"I just started back to work after maternity leave and I'm still 20 pounds over my ideal weight. With working and having two kids now, and my husband working and going to school, it is extremely hard to find time to go to the gym. My first week back to work, I woke up 15 minutes early and did Oxycise! every morning, right after I made my bed, in my pajamas! I felt great and not tired at all. (I owe some credit to my sweet baby who already sleeps through the night.) The second week, my kids both got a cold and gave it to me and I was worried about deep breathing and if it would get any infection deeper into my lungs.
