"I'm a pretty active person, I like doing aerobics and power walking, and I've recently started jogging. Six months ago I added Oxycise! to my repertoire of workouts, and immediately saw an improvement in muscle tone and definition, and an increase in flexibility.

"Hi,
This is an update. I am still very delighted with the Oxycise! program. I was sidetracked with a health problem for a while but am back to doing my O's. I have lost 35 pounds. I am now totally in my normal weight range. My doctor was delighted with that since he had asked me if I wanted 3 or 6 months to get the weight off. Six months worked. My cholesterol went down 65 points just by losing weight and doing Oxycise! Jill's book "Fuel for Success" is a wonderful help. I just received my order of Oxycise! Level 3 and Level 4. I am looking forward to doing those too after watching the instructions on them. It will be great to alternate these videos with Level 1 and Level 2 for the exercises.

After having my two reports printed in your newsletter I am finally sending in my before and after pictures.
My weight loss was accomplished without dieting. I just ate in a healthy way and used a lot of Jill's suggestions in her book "Fuel for Success!" I have Oxycise! Levels 1 through 4, plus Abs and Upper Body workouts. Those are invaluable...
I have a very important reason for keeping my weight off and keeping fit. There have been people who have had strokes on both sides of my family including my mother and father. Being at high risk, I feel that keeping those risk factors down may keep me in good health. My blood pressure is normal, cholesterol is going down nicely and my bone density is high. To keep it that way is a very good reason to continue with Oxycise!
My weight is 123 lbs. on the picture taken last week. The before picture shows me when my weight bounced around from 155 to 160 lbs.

"My name is Teresa, I live in central South Dakota on a farm. I have tried Weight Watchers, Redux, high protein, grapefruit diet and numerous pills and powders. None of which worked for any length of time. I started Oxycise! about six months ago. I had 50 pounds to lose.
"To date I have lost 35 pounds, 11 1/4 inches. I have found that Oxycise! is very easy to do especially since I have asthma. I have noticed that my breathing has gotten much better and I don't have to resort to my inhaler near as much as in the past.
"My daily routine consists of doing O! at least once a day if not twice and drinking about 5 liters of water. This is my only exercise that I do. I used to walk 4 miles a day but as the South Dakota winters prove to be too cold for my lungs I had to find something else. As for my diet I really just watch my portions. I don't deny myself anything but I do quit eating totally after 7 pm. I sleep better."

"I had a body composition done early last year before I started Oxy and kind of forgot about it until someone on the message board mentioned getting a comp. done to see how you are doing. So I went the other day and had another one done and I was blown away by the results!!! She did measure in a couple areas that I hadn't when I started Oxy, so I had no idea what my losses were in those areas. Thought I would send them to you so Jill could add it to my records.
