctor for hip
pain and found that I have sciatica. I have arthritis in my back and a
degenerative disc which keeps my sciatic nerve inflamed.
"I am not walking as much as I did, but am
not giving up on O! or Tai Chi. I still do both daily. I thought by not walking
I would gain back the weight I have lost in the past two years. Not a chance!
Thank you.
"My doctor gave a sheet of back exercises to
do to help with the pain and build ab muscles, etc. I took one look at the sheet
and when I realized that these were poses that were to be held for a count of
six, I knew I would be able to do them using the Oxycise! breath for that count.
I have lengthened the exercises to 15 reps and now do them daily for
maintenance. I have kept the weight off and still feel great thanks to O! and
Tai Chi (also an Oxygen based exercise).
"I just picked up the August issue of ALIVE
magazine (Canadian Journal of Health and Nutrition) at the Health food store.
There is an interesting article by Brad King, MS, MFS called "Build Muscle,
Not Fat." And I quote: (Pages 32 and 33) 'Oxygenation: You're not in
fat-burning mode if you can't carry on a conversation while exercising without
gasping for your next breath. Gasping is an indication that there's insufficient
oxygen being supplied to the tissues. Your body will switch gears and start
burning glucose as its main fuel instead of fat. It takes an enormous amount of
oxygen to burn dense fat molecules.' End quote.
"That's what O! does and does well. Thanks
again."

"The doctor said she feels that this is a
good program for seeing that I have arthritis in my spine."
Liz

"I started this program because I had
arthritis in my neck (pretty bad)... I still have arthritis but I now go days
without any ibuprofen. I haven't had the strong pain killer for months.
Thanks, Pat Wyoming

"...My muscles don't cramp like they used
to, and when they do, I find that the basic breath makes the cramp go away
immediately. My arthritis doesn't bother me much, even with the spring
weather..."

"I've been doing the level one Oxycise! plan
for about 3 weeks. I have to tell you, I think that this plan is one that I may
be able to continue for a very long time. I have spinal stenosis, arthritis, and
now sciatic nerve problems. Other than eating right and doing mild walking,
since I stopped smoking and gained 30 pounds, I have never found anything that
creates little impact yet still lets me lose the weight and inches. This plan
really does work. I'm terribly impressed."
Jo Ann Mueller

"I now can walk, run and play with my grand
kids without breathing heavy. It's great. I also had early signs of arthritis
which seem to be going away. No more limited movement in my shoulders."
Neomia McFall

"Since I have arthritis, running is out of
the question, but Oxycise! is perfect because it is no impact, but still raises
your metabolism for weight loss. I started out doing Oxycise! twice a day and
had good results, and after 2 1/2 months, I still do it at least once a day
because I like how it make me feel."
