"I had just started doing Oxycise! for about 3 months when I had to have surgery. After the surgery the doctor said I had the clearest lungs she has ever heard on anyone having surgery. She asked what I was doing and I told her. She has just given me permission to start again. I love it so I went to the auction to get Levels 2, 3, and 4. I am hoping to get the other three someday.
"I tell everyone I know about Oxycise! I just meet a lady on the Internet... she is putting on weight and feels bad so I told her about Oxycise! and she has bought it.
"I feel even if you are disabled you can breathe. I found even just the breathing can help."

"Seven weeks ago I had major abdominal surgery and was hospitalized for 6 days. Two weeks after my surgery my pain had diminished considerably but I was extremely weak and tired and, naturally couldn't do any exercise so I decided to Oxycise! to see if it would help me. Now I'm going to sound like a commercial. I did the Level 1 workout very carefully and gently to make sure I didn't hurt anything and was amazed that immediately after my workout I felt some energy returning, so I continued to Oxycise! every day thereafter. Here is what happened. My abdomen was quite swollen from the surgery and within two weeks the swelling went down considerably, my energy level was back to normal at 4 weeks after the surgery (after 2 week of doing the Oxycise! workout), and best of all I have lost an additional inch off my waist and hips and have amazing energy.
"Oxycise! works very well, especially when done 6 days a week. Glad I stumbled on it."

Hysterectomy
"This is my first sharing, but I have been so blessed by what others have shared I can remain silent no longer! Oxycise! has made a huge difference in my life for the past two years. In overcoming depression, weight loss and recovering from surgery. Before my surgery Jill sent me some of your stories about recovery after surgery and that gave me the courage to do it too. I am 70 and had a Hysterectomy 6 weeks ago. I began using my Oxy breathing in the hospital and in one week started the movements of [Level] #1 that I felt comfortable with and was surprised at how rapidly I was adding to them until I was using them all. At my four week check up my Dr. told me I was more advanced in my recovery than most of his patients at that stage. I laughed and said that he told all his patients that, and he told me, no, that he really meant it. I know that Oxycise! did that for me and I am amazed myself at how fast I have recovered and how well I feel."

"At this time I am in the Methodist Hospital in Arcadia, California now for my wife Margaret has just had quadruple bypass surgery. The nurses have been impressed with how well she is doing. And especially how well she is at deep breathing. In the instructions for patients after open heart surgery, they put deep breathing as very important to prevent infection and Pneumonia. In their instruction papers given to us they write: “This breathing exercise helps to keep you from getting a lung infection after surgery. Deep breathing opens the tubes going to your lungs. Coughing helps to bring up sputum from your lungs for you to spit out. You should deep breath and cough every hour while you are awake even if you wake up during the night. ...Take 10 deep breaths in a row every hour while awake. Remember to follow each deep breath with a cough.” Then in the instructions for what to do after leaving the hospital they have: “Breathing Exercises: You may feel short of breath when you are active. Following are breathing exercises that may help you breathe easier:
* Breath out with pursed or puckered lips (like playing the trumpet).
* Breathe using your diaphragm. Put one hand on your abdomen (stomach) and breathe in so your hand moves outward or upward. Your lungs will have more room to get bigger and to take in more air.”
"Sorry for the lengthy quote of the hospital instructions, but I have been very impressed by the similarity with what Jill has taught us about breathing for Oxycise. I am 80 and Margaret is 79. We have been using the Oxycise programs for about 4 years . Our overall health has been very good. We have been amazed that we have not had colds and other common ailments. And after doing Oxycise every morning we feel invigorated and ready for the day’s work. And especially now we have been so thankful for the practice of deep breathing we have learned from Jill. This has been a very real help in her recovery from this open heart bypass surgery. Thank you so much for this wonderful Oxycise method . It is so simple and yet so effective. I have been sharing it with other families and nurses here in the hospital. They have really been impressed. For several years I have been encouraging my relatives to use Oxycise to keep them in good health. Some have started.
"We want to thank Jill and all of you connected to this great program . It is so simple and yet so effective. God bless you as you work together to enable us to maintain good health without going to the gym or enrolling in some expensive exercise program or buying various types of equipment to loose weight and maintain our health."
Yours sincerely,
Fred Stock
