"Dear Jill,
I bought your program about a month ago, and just let me say, it's absolutely
wonderful! I do it faithfully every day and my energy levels have skyrocketed.
The energy I get from doing Oxycise! lasts all day long, not just for a couple
of hours. In the three weeks I've been doing the program I have seen such
amazing results. All the cellulite I had on my thighs is smoothing out and
becoming toned. The pouch in my stomach from having a baby is starting to go
away. I love your program and I know this is something I can do for the rest of
my life. I've said goodbye to the endless diets I've been on and working out at
a gym. Thank you for giving me my life back. You are a godsend."
Sincerely,
Beth A. Wagner

"Hi Jill,
I've been using the Oxycise! program for a total of 6 weeks and I have seen a
big difference in the cellulite on my thighs. It's absolutely unbelievable. Who
would have ever thought that just by breathing I could get rid of the cellulite
on my thighs that jogging 3 miles couldn't do. This doesn't even include the
tremendous amount of energy, overall feeling of well being and great looking skin
that I now have as well!!
"I'm very excited because I'll be attending
my 10 year class reunion in October and I'm well ahead of schedule.
"Well as I used to say in junior high
school, Oxycise is tubular!!!!!!"
Thanks
Carla

Subject: Oxycise! Results
I was introduced to Oxycise! by my mother-in-law,
as my husband's Aunt Jean is the older lady on the video tape. I was very
skeptical until I watched the tape and realized what Jill was saying is true.
I started doing Oxycise! in Jan and in two months lost 36 lbs. I noticed
my energy level going up, lower back strengthen, my outlook on life better and
all the cellulite I had my thighs and butt gone! Nothing I have ever done got
rid of the cellulite until Oxycise! came around! I also have 4 young kids and I
don't take time to spend on exercise and with Oxycise! I can take 15 min out of
my day. I will never go back to exercise again. Oxycise! will always be a big
part of my life. I have gone from a size 18 down to a size 12. Thanks to Jill
and Oxycise!

"Nancy's Story"
(Nancy's original letter)
Hi Jill, thank you so much for the gift of
Oxycise! I want to tell you about my results. I have worked really hard and have
lost a lot of weight in the past few years, but I have been feeling really
downhearted about my body, because no matter how well I ate, or how many
vitamins I took, or how much I exercised, my skin was so loose, and my body
shape just wasn't satisfactory. I am 45, and so the signs of aging combined with
a large weight loss had left my body looking old, my skin really loose and
without much tone. It was depressing to have finally lost so much weight, and
yet to feel so bad about my body still. It was very depressing! I was feeling
pretty hopeless that I could ever feel good about my body again...which is not
the way one wants to feel after working so hard to lose weight! I had 20 more
pounds I wanted to lose, but didn't even want to do it, because I knew it meant
I would feel worse about my body than I did before!
I started doing Oxycise!, and even doing it only
once a day, and not all that wholeheartedly and not all that often, I began to
notice my body starting to firm up in some of the really loose areas. Then, I
visited your website and got totally inspired. I read every single success story
and decided to really go "all the way" with Oxycise. Just two weeks
ago, I began doing O twice a day, Level 1 in the morning and Level 2 after work.
I also began to REALLY do the basic breath, I mean really doing it with gusto,
and giving it all I've got.
What has happened in the last two weeks has been
nothing short of astounding. My skin is firming up and getting toned and
tightened. I cannot believe how rosy my complexion is, and how much my body is
toning and tightening and firming up! I have lost about 5 more pounds, and have
gone down 2 pants sizes in 2 weeks, just from my body tightening up so much. My
cellulite is going away! This is cellulite I've had for over 20 years, that
NOTHING would touch! And now it is just melting off me! My skin isn't
drooping anymore! The bags under my eyes have gone away, and I swear that even
some wrinkles I was getting on my face are disappearing. The whites of my eyes
are so much whiter. My body is getting re-proportioned. I am watching it change
shape before my eyes on a daily basis...I can't believe it!
I also sleep better, have less stress and
anxiety, am much happier all day, have a huge increase in endurance, have no
more headaches, and have been able to go off some medications I was taking...I
don't need them anymore! I also notice that when I go fitness walking, I have
absolutely no stiffness
like I used to, and I can walk much farther with no exertion at all. My fitness
level is definitely far above what it was before, even when I was doing hours of
step aerobics and other kinds of exercise. Now, all I do is Oxycise!, twice a
day, and some walking, and I am in 1000% better shape than I was when doing all
those other forms of exercise that took so much more time to do!
To say that I am sold on Oxycise! is the
understatement of the millennium. I can't tell you how happy I feel to finally
know I have a tool to change my body and make it more youthful and beautiful and
healthy, especially as I age. It truly is astounding the changes in my body over
the past few weeks.
I am so excited to see more changes that I know are on the way. It feels so good
to know that I can finally have a toned body that I can feel good about, even at
my age, and after having lost so much weight. Jill, thank you, from the bottom
of my heart, for sharing your discovery with us. I will always be eternally
grateful to you!
Nancy F.
p.s. If you want to use my success story, you
have my permission. I would love to tell people about Oxycise and what it has
done for me!
(additional comments from Nancy after original
message: )
My current weight is 179; I just lost 5 lbs. from
184, from just two weeks of Oxycise. I am 5'10" tall. As of today, I am
wearing size 12 slacks!!! Yipeee! My 16's and 14's are falling off me now!
I used to weigh 300 lbs (years ago). I had gained
and lost and gained and lost over the course of many years, but had pretty much
stabilized at around 228 lbs. about two years ago. Then, in the past year I lost
about 45 more pounds. At the age of 45, my skin is so loose from all the gaining
and losing over the years, and from losing 45 more pounds.
I still would like to lose another 15 - 20 lbs,
although I am not really going by weight anymore; I am going more by size and
body condition, because muscle weighs more than fat. I am going to stay on my
eating plan and Oxycise regularly (2x/day) and see where I end up in terms of
size and weight. I am excited to see where my body is headed!

