How much should you weigh?

There is no absolute answer for everyone.  The variety in our body shapes adds beauty and interest to our world.  HOWEVER, there are some standard guidelines to determine if you are at a weight which puts you at high health risk.

Body Mass Index (BMI) is a number calculated from a person’s weight and height. These recommendations are for adults only and meant to be used merely as a guide.  You must take into account your particular skeletal structure and muscle mass.  If you are a muscular athlete and have an average amount of body fat, you will weigh more than the average given on the height weight chart for your sex, height, and frame size.  When all things are considered, you know if you feel good at your weight.
