"I suffer from anxiety and depression.
Oxycise! has really helped me. Part of my anxiety is getting panic attacks where
I get very breathless and hyperventilate. Now I can control my breathing so well
that the duration of my attacks has lessened a lot. I have a lot of weight to
lose and frankly have not seen any lost inches or pounds but I would continue

"Over the months I have lost 44 pounds and

"As I told you before I have not lost very
much weight, but I have seen so many improvements that I won't give up. When I
first started I was depressed a lot and after a couple of weeks I noticed I was
not getting depressed. In fact I started Oxycise! in Nov. last year and I haven't
had a bout with depression since. My right shoulder hurt all the time and I
could hardly lift things. If I reached up into the cupboard for something I had
to brace my arm with my other hand so I could bring it back down. This had been
going on for about 3 years. Two or 3 weeks after starting to Oxycise! I noticed
my shoulder wasn't hurting anymore. I can now move my arm up and down and take
things out of the top cupboard with no problem. I have atrial fibrillation and
many times when I begin to have an episode I have been able to stop it by doing
the 'Basic Breath' several times. I was really afraid at first to Oxycise!
because of my heart, but it has helped, not made it worse. When I first started,
after doing the exercises on the floor I would have to crawl over to a chair and
pull myself up. Now I just stand myself up in the middle of the floor.
What a great feeling. My husband was so skeptical of this whole thing until he
began to notice these positive changes in me. Now he does 15 minutes every
morning before he goes to work. I am still expecting pounds to come
off. I don't understand that part of it, but the other positive changes are so
good I will not quit. When the pounds come off I will let you know."

Mood disorders
"One benefit of Oxycise! that I never notice
until I stop doing it consistently is how it lifts my moods. I have been to counselors,
psychologists, and even a psychiatrist over my short 24 years to be treated for
depression, and they all agree I have a propensity for it. I have been on all
the medications, from Zoloft to Prozac, but could not find any with side effects
I could live with. I also tried the natural remedies, which did work well, but I
was worried about long-term side effects (i.e. ones that may show up in ten
years!) from taking it every day. Incidentally, mood disorders run in my family
so I am sure this will always be a battle ground for me.
"When I Oxycise! consistently, my moods are
much more consistent and I become a much more optimistic person. I also find it

"I have been using Oxycise! for seven weeks and to date, have lost 11 pounds and 10 ¼ inches! I
have tried conventional aerobic exercise and dieting, and got absolutely
nowhere. I take medication to control my heart rhythm, but I tire out before I
really get into an aerobic range...not with Oxycise! I get into an aerobic zone
immediately...but the benefits haven't stopped at weight loss...I simply don't

Energized With Oxycise!
"I've been using Oxycise! every night for a
week now (I also do a few of the positions during the day in my office when I
get tired or my back starts to ache from typing). . . I have noticed in this
past week that I feel great (people keep asking me why I'm in such a good mood
all this week too). I am able to get up without a problem in the morning when my
alarm goes off at 5:30 instead of dragging my butt out of bed after hitting the
snooze 5 times. I also noticed last weekend that I didn't need to take a nap at
11:30 a.m. after being up for 2 hours!! On Sunday after I did Oxycise! at around

"I have wanted to write and share with you
the blessings I have received from doing Oxycise! I am a single working mother
of an energetic 6-year-old and for me energy, more importantly than weight
control, has been at the core of my exercising. The ongoing challenge is time,

willingness or motivation.
"All that being said, I want to praise the
amazing other benefits of Oxycise! that I don't always hear people talking
about. I am a religious user of the commuter routine tape as I am on the road
traveling to and from work one hour each way each day. I use it when I am about
15 minutes from my home as a way to transition from Work Woman to Loving Mommy.
When I am finished any anger, depression, frustration or concern has dropped

away"
"Your program did everything you said but
weight loss... My secretary thought I had started taking drugs I was so mellow
and relaxed. A very uptight person just melted away. My skin tightened up, my
resting heart rate dropped, the occasional asthma went away, muscles started
returning, inches dropped but no weight loss. In fact, I gained a bit. I put on
my heart monitor and realized that I was not raising my heart rate enough
because I was already so stretched out from prior months of exercise. In fact,
the relaxing was having such a dramatic effect that I was burning fewer
calories.
