Jack -- Age 79
"Have been doing 'Easy Does It' Level One since March. Have lost 26 lbs and a total of 18 inches overall. I do Oxycise! twice a day and walk 1 mile at the mall 3 times a week. I am 79 years old and feel great. I would recommend Oxycise! to any senior person . I have Level Two and will be starting it in Jan. Please note I haven't changed my eating habits."Mary -- Age 62
Mary R. Miller, from Lexington, Virginia may very well be our "#1 Oxycise! Fan." She says, "I tell everyone about Oxycise!... My friends tell me I should be on your staff because of my enthusiasm." Mary has graciously allowed us to share her letters and writes, "Feel free to share my comments. If my enthusiasm encourages anyone to try or stick with Oxycise!, I will be happy. I think it is simply the best, most upbeat way I have found to get in shape, stay in shape and maintain good health!"
"I am probably your number one fan. I also like receiving your encouraging e-mails. Just know that I am doing my part in spreading the word about Oxycise! to anyone who is interested. I just sent a copy to my sister-in-law and my daughter. The truth is, I think telling others about the benefits of Oxycise! is the best gift I could give anyone.
Maynard and Barbara -- Ages 67 and 56
"Jill,
Barbara (56) and I (67) have been Oxycising for about four weeks and have become
quite religious about it. We work out to your beginning video and love the
setting of firs and snow fields. However, this week we found our own special
setting. We were on the beach at DelMar (CA) and it was perfect. We even found a
retaining wall for the wall exercises, rock outcroppings and a short wall for
chair exercises. Can't wait to get our tape for the next level. Oh, yes, we have
also sold our neighbor on the program and he is thrilled (heart patient). Thanks
for getting us on the road to better health."

Alice -- Age 82
"I have had the "Easy Does It" starter set for about a month and recently
received the Levels 2 and 3 tapes to provide me with a little variety.
"I weigh 140 lbs. and am 5'6" tall with very good carriage. I'm not looking to
lose much, because I think at age 82, I am at my best fighting weight. Have
never thought scrawny old ladies were particularly attractive.
"My arthritic knees decided about 6 years ago that I should stop my Jazzercise
classes. If I hadn't had my yoga (been doing it for over 45 years and still
attend two classes a week) to fall back on, I may have really gone to pot (small
play on words there!). I've always used deep yoga breathing to get that oxygen
in and to help me sleep, but it's not as energetic as your method."
PJ -- Age 78
"I am 78 years of age, have taught piano for over 55 years and supported my
family until they became adults and parents in their own right; have led a
sedentary lifestyle for the most part, since I haven't got out much to meet new
friends since moving to the northwest 14 years ago. I moved north from Carmel,
CA where one can walk safely all around the mile square village, to the Seattle
area, where I don't feel happy going out alone at night, and the weather is not
conducive to walking much of the time.
"My girlfriends are all in their forties, mostly mothers of my piano students,
and have husbands who need them at home in the evenings. I feel very much at
home with all of them, in fact, feel more their age than my own. I don't,
however, feel 'at home' with my physical self since gaining enough to need size
18-20! I've always found it very natural and easy to do things for others,
to care for others and to spend time and money on others; but it has not been my
way concentrate on what I need. Since finding Oxycise! on TV, and sending for
the Level 1 tapes, book and commuter tape, things are changing, as you see
above, and as I train myself to remember to breathe each time I sit or stand
still, I have lost pounds, lost the tendency to yawn a lot, begun to tighten and
found more inspiration to do fun things for myself.
"Thanks so much for the great new start! I've always known that, as Shakespeare
said, 'As we think, so are we.' Well, thinking 'Breeaatthhe...' adds the
frosting--ooops!...delight--to the cake of life!"
Gratefully,

Dottie -- Age 68
"This is my first week working with my Oxycise! workout. Right now I am
concentrating only on the breathing part so when I really get into it I will
have no doubt that I am breathing right. I am one of those who has just about
everything wrong with them, but already I am breathing much better only after
one week. I am 68 years old and I am still trying to bowl and I am happy to say
that already I can bowl three games now without getting tired on the third game
I am so glad I found you on my computer, and I can honestly say I will be during
this excise program until I can no longer manage to do it. I am also diabetic
and already I can see a difference in my blood sugar reading and it is in my
favor. LUV IT, LUV IT LUV IT!!!!!!!"
"It is worth every penny and then some."

"Hi, Just a short message about Oxycise! I started Oxycise! about a month ago
and I feel firmer in my legs and arms. I haven't lost any weight yet, but I'm
hopeful, and I have lost inches. I would like to see Jill make more "Easy Does
It" videos. I can keep up with the pace and I also like the three segments.
Thank-you soooo much for thinking about us Seniors."

Janice -- Age 63
"Hi, Jill,
I like to read the weekly Oxychat. It helps me to read about other success
stories.
"When we lived in Colorado I purchased Level 1 tapes and book. It has helped me
to move and be more agile, since I have MS and have difficulty walking and doing
exercises or standing on one leg.
"Last July I had a stroke and now I’m in a wheelchair most of the time...
"My stomach was creeping on my legs so I took a three month Dr. Phil challenge
using Oxycise! as my daily exercise. My stomach stopped creeping and I have lost
7 inches around my waist and 4 inches around my hips and more inches around my
body.
"I try to start my day with about 20 exercises I learned in 'Gateway to
Wellness,' a program for MS folks. Then I pop Level 1 in my TV before I leave my
bedroom. I really like Torpedo 1 and Torpedo 2 and the knee presses. I can
modify some of the leg exercises using my walker to stand.
"We lived in Colorado for thirty-six years, so I enjoy seeing Colorado scenes on
the video, since we moved back to my home place in Ohio. My husband built a deck
for me and put a galvanized, horizontal pole at waist height. I can hold on to
it to do some of my Oxycise! outside. I tell my left leg to move and do the
movements. Maybe some day it will come through and surprise me!"
Thank you.

Janice asked the following question:
"Do you have exercises I could do in my wheel chair or lying on my back in bed?"
and added, "I would like to hear from you about stomach exercises I can do in my
wheelchair or on my bed."
YES!
Our Oxycise! "Easy Does It" Level 1 video set is a great way to learn Oxycise!,
especially if you are a senior or have disabilities, or if you just prefer a
more step-by-step workout at a slower pace. Jill gives clear, step-by-step
instructions for learning the breathing in the Introductory tape. The workout is
on a separate tape and is gentle and "user friendly." Alternate reclining
positions are shown for those who are bedridden, or who are recovering from
injuries or surgery.
Regarding stomach exercises, the breathing alone is one of the best exercises you can
do for the abdominal area. If you do the breathing correctly -- deep relaxed
inhales and powerful exhales -- you will be toning and trimming your entire
torso and midsection.
