Clear lungs following Surgery
"I started using Oxycise! in October and really enjoyed it. In February I got very ill and had to have surgery. In
March I had surgery and thanks to Oxycise! I was able to come out of the surgery
with clear lungs and no problem of having to cough to keep my lungs from getting
pneumonia which is common after surgery.
"...the doctor
said I had the clearest lungs she has ever heard on anyone having surgery. She
asked what I was doing and I told her."
"I wasn't able to do the full Oxycise! but I
have done the breathing only and I have lost 15 pounds since my surgery. I went
in for my checkup Monday and the doctor said I can start doing the exercises to
go with it. I am so happy for I missed not doing it but just doing the deep
breathing has helped get the weight off.
"I tell anyone who listens to me about
Oxycise! I use it when I do dishes, in the car, sitting at the computer,
any time I feel I need to relax, and before I go to sleep several breaths help
me relax and sleep."

Recovery after Cancer Surgery
"Just wanted to let you know how much I
enjoy the program and how great it makes me feel! I've only been doing it for a
few weeks, but amazingly, I already feel the difference in energy levels, the
way my clothes fit, and just a general pleasant sense of well-being. It's truly
astonishing that something so simple can have such a huge impact. Jill - you're
a genius!
"As a cancer survivor, I had lost some
mobility in my right arm after surgery. I also experienced some post-surgical
swelling in the arm. I've been to physical therapy for extended periods and that
certainly helped somewhat. However, I've noticed that since I've been doing
Oxycise! stretching and breathing, my flexibility and even strength seems to be
improving more rapidly than ever. I can't tell you how much that means!
"Thanks so much for the wonderful program
and keep up the great work - a day without Oxycise! is like a day without, well,
oxygen! I can't thank you enough!"

Fast Healing after Abdominal Surgery, Gum
Surgery
"I have been doing Oxycise! for almost a
year now. I started last January after having abdominal surgery. I ordered my
tape from a newspaper ad out of curiosity and thought it looked like something I
could ease back into as my incision healed. At first I did it very gently but
with deep breaths. I enjoyed it immediately. My surgeon commented several times
on how well and quickly I was healing and I was surprised, as that has not been
the case in the past. Quite the opposite, actually, whether it was a scrape or
burn or a cold/virus. I continued with Oxycise!, ordering more tapes and working
harder as I got back to normal. Over the months I have lost 44 pounds and have
been so happy with Oxycise! that it's my only exercise regimen. I especially
like the buns/thighs and abs/arms tapes.
"Last March I had gum grafting surgery. (I
had done one of these surgeries before and knew what to expect. They would
remove tissue from two long incisions in the roof of my mouth and graft that
material onto my gums. A hereditary condition was making them recede even though
I am only 40!) I had 32 stitches in my mouth and (like the first time) the
stitches were supposed to come out after 10 days. After only 5 days I had to
call my dentist because some of my stitches were loose and hanging down in my
mouth. When he checked me out, he was astounded at how fast my mouth had already
healed AND he went ahead and removed the rest of the 32 stitches as my wounds
had already closed! Like my other doctor, he made several remarks about how well
and quickly my tissues healed. Since this had not at all been the case with my
first gum graft, I'm certain it's from Oxycise!..."

C-Section
"I was up for a late night feeding with my
newborn daughter being depressed about the 50 pounds I had gained during my
pregnancy, when I saw an Oxycise! infomercial and knew right away that Oxycise!
was exactly what I had been praying for. I became so excited at the prospect of
a health program I could participate in, and still be able to
"function" taking care of a newborn! (Let's face it..... you don't
have time to go to a gym and workout, much less shower, when you're a New Mom!)
I had concerns about strenuous exercise, considering I was recovering from a
C-Section delivery. But, Oxycise! has been the perfect exercise program for me!
Oxycise! has helped me to strengthen my ab muscles again, and sped up my
recovery from the surgery! I loved the fact that I could Oxycise! while my baby
napped, and not need to shower afterwards!
People want to know if Oxycise! brings
results...... well I have lost 20 pounds and 8 inches in 2 months! Amazing! And
I'm not finished yet! I want to continue to lose the other 30 pounds I gained
with my daughter and feel so excited to have the tool to achieve this goal!
Thank you Jill Johnson for creating Oxycise!, a program that instills hope and
anticipation of the future!
Sincerely,
Brenda Key

Complications following Surgery
"I wanted to share what Oxycise! has done
for me.
"Last year I had a complicated pregnancy
which resulted in surgery, a miscarriage and a D&C. The doctors told me not
to try and get pregnant for at least 2 normal cycles - which would have been
fine if my body had got back into its rhythm and my period re-commenced - which
it did not.
"Eight months later I was still waiting for
my periods to recommence and was on the verge of having further ultra-sounds etc
to see what had gone wrong with my system.
"Around this time my husband and I got the
Oxycise! video programmes and started the exercises. Within 2 weeks my body was
back on line and has been normal ever since.
"I am convinced that the Oxycise! programme
'kick started' my metabolism and got me back into it's proper rhythym. I cannot
come up with any other explanation for it other than the Oxycise!
"So thank you very much Jill Johnson."

Foot Surgery
"I tried Oxycise! when I had surgery on my
feet and I couldn't jog. My face is toning so much and I've lost 6 pounds in two
weeks."

