I would like to thank you for your Oxycise! program and really want to thank God for bringing Oxycise! into my life.
"I grew up very athletic and healthy, I never got sick in my life until I turned 30, a year ago. Due to my stressful lifestyle, I developed chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. My symptoms first started out with panic attacks and was treated for it with Zoloft. I was on Zoloft for panic attacks and had horrible side effects including weight-gain of 15 pounds. I decided to quit the medication. Zoloft was helping me with the panic attacks but was giving me other problems.
"I have heard of your program but was skeptical and did not order it until months later. I started Oxycise! for the sake of losing weight but what took place was a miracle!! Of course I was not one of the fast group to lose the weight, I belonged to the slow group. I noticed other wonderful and amazing results with Oxycise! My muscle tone was getting better, I was actually getting in shape without all the workouts that I used to do prior to getting ill. My energy level increased and best of all, my panic attacks went away!!! If two to three days go by without me doing Oxycise!, my panic attacks would return! Oxycise! has become my medicine and my true addiction because if I continue doing O! every day, my panic attacks never come back! I have informed my doctors about your program and they were amazed. I just wished that I tried Oxycise! before taking Zoloft. I would have saved myself from the unnecessary side effects of medication.
"I also noticed that my hair grew so much faster while doing Oxycise! I honestly have no negative comments about your Oxycise! program because it is so amazing and wonderful!! Doing Oxycise! daily is part of my treatment! Instead of taking pills every day, I include Oxycise! in my daily routine and I would feel better and more energized. I have lost inches also, but it did take time and I want everyone to know that patience is the key to achieving permanent weight loss results.

"Over 13 years ago I was involved in an accident when a drunk driver went through a red a light at an intersection and hit me on the side of my car. The car was spun around a complete circle (He was clocked going 80 miles an hour). Thankfully My daughter and I survived. My daughter was three years of age at the time. I am so grateful that she is without repercussions from it to this day, she is 17 now!
"I was left with trauma to the joints, ligaments, and tendons, whip lash and a herniated disk in my lower back. I am however so thankful to God that I didn't end up worse. My car was totaled...
"Six years after the accident, working out with Jane Fonda tapes, Tony Little , Tammy-Lee Webb etc.... treadmills, bikes, jogging, steppers, Stair master, 26 tapes later 6 different abs tapes. All I wanted to do was cry from pain plus being so burned out and exhausted . The doctors and specialist finally diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue syndrome, which I was glad because then my treatment could change to a more subtle workout program. My biggest problem then was that I was only maintaining my weight of 163 lbs. I am 5' 71/2 " tall 42 years old , with 3 grown kids, a husband, Dog and 2 cat's.
"I lived every day in pain and agony, tired out all the time. I had to quit a business I had worked so hard to form (cleaning homes with a partner). Finally, 6 years later, I went to a physiotherapist that helped me out with light weights, massages and hot packs for my muscles. She was good. I had just found Body Flex on the Shopping Channel in Ontario where I live, so I ordered it and really became sick after trying it out for a while. My Therapist said to me that deep breathing causes the Lymph's to flush out and releases toxins through out the body and it was important that I didn't quit it. She also mentioned to me that Fibromyalgia was toxins in the muscles and you had to move them. I was DRAINED. I thought, 'Hey, where is all this energy that I am suppose to get from deep breathing?' She said to drink a lot of water, at least 64 oz. a day when doing this program, to flush out the kidneys and liver and all the toxins. It took five to six weeks to get to the point that I was feeling better, although the weight wasn't going off yet! She upped my weights and added an extra body flex workout a day . I kept a log-in book to watch what I was eating, drinking, and snacking on, plus exercising all in a day! It didn't take me long to see that I had to make some changes. I ate too much fried foods, sweets, not enough fruit, juices, and fresh veggies.
"Finally 8 months later, I saw Jill Johnson on TV... I ordered her video. I ordered her level two video right away because I wanted to give up B. flex ( loved Oxycise! more) Jill's positions are much safer. She is so articulate in how she describes the positions and how to hold yourself correctly . I did them back to back, two a day at the beginning, to get all the oxygen that I could. I instantly gained energy, slept better, felt better, kept up the weights still to this day! (three times a week) I have a lot less pain because there is NO jarring of the joints, bones, back, legs, etc... My skin looks better, NO more rings under my eyes, I go regular everyday! I have greater stamina, more agility, NO more sit-ups to irritate my lower back. I am happier, healthier and that is why I love Oxycise! so much to this day! Plus, I must add that I am off all my medicine, even my sleeping pills!!! I have lost and am maintaining a 40 lb. weight loss.The greatest amount of pain from the Fibromyalgia has subsided .
"I always thought that aerobics meant jumping jarring etc.. ... but it doesn't! Anyone with these conditions are told to do aerobics and muscle toning. Oxycise! can give you all of that, plus it's only 15 minutes compared to 45 or 60 minutes you get from other aerobic workouts. I get a complete stretch, muscle toning, plus the benefit of an ab workout all in 15 minutes ! How exciting! I love my new found ENERGY and how much better I feel today!

"I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia 2 years ago. I was 51 and a very active outdoor person (biked, hiked, skied - exercised almost everyday) The FMS started after a ski accident which required 3 surgeries. After a few months of recovery, when I tried to exercise, I was in so much pain. I dreaded my usual exercises. After being diagnosed, I found that exercise is very important is combating FMS. But trying to find an exercise that didn't leave me in alot of pain was hard. Then I tried Oxycise! Even on mornings when I think I won't be able to move, after a few of the exercises, I feel much better. I also now have built up the stamina to bike and hike again. I haven't lost any weight but that is not my concern in life right now. Being as pain free as possible is."

"Hi Julie and Jill,
I have been suffering with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for over 20 years. About 4 years ago I went through some very big emotional changes in my life. My daughter (also my baby) got married and moved 800 miles away. My father died and my mother moved in with us. And I was going through terrible perimenopause. My daughter-in-law introduced me to the Oxycise! program. Within the first 6 weeks I lost the bloat in my stomach that comes with perimenopause and an overall total of 7 inches, not to mention 10 pounds. I started having more energy and feeling better about myself and my stress level went down. I have never gotten overweight to the point of being unhealthy so it wasn't all about the weight loss, but it was about my self-esteem and feeling better! Since then I have kept Oxycising a part of my routine workouts. As many Fibromyalgia sufferers do, I also suffer with T.M.J. (from clenching my teeth at night) so I have to adjust my breathing accordingly. If my jaws feel too tight to smile while breathing in, then I just don't, or I try to breathe mostly through my teeth. And since San Diego has been very dry this year, deep breathing seems to hurt my sinuses so many times I leave on a cool mist humidifier while I'm Oxycising. I have also found that some of the exercises tend to tighten my muscles up too much so I normally do a 10-15 minute aerobic workout before Oxycising, or I incorporate a brisk walk into my workout to warm up those tight muscles before Oxycising. I realize that most of you CFS sufferers are doing good just to get out of bed some days but if you can just start your breathing while you are laying there, the rest should eventually come more easily!
