45 lbs. and 30 inches -- size 24 to 14
"I am happy to report that I have lost about
45 lbs. and almost 30 inches since June and have gone from a size 24 to about a 14. Also, I had suffered
from depression and was going to schedule an appointment with my doctor to
be put on antidepressants, but since Oxycising, I have not suffered from
the symptoms of depression that plagued me for over 15 years. My family
and friends have all commented to me that I am a completely different person
now, and I know that Oxycise is a big part of that change! Several of my
Oxycising friends and I have even noticed that our PMS symptoms have virtually disappeared as a result of using the tapes! (I know the men in our lives
thank you for that!)
"As a professional singer, it has even improved my
singing. I am experiencing more breath control and can sustain notes much longer than I could before.

Kathy's Latest Results: 75 Pounds, 40 Inches!
It's been a while since I've written in with my results and I wanted to give
you an update. Since I started Oxycising in June of last year I have lost
about 75 pounds and 40 inches. It is amazing how much more energy I have!
Almost everyday people comment to me on how much weight I've lost. I look
and feel like a totally different person!
I still have about 50 pounds to go to reach my goal, but
it is so encouraging to me to know that I'm more than halfway there. I
couldn't even imaging being as far as I am now, if it were not for Oxycise!
And best of all, I can't shop at the plus sized stores any more because all
of their clothes are too big on me! I love being able to shop almost
anywhere!

"I'm a 38 year old mother of four and writer
(translate sedentary) weighing 160 lbs. at 5'7". I've been an
off-and-on-again Oxyciser for a year now eating anything and everything I
want (sadly I have a sweet tooth). Before Oxycise! I struggled just to
keep my weight at 170 and couldn't stick to an exercise program (my Nordic
Track sits in the corner collecting dust).
"Oxycise! is the only exercise I've found that I
like and can consistently commit to. My resolution this year to celebrate
the millennium (new century, new habits) is to consistently Oxycise! 30
minutes a day and make healthy food choices. I like Jill's advice in her
book touting lots of fresh vegetables, fruits and grains.

my toddler naps) every single day, and I love it! I workout to levels 1
and 2 but levels 3 and 4 are waiting in the wings in case I get bored. My
goal is to lose 35 excess baby pounds by the end of the year and I know, I
know without a doubt that I can do it with Oxycise!
"So far Oxycise! has already reshaped my face and
firmed and toned some muscles. And the energy! I never had energy before
Oxycise, in fact, I used to take herbal supplements (Ginseng) to give me
energy, but since Oxycising I threw them away.

computer as a desktop. So now whenever I'm at my computer I have Oxycise!
on my screen (subliminal reminder to get up and do it!)"

Update

"Debbie showed me how to Oxycise! I was so
amazed at this. I have a very bad back and deal with headaches all
the time. Doing most any kind of exercise really hurts me but doing this

Betty, Age 55 -- 10 pounds, Two sizes.
"After 10 years of trying to lose weight with the
low fat/high carb approach to eating , and systematically gaining 20
pounds, I found a carbohydrate management way of eating. It took me
a year to lose the 20 pounds I'd gained, but I still had the original 10
pounds to lose. The eating management was excruciatingly slow and
after a year, I was plateaued on the weight, but worse, my clothes fit the
same way they had when I was heavier and no one noticed my achievement. I
couldn't even see it in myself.
"Then I was introduced to breathing as a form of
exercise. I used another plan for the first month and began to see some
changes, but for me, there were some difficulties with the program. At
that point, I found Oxycise! My inches began to fall off. I went from a
size 14 to a size 8 and another 10 pounds came off quickly.
"Oxycise! is the only form of exercise I've ever
stuck with long-term. I have all seven tapes and I do a different one
faithfully every morning. I went to Australia last summer and even
did Oxycise! on the airplane! I also do one 'rep' before meals and
use Jill's commuter tape on car trips that are long enough.
