I have found that no matter what exercise I do I get tired after two weeks and am dragging.  But when I do Oxycise I found that it clears my sinuses, and I have that a lot from hay fever, and I've also found it relieves aches and pains. "What an inspiration Jill is!!  Those of us in Oxycise land need to know that we are not alone when we let the busy-ness of life distract us away from Oxycise!  Jill is right there with us and if she can get back on that horse, so can we!!  I tell all my friends about it, but I can't get anyone to take to it like I have.  I think some people have a hard time believing that they can have great results just by breathing a certain way.  I've even had some say that it's too hard and they couldn't get the hang of it.  I say that nothing worth doing is easy and perseverence pays off!  Keep it up and one day it will all click just like it did for me.  Don't give up!!  I have a 20 to 30 minute commute each day (depending on traffic) and just by doing the breathing in the car for not even half my commute time, I lost 2 pant sizes in 3 weeks!