Hysterectomy
"Six weeks ago I had a hysterectomy. That is
such major surgery and I felt as low as it goes. My doctor kept telling me I had
to breathe to get my fever down and to heal. So I thought why not order the
tapes. They came in a hurry and I have been doing them every day. Today I even
did the new Leg and Bun tape.
"At two weeks after surgery my doctor was
amazed at my progress. I was driving, cooking, walking on the beach and doing my
oxycise. He said he had never seen someone recover from a 6 hour surgery like
that. I am sure it was the breathing and movement of your tapes. I couldn't do a
few moves and still can't, but the ones I couldn't do I just breathed through. I
am going to keep doing it for life..."
Thank you so much....

Shoulder Surgery
"I just had shoulder surgery 3 weeks ago. I
started a few Basic Breaths every day, every time I thought of it. I have been
to physical therapy for the last 2 weeks. Also I have begun Level 1 which I
modify to do no shoulder involvement. My Therapist today told me she can't
believe how fast the strength has come back in my arm and what great range of
motion I have back. Could it be the Oxygen? I think it has helped me a lot.
Thanks!

"This is my 4th week after surgery and I'm
beginning to feel human again. I started doing Oxycise everyday this week ( the
moves I can) and I think it has really helped me "emotionally" and
physically."

Hysterectomy
"In Sept. I had to have a
hysterectomy. I was so weak for about a month before the operation, and had some
complications afterward that did not allow me to exercise for 2 months after the
operation. I had gained 20 lbs. just by not Oxycising! My eating habits did not
change. The only thing that had changed was that I was not doing Oxycise!
"Just about 1 month ago, I started my daily
routine of 6:00am 5 days a week... I have lost 4 inches and 8 lbs. Again, the
only thing I changed was doing the Oxycise! 15 minutes a day with power! I still
have 14 more lbs to go, but I KNOW Oxycise! makes a difference. I have set a
goal for myself to lose this weight slowly so that I can be healthy in the
process...
"You can't tell me this Oxycise! doesn't work. I am living proof!"
Sincerely,
Trish Whinery,

Foot Surgery
"I've done so well with Oxycise! In Oct. I
had bunion surgery on both feet. My doctor told me that after the recovery
period I needed to find an alternative to walking 5 miles a day on concrete. Oxycise!
took the bloat off quick. Then I dropped 10 pounds! I mixed it with other
exercise and then got real inconsistent for a while. In March I got serious again - I've
dropped another 10 pounds with Oxycise! I almost never skip a day and I do it in
the car all the time! People can't believe it's me! I've gone from a size 12 to
a "tight" 6. I have to tell you....I used to teach at the YMCA (step
aerobics and fitness) and am a lifetime member of Weight Watchers ( I actually
work for WW as a lecturer now) and have never gotten the results I'm maintaining
now. I love weighing 130 pounds! I'm going after that last 2 or 3 pounds to
maybe 127. Haven't weighed that since high school..."

Deep breathing in the hospital
"I am learning a lot and love the Oxycise!
Haven't lost yet, but I have had surgery in the interim and that has slowed
things down. However, in the hospital they told me to deep breathe to prevent
pneumonia and to keep my temperature down among other things. A month previous I
had started on Oxycise! so I was grateful to know just what to do! The first
night I was so concerned about these hazards and since I couldn't sleep anyway,
I decided to do 10 Oxycise! breaths every hour through the night. Then I did
some periodically during the rest of my stay. It has really helped in my
recovery. I remembered the testimonial of the woman who simply did Oxycise
breaths in her lounge chair and it helped her, so I figured I could do the same
thing in a hospital bed.
"Thanks so much for Oxycise!"
Barbara

Hysterectomy
"I ordered Oxycise! before I went into the
hospital for a hysterectomy. I had been walking 3 miles a day and lifting 10 to
15 pound weights every other day for 10 years. I weighed 14 pounds more than I
do now and felt anxious all the time. When I started Oxycise! I thought, 'It is
too easy-it will never work.'' But I couldn't continue my old regime due to knee
problems and the surgery, so I thought I would try. That was almost 2 years ago.
I feel so much better today. I am not a slave to exercising 1-2 hours a day, but
the best part is I do not sweat the small stuff anymore. People have noticed the
change, especially my family. I will keep on breathing for the rest of my life.
Thank you so much for this program."
Sincerely,
Marie

Age 80 with Previous Knee Surgery
"I find the best thing for me is the first
thing in the morning, about an hour after breakfast and before I start out the
busy day. If by any chance I have appointments then I try to do the Oxycise! at
night about an hour after I have supper. It is not a really strenuous exercise
program therefore I am not hopping all over the floor. Actually my knees have
been better since doing Oxycise! because I have had arthroscopic surgery on them
both...
"I am trying to eat healthy and stay in the
best physical condition I can be for my age which happens to be 80."
"One day at a time. I keep busy tap dancing,
playing shuffleboard, reading, crocheting, and anything else I can think of. I
feel good, everyone says I look good, so I will keep on with the program and
hopefully in a short time will progress to just Level one... Thank goodness for
Oxycise!

Abdominal Surgery
"I've been using the Oxycise! program for a
few years, and gotten great relief from allergies. Recently, I underwent
abdominal surgery to remove several uterine fibroids. Following surgery, I was
instructed by my doctor to undertake no exercise for 6 weeks. Naturally, I was
weak and swollen after this time period and feeling lousy from lack of exercise.
As soon as possible, I began my Oxycise! program again. I started with the
commuter tape in the car for 5 minutes at a time, and have now worked back up to
the full commuter routine, then one of the videos in the evening when I get
home. I am happy to report a reduction in swelling, increase in flexibility and
increased comfort around the incision area. I would recommend Oxycise! to anyone
recovering from a C-section or other abdominal surgery. By the way, my doctor
has given me the approval for traditional sit-ups, etc., but I still find these
much more uncomfortable and much less effective than Oxycise!"