Hi! Has anyone been able to get rid of major
cellulite/saddlebags? Mine are really big and I've tried everything, even that
new pill Cellasene with no results. Hope to hear from someone.

Hi Ruth - Oxycise really does work on cellulite
and saddlebags. I am lucky in that until recently I didn't have much trouble in
the hip area (that's the ONLY place!), but since I gained weight I gained
saddlebags, too. And in fact, the place I noticed results first is the
saddlebags are going away, and I can see a big difference in the cellulite all
over my body. It's a lot better. Months back I remember a lot of comments
about how amazed everyone was that their cellulite was disappearing - the
dimples
were just going away. So keep breathing - or start breathing - and kiss your
cottage cheese goodbye!

Subject: Ruth's question about saddlebags and cellulite
I have been oxycising for approximately 1 month
now - 30 reps per day, and the first thing to go on me was my saddlebags. This
has been a lifelong problems with me. Even when I weighted 118 lbs, I still had
THUNDER THIGHS and saddlebags. I tried on pair of pants that I could not even
pull over my
hips when I started O'ing, and I can wear them now. The weird thing is that they
are tight in the waist now and loose in the thigh area. When I bought them, they
were tight in the thigh area and loose in the waist. My rear view (still not
pretty}, but defintely looking much better with a much SMOOTHER
appearance. Keep Oxycising because IT WORKS.

Lisa's correct - Oxycise! has done absolute
WONDERS for both trouble spots. My legs are much smoother, shaplier, and
contoured--as nature intended. In fact, even my circulation, cholesterol level,
and blood pressure have improved. With apologies to James Cameron, I want to
shout, "I'm the
(considerably more slender) queen of the world!!!" I lived in shorts all
summer because for the first time in several years, I wasn't ashamed of my
physique. I was, in fact, PROUD of it! Look what Oxycise! has done for me! Look
what I've attained using this program! It's the best and will always be.

