"She is an avid golfer, swimmer, and walker. She realized her stamina level had skyrocketed on the golf course, when she started to breeze past the 18th hole with excess energy to spare, and her hitting of balls was getting greater distances and more consistent.

"Dorothy has gone from a size 12 to a size 6 since starting Oxycise! At one point Dorothy said she had nothing to wear. As she looked at the clothes in her closet, she claimed all the clothes she tried on looked like clown pants, etc. Dorothy is sleeping better and her range of motion and flexibility has improved greatly too. Also she can tell her breathing process in doing the Oxycise! exercises has developed to a more consistent and deeper breathing and tightening and toning of muscles as well.
