"I want to tell you about my results. I have worked really hard and have lost a lot of weight in the past few years, but I have been feeling really downhearted about my body, because no matter how well I ate, or how many vitamins I took, or how much I exercised, my skin was so loose, and my body shape just wasn't satisfactory.
"I am 45, and so the signs of aging combined with a large weight loss had left my body looking old, my skin really loose and without much tone. "It's been a while since I've written in with my results and I wanted to give you an update. Since I started Oxycising in June of last year I have lost about 75 pounds and 40 inches. It is amazing how much more energy I have! Almost everyday people comment to me on how much weight I've lost. I look and feel like a totally different person!
"I still have about 50 pounds to go to reach my goal, but it is so encouraging to me to know that I'm more than halfway there. "You may not remember me, but I am on the Oxycise! website 'Smiles of Success.' I have gone on to lose 40 more pounds since I submitted those, by following Jill's 'Fuel For Success' eating plan mostly, and Oxycising when possible but not daily. I cannot say enough about eating more veggies and fruits and avoiding meat, dairy, sugar, etc. When I was just Oxycising alone I kept weight off, but not losing either, while eating all those unhealthy things (as Jill predicts in her book). As I did both, and even just following the eating lifestyle, I have dropped the weight.
"Her book, which in my opinion doesn't get enough emphasis, is very similar to other plans out there including 'Fit For Life' and Marilu Henner's (food combining.) Just wanted to mention that!"

"An Oxyciser for nearly four years, this is the one exercise I keep coming back to. I have in the past swam, jogged, jump-roped and danced my way to fitness, and currently enjoy the peaceful breathing movements of yoga and tai chi, but Oxycise! is the one exercise I consistently practice. Oxycise! gives me the tone, face shaping, mood-building, confidence and stamina I need, and working out with Jill is like having my own personal trainer. And I know I'm making a difference in my health on a cellular level.
"I like to play around with Oxycise so during my Level 1 & Level 2 workouts I've added ankle weights during one workout/tape and then switch them to my wrist during the other tape. This has been fun and I feel like I'm getting even more weight training with them.

"After 10 years of trying to lose weight with the low fat/high carb approach to eating, and systematically gaining 20 pounds, I found a carbohydrate management way of eating. It took me a year to lose the 20 pounds I'd gained, but I still had the original 10 pounds to lose.
"The eating management was excruciatingly slow and after a year, I was plateaued on the weight, but worse, my clothes fit the same way they had when I was heavier and no one noticed my achievement. I couldn't even see it in myself.
"Then I was introduced to breathing as a form of exercise. I used another plan for the first month and began to see some changes, but for me, there were some difficulties with the program. At that point, I found Oxycise! My inches began to fall off. I went from a size 14 to a size 8 and another 10 pounds came off quickly.

1. The cellulite on the back of my upper legs and butt is greatly diminished. I don't know of any other program that is capable of getting these results.
2. My calves and forearms feel really taut, as compared to feeling mushy. (It's hard to tone these areas).
3. Oxycise! seems to cut my appetite and I don't crave for junk food.
4. The flexibility that I get from this program is far greater than I have ever experienced with any other type of stretching or yoga.
5. I have a very busy lifestyle, and spend a lot of time in my car. This was the reason I bought the program in the first place. When I am really stressed out, I do the basic breath between getting from Point A to Point B and it calms me right down, plus I am getting all the benefits associated with increased Oxygen intake.
6. When I am really crunched for time, I can at least do 15 minutes of Oxycise! in the morning and feel like I haven't missed my daily exercise.
7. My inner abdominal muscles feel very tight, a sensation that I couldn't get from doing regular ab exercises which work the outer muscles.
"When I received my Oxycise! program I had a cold and only did the program for three days, before finding out I had walking pneumonia. I did not do the exercise the following four days, and still lost 3 pounds the first week and 1 1/2 inches. After recuperating, the next week I did the program daily. When I measured the second week, I had lost 7 pounds and 5 1/2 inches. I lost 2 of those inches around my waist.
"This is truly amazing because I have had seven surgeries on my stomach, and I haven't even been able to lift my head up off the floor to do sit ups. Therefore, for the past 16 years I haven't even been able to work on my abs. I also started eating a low fat diet. Once I found that the Oxycise was working, it inspired me to work harder on other habits.
"I have three sons, and they make fun every time I do the routine, because they think 'no pain, no gain'. But I have seen really good results, with minimal effort (compared to past efforts).
