"My heart palpitations have subsided..."
"Oxycise! is God-sent. Finally I'm losing weight without much effort I might add, feeling great and looking pretty good too. I started the program mid Feb. (my 46th bday), lost inches after the 1st week and continued losing every week. After the 7th week, I was so excited it was working, I went on a Low fat, no junk (or should I say, very limited junk) diet and the inches and weight really started coming off. I exercise 15 min. daily and add in 50 extra breaths. To date (June 24) I've lost 18 lbs., I'm down 2 (almost 3) jean sizes (1x to 16), I can just get into. size 14). More wonderful, is the toning of my body, the cellulite is disappearing, my heart palpitations have subsided and my skin looks healthier..."

Blood Pressure and Resting Heart Rate Improved
"I admit that I have not been very consistent with my Oxycise! routines but the small interludes that I have with my breathing have shown to be quite successful nonetheless. When I went to my doctor and he did blood pressure and heart rate he was very impressed. For someone who does not do running or much more than some walking once in a while, my resting heart rate was about 68 and blood pressure was perfect. I am 52 and about 20 lbs overweight but he did say, 'Whatever you are doing, keep it up.' I have to totally attribute this to Oxycise! because I don't really do anything else. I get in around 20 or so breaths per day. It amazed me that a small amount of effort could make such a big difference. So for those of you who feel you only have 10 minutes to spare, or even 5.........go for it."

Improved Blood Pressure
"...I have changed two holes in my belt, but the greater change has been in my blood pressure. I went to the doctor last week and she was amazed. She decreased my medication by half for one month and said if it continues the same way, I can discontinue after another month or so. Before I started my medication, my pressure was about 165/95. Not extremely high, but last night it was 112/64 and it has been as low as 98/60.In addition my heart rate has dropped from an average of 90/100 down to a resting rate of about 64! That's impressive! I wish to thank Jill for sharing her knowledge with us and let the rest of you know that the support you provide to each other is something to be cherished."

Blood Pressure Down
"Today I had my preliminary workup done by the physical trainer. My blood pressure was WAY down. It was 112 over 72. I was delighted because it had been edging up toward the 'iffy' area of 139 over 85. THE DROP WAS DUE TO OXYCISE!!!"

Lower Blood Pressure
"I have some news to share. My blood pressure has come down. My regular BP is normally 140/80.(On occasions, the 80 has been 100!) It is now 110/80. It has measured that the last two times taken. It has been taken in the afternoon too! I am on no form of medication for it either. Every number counts with health, so I had to share the news of the 30 point drop with you."
