Notes on Submitting Photos
A
good photo really IS worth a thousand words! Please keep
the following points in mind when you submit photographs
to us:
* If
you email photos, please send a high resolution file.
If you mail photos and would like them returned, simply
include a SASE and we will be happy to return photos
that you send to us.

Quality: Some photos we receive are blurry, dark, or
overexposed, etc. Please send your best photos if
possible.
*
Please send "Before" and "After" photos. The more
dramatic the change you can show us, the better!
*
Show off your RESULTS! We want to SEE you! It's best if
you are the only one in the photo, not "hiding" behind
other people or objects. Full-body shots are best.
Please wear more form-fitting clothing in your "After"
shots so we can actually see the changes you have made
-- loose fitting clothing may disguise your results!
