"I am a 49 year old male with Systemic Lupus. It struck me when I turned 40. I'll spare you the long story, but it changed my life drastically. In fact, it nearly killed me before the doctors were able to come up with a diagnosis and thus treat the disease. For years I languished under heavy medication, particularly steroids. Michael Washington ordered an Oxycise! book and video set recently and immediately got started. He writes:

"I read the entire book in one day. And then I started the tape program. Previously I had found a program that was helping me lose weight. But I wasn't losing many inches. And I was intrigued by the fact that your program doesn't make you sweat, and it doesn't require a lot of time. I was very skeptical. But, when my doctor told me during my last physical that my blood sugar test was l65 (80 to l30 is normal), I knew I had to do something about it. He challenged me to lose l0 pounds. I began to Oxycise! every day and 90 days later had lost the l0 pounds. My blood sugar reading dropped to l26. I am on my second l0 pounds now and will stay with it until I am at my goal weight.