Peachy, James Cameron is the director or the film
Titanic, when he won an Oscar, I believe it was, last year he yelled "I am
the King of the World." As for everybody else who has had cellulite
disappear, can I ask you, did it seem to get worse before it got better? Mine
seems worse than it was before, or because I am looking for changes in my body I
am noticing it more? Thanks for any info.

yes... I remember it was just lumpy, then it was
like cottage cheese, then it was like moon craters (closest thing I can think
of) I thought aarrghh.. and then when I got obsessed with having no waistline..
I remember looking down one day and suddenly seeing quads flat smooth quads...
yikes! I have
never had ANY muscle definition ever in my life.. I was a dumpling at 132lbs...
so to weigh 218 and have muscle definition in my forearms, thighs (yes I still
have the inner jigglies, but never mind that).. and now started to get
definition in upper arms and shoulders.. ya, when I started working out my arms
(and doing a lot of packing/moving) my shoulders built up (they used to slant I
swear!).. now I can rip out all the shoulder pads.. yes, things nobody ever told
me.. I could write a book...! Keep going.. image your fantastic body in your
mind, don't obsess, just expect it, it'll just be there one day...

Good going, girlies!! It is always GREAT to hear
the success stories, but my personal favorites are the ones about THIGHS! Even
my thunderous thighs are looking smoother and more toned these days, and that
was my husband's observation! I would be able to O! for six months on that
comment alone!
Also, my "nylon on nylon" sound has definitely gone down in decibels.
Soon I'll be able to walk in silence! Thank you O!

(The following comments were posted in the
website Message Room by Franco,
a medical student, and Rita, a skin specialist)
Franco:
I found two very good studies which shed some
light on exactly "what is cellulite?". The first one is from the
American Journal of Dermatopathology (published recently) and the second from
Plastic Reconstructive Surgury, published in 1998. The first study examines the
"misnomers" about cellulite and focuses on the microanatomical
descriptions given in the medical field. In their study, they actually perform
biopsies on "cellulite" and "non-cellulite" areas of both
men and women and compare "skin conditions". In the second study, they
state that many people in the world refer to cellulite as abnormality of adipose
tissue; yet the pathophysiology of cellulite has never been identified. So, in
their study, they look at the biochemistry of the adipose tissue within the
"cellulite". From these studies, it would appear that:
- lumpiness of skin [(described as the interface
of the dermohypodermal skin layers: in a nutshell, we have layers of skin from
the outside to the inside, or epidermis (surface layers) ->dermis (connective
tissue containing glands and hair) ->hypodermis (loose, connective tissue
made up of adipose tissue)] represents a gender-linked characteristic of the
thigh and buttocks and is NOT associated with cellulite. So, your skin can
appear lumpy and NOT have cellulite...
- Cellulite appears to be related to the presence
of enlarged fibrosclerotic strands that separate the subcutis layers described
above. These strands can act as a pouch for fat accumulation giving rise to the
fat lobules we see when we pinch the skin (yuck...).
- full-blown cellulite is described as when fat
accumulation occurs in one spot and the connective tissues are overcome,
resulting in the "stretch marks" we normally associate with pregnancy,
which causes the skin dimpling we see.
- from the biochemistry studies, they confirm
much of the above, and state the following, based on their results:
- using different measurements and experiments than those above, they also come
to the same conclusion that the adipose tissue was not evenly distributed in the
underlying dermis, when comparing affected versus unaffected people.
- appears that women have a non-symmetrical connective tissue under the dermis,
and this was not seen in the men they studied. They therefore propose that women
may be genetically predisposed to cellulite more so than men.
O.K., so what the heck does all this mean with
respect to O!? ... We all know that fat doesn't come off evenly and the last
place it comes off is the first place it goes on. Why fat deposits is certain
places, giving rise to "cellulite" is and will probably remain a
mystery. A fat cell is a fat cell, so cellulite is no different than regular
fat. Probably HOW the fat is deposited is what gives rise to the cellulite
appearance. One thing is for sure, I used to love cottage cheese....guess I may
never look at it the same way :)
Ciao for now,
Franco
