"I have wanted to write and share with you the blessings I have received from doing Oxycise! I am a single working mother of an energetic 6-year-old and for me energy, more importantly than weight control, has been at the core of my exercising. The ongoing challenge is time, not necessarily willingness or motivation.
"All that being said, I want to praise the amazing other benefits of Oxycise! that I don't always hear people talking about. I am a religious user of the commuter routine tape as I am on the road traveling to and from work one hour each way each day. I use it when I am about 15 minutes from my home as a way to transition from Work Woman to Loving Mommy. When I am finished any anger, depression, frustration or concern has dropped from me and my body. It feels like magic. I believe there is so much more we could be using our bodies for if we tuned them up using the power of our breath.
"I used to pay a gentleman $60 a session to do breath and body work with me. I still go when I need a tune up but the benefits I gained from doing the breathwork with him I get from doing Oxycise! AND all in 15 minutes in my car on the way home from work! Could it get any better? "Your program did everything you said but weight loss... My secretary thought I had started taking drugs I was so mellow and relaxed. A very uptight person just melted away. My skin tightened up, my resting heart rate dropped, the occasional asthma went away, muscles started returning, inches dropped but no weight loss. In fact, I gained a bit. I put on my heart monitor and realized that I was not raising my heart rate enough because I was already so stretched out from prior months of exercise. "I have been using Oxycise! for seven weeks and to date, have lost 11 pounds and 10 ¼ inches! I have tried conventional aerobic exercise and dieting, and got absolutely nowhere. I take medication to control my heart rhythm, but I tire out before I really get into an aerobic range...not with Oxycise! I get into an aerobic zone immediately...but the benefits haven't stopped at weight loss...I simply don't recall a time in my life where I felt this good, for this long...and I was one of those people that would literally wake up in the morning, wishing the day would end. I have to say that although I'm not losing weight yet, I am losing some inches, but the biggest plus to Oxycise! is getting rid of stress and tension. I had such a headache and neck ache yesterday at work, I tried to relax and take a nap on my way home on the 35 minute train ride I had, but to no avail.

I just wanted to let you know that during the busy holidays, with all the shopping, work, preparing for get-togethers, I found myself racing -- mentally and physically. But one day several weeks ago, I found that I could totally relax by Oxycise! breathing. I was in my car and found my mind was racing and that I was speeding, so I took a deep breath in, and a very deep breath out, and my system relaxed. I've used this a number of times during these months of planning and preparations, and I found if one breath wasn't enough, two or three did nicely. It was great!
