"...I have lost over 4 inches in my belly
and over 2 inches in my waist and have firmed up all over. I just got the abs
and upper body workout today and it looks like a real challenge for me. I was in
a construction accident 10 years ago and fell 4 stories, landing in a parking
lot and breaking over 30 bones in my feet, right leg, lower back, and crushing
one ankle and one wrist. It was questionable whether I would ever walk again. It
is only a miracle from the Lord that today I walk without even a limp! Yet I do
have trouble with keeping the weight off as I am not as active as I once was.
Oxycise! is a real blessing. Something I can do long term without putting a
strain on my various damaged body parts. Thanks for what you are sharing with
others."

Update:
"I forgot to mention that I also lost 2+ inches off my butt. I suppose this is doing pretty good as I do eat lunch out every day and have 2 breakfast meetings a week. I did need to modify a couple of the exercises since I have a plate in my left wrist which is fused and a fused right ankle, but the key is the breathing right? I'll try to keep you up dated on future success."

"My husband (age 66) and I (56) started Oxycising on January 1st. We have also been following the suggested eating plan and have lost 22 and 15 lbs. respectively."
Here's Sandy's update, as of June 5:
"To date I have lost 20 lbs and reached my goal weight and have been maintaining. My husband has lost 25 lbs and is 10 lbs from his goal.
"The program works and the suggested eating plan is very easy to follow. My husband has been able to come off blood pressure medication he has been on for several years and his cholesterol dropped 40 points!
"We are both feel better than we have in years! We tell everyone about Oxycise! because the change in our appearance is so noticeable they want to know what we have been doing."

"Hello Jill, Julie and the Oxycise! world,
I must admit I have had the Oxycise! tapes for about 2 years and after my wife
left I realized that I must do something for myself. So on June 28th I made a
pledge that I would try Oxycise! for 33 days in a row and today I am at day 30.
I thought I'd share although I haven't reached my goal, yet I am now on my way.
"I have started to get comments about the way I look from my wife and the people I meet. I have no idea if Oxycise! has anything to do with it but I will not stop to find out. I do not have a scale but I know I have lost weight because my stomach doesn't hurt anymore when I button my pants.
"I have a goal to lose 3 inches off my waist by end of August. I started at 40 waist and would like to get it to 37 in 30 or so days...
"I am so energized. I am even changing the way I think, phew !!! Wow!!!"

Another Oxycise! Couple
Husband and wife both maintain busy schedules -- and wherever they go, Oxycise! goes too!
"Hi,
I thought that I would drop a note to tell you that my husband and I travel very
much throughout Asia, and reside in Japan. While we were back in the states, I saw the infomercial about Oxycise! Knowing how he and I
both needed to exercise since we are either sitting in airports,
on planes, trains, or in our offices, it really caught my attention.
"I had purchased exercise equipment to use at home, but since we have averaged being home a week per month in Japan during the past couple of years, it has been useless. I purchased small things like exercise stretch bands and such to carry in our suitcases, but nothing ever seemed to work out.
"I decided to write down the information from the TV and then called later on. I decided to order it and talk to my husband later about it. At first he wasn't sure about it, but then decided to give it a try. I thought that you'd be glad to know that he does it on the International flights. He does it in the airports. He does it in the hotels. He does it just about anywhere. It is something that can be done anywhere, of course adjusting the movements to the location of where you are. On the plane, he uses the positions like on the cassette for the car.
"He and I both have told many people about it and have gotten several started on it. Last year I did it for a few weeks and was amazed at the condition of my whole body. I traveled to Tokyo and went up and down the steps in the train stations with no thought of being out of breath. In fact, I realized that I left my friends behind, because I was walking up the steps so quickly. They were really out of breath.
"For whatever reason, I didn't continue to follow through and slumped off. Recently, I have made up my mind to follow through with 'O' and already I have lost an inch off my waist in just a few days. I'll keep you posted in the future of my success. My husband has toned down and continues to lose weight through a diet but the real difference in shaping up has came through 'Oxycising.'
"I put the video onto a 60 min. cassette tape plus the car driving positions to carry with him into the various countries, and he has faithfully used it regularly in the hotel rooms. He lasts about 30 minutes at a time. By the way, the ONLY place we can't Oxycise! is India because of the pollution. ...After I purchased the 2 video tapes, cassette, and book last year, we returned to Japan and I immediately sold the exercise equipment. It just took up space and we no longer needed it. Oxycise! is definitely a part of our lives."

"We would like to compliment you on your exercise program, Oxycise! Charles has been doing the program for 3 weeks and has lost 15 pounds. He lost 2" off his midsection, 1" off his waist, and one-half inch off his thighs. Jackie has been doing the program for 1 week and has lost 3 pounds. "Have been doing 'Easy Does It' Level One since March. Have
lost 26 lbs and a total of 18 inches overall. I do Oxycise! twice a day and walk
1 mile at the mall 3 times a week. I am 79 years old and feel great. I would
